Appearance: This dark grey skinned dwarf stands sturdily at 4'1" with grey eyes so pale most believe them to have no pigment at all. Her black hair is rarely seen worn loose, kept instead woven back into four tight plaits all merging into one long braid that appears to have never been cut. A perpetual frown lingers on her dark lips as she peers out at the world beneath the ragged hem of her hooded cloak.
Equipment: Leather brigandine over dark traveling clothes. Subtle leather boots and bracers which keep her thief's tools hidden from sight. Bladed fists and two rough daggers. Belt with two pouches, one for her rations of food and the other currently empty.

Over the centuries tales of their creation and existence has been twisted by the surface races as few venture far from their deep cavern homes of their own choosing.
Petragar's tale is one rarely told, nearly two centuries of hardships have hardened this Dwarf's heart. What abilities she possess she has had to learn from necessity rather than desire. Life has never been fair or easy for this out-of-place Stone Dwarf.
Born beneath the Northern mountains which separate Tyrcliff from the Hann desert. Like others of her kind she was raised in the service of the mines, working for the first half of her life with the raw stones and a heavy pick. Easily over a century old she was sold off to another kind of service, one that dragged her from the dark familiarity of the mountains to the bright surface world. It was years before she had adjusted to the glare of the light and the heat, her employers keeping her indoors for the majority of her unsavory work.
It was along the Southern curve of the High Road between Kinthe and Arskel that Petragar finally made her escape from her brutal employers, utilizing the rocky terrain to remain hidden until they had finally given up on finding her. Days later she returned to the road and eventually made it to the metropolis city. She scavenged her way through the streets of the Cliff, staving off hunger by digging through other's trash or catching rats. She would pick-pocket what she could to pay for a bath and bed at least twice a month.
Caught a few months back by the local law enforcement for petty thievery, Petragar opted service to the Wayfarer's Guild over time in prison. Her belongings, or at least those few items they could not prove had been stolen, were returned to her upon her release into the Guild's custody. The dark skinned Dwarf has kept her head down since joining the Guild and doing whatever is necessary to stay within the Guildmaster's good graces.
