Mallory rolled her eyes. Temporarily forgetting that Lucifer was there, she laughed at the succubus. "Really? You don't think I've got things better to do than chasing down after some piss-tasting venom? Don't flatter yourself."

Of course, in an instant, she glanced back towards Lucifer. There was something about him that seemed to... Well, she just wanted to stare at him more. Attempting to snap herself out of it, she felt trapped and helpless--but somehow, it wasn't terrifying. It was almost...exciting.

Snap out of it, she commanded herself, only to have Lucifer gaze at her. Her heart--if she had one--stopped beating instantly. Had she been able to faint, she certainly would have hit the floor at the moment. Her knees went weak, wobbling even, as her entire body got the consistency of jello.

"I, er...I spilled a drink on him at a pub. Started a bar fight. Left to...well, you know. Knock on doors." She chuckled nervously. "Almost sound like the Jehovah's witnesses now, don't I? Hehehe....But erm... Why aren't you in hell? Are you here about..."

She paused, a flicker of fear crossing her face. Glancing around, she seemed to lose her nerve to continue her sentence, or perhaps, the effects of Lucifer's charms were continuing to get to her.

Vivian finished strapping her various knives into place, only to look up and see a stranger enter the room. There was hardly anything human about her, aside from the shape of the robotics... Frowning a bit, her memories of who she was before the radiation came back to her -- a Computer Science major, ready to crack any possible code.

And here there was what appeared to be an incredible advancement in robotics.

"Holy fucking shit," Vivian gasped, temporarily forgetting the game. Looking up and down the cyborg, she attempted to guess how she worked. What coding language did she use? Java? Python? BBC? HTML? Blinking a bit, Vivian shut those ideas ahead. Quietly watching as Ajax and the cyborg interacted, she frowned, attempting to figure out who was able to walk a robot right into the Gifted HQ.

David wasn't freaking out about it, though. It couldn't have been that much of a threat. It would be entirely too... lazy, almost, for a villain to step out and strike now.

But then again, David hadn't shut down their idea of the glorified fight. Perhaps he wasn't as quick thinking as she originally estimated.

Stepping towards the cyborg, she stared at the two, her eyes narrowed. There was no possible way that... well, a machine could be alive. The machine seemed to have self awareness, perhaps, the singularity had been achieved.

Maybe that was what the government wanted from them.

"Name's Vivian. Who are you?" she asked sharply, hoping that some of the other Gifted had come that way. It would help for them to look intimidating.

Not that she figured a computer could be frightened.

... I did slightly think that, for the saving time purpose, @Morose and @hatakekuro were to post their Route A actions or otherwise post that which would momentarily delay that, in order to skip the need of one @Whimsley post. But, uh, now I'm not sure. Um. I apologize for my confusion. Haha.

I agree with MC. I think that having a group of dedicated people is better than just trying to have a large number of people, you know? There'll always be people dropping out if you open it up to more and more and more
