Following slowly after Shiro while scanning the shallower parts of the lake, Oswald turned to see Robert land in the lake. It took a short while for him to surface, but it wasn't going to be drowning that took the team leader, it seemed. It also seemed that Robert was taking a more active approach to the 'search' part of their 'search and retrieve' mission. Giving a likely-unseen nod of solidarity, Oswald continued his part of the mission, double-checking the path Shiro had taken, albeit at a slower pace. It took a moment for Oswald to notice his compatriot thrashing about in the water, but it looked less like panic, and more like...frustration? Was he bothered with how long this was taking?

Deciding not to take a chance, Oswald figured now was as good a time as any to regroup and formulate a strategy. Taking a massive breath, he allowed himself to sink into the lake, turning his body towards Shiro and advancing on his feline ally.

You're young. I'm young. Hari's still decently young. You'll be okay, my friend. Not today. Not tomorrow. But someday, you will look back and wonder why you worried. You will. I do now. But I'd like to recommend something: look up some sad music, and cry your eyes out. If you ever end up like me, you will miss being able to do so. I wish I were exaggerating. Once you're done crying, make a decision on what you're gonna do. Me, I'm basically not putting effort into getting into a relationship. If I meet someone who's cool, alright I guess. Aye, I watching that fight I was hoping that maybe we could have seen more from the two doods. Reese had a cool weapon even if she was kinda a derp near the end and Asland showed off the simplicity of a grappling hook. Not the strongest way they could have started a season if they were going to put up a fight. If nothing else they could have at least showed off more of not-Neo.

They should always show more of not-Neo.
