To all my players and writing partners; Don't worry! I've not vanished or forgotten you. I've had something come up, and will be taking the rest of this week off from my RPs. See you next week!

Presuming it's a 2014 5e campaign - or 3/3.5 - I would be interested.
Revision bump
@WhoamiI appreciate the offer, but I'm more interested in discussing this 1x1 RP. If you're interested in discussing the details of the plot then send me a PM and we can start working out details.
@Whoami That is an option! I'm actually in favor of using the rules to frame our characters, but I'm not requiring it.

The only edition I've had experience playing is 5th, so those would be the rules I'm familiar with. I've actually got links to an online copy of the book, as well as PDFs for most of the expanded material for 5th.

Alright! Time for some specifics.
I've been away from the guild for a while, but I'm back to hopefully scratch an itch.

The Setting: This plot is based in the Shadowrun universe. Popular as both a videogame and TTRPG setting, this version takes place in the 6th world in the year 2075.
It's a world of both high magic and advanced technology. The setting itself is named after criminals and focuses on their adventures in a dystopian future ruled by greedy global corporations that have replaced legitimate governments.

The Story: This particular story will start with our characters working together on a run to steal some data. Somewhere along the lines, though, things will get more complicated and we'll be forced to make a run for it. The powers that be are going to be intent to get back what we took, and they'll be throwing threats at us each of us will need the other's help to overcome.

Mature: Shadowrun isn't about heroes. Runners are criminals, pure and simple. Violence, drugs, sex and worse are a part of that world, and frankly, a runner who doesn't have some kind of vice sticks out like a sore thumb. Runners aren't necessarily bad people, but saints they are not.

META: I'm pretty reasonable when it comes to things like post length and frequency. As long as you're willing to work with me, I'll return the favor. My main concern is good chemistry, and a willingness to be open and direct with each other.

In Conclusion! If this sounds like your kind of party, send me a message and we can talk it out.
I've run V5 on here before. It didn't go well. Had a player who didn't work out, and from there was left with people with dramatically different ideas about what they wanted from the game.

While I'd be interested in joining if you decide to run something, I will say this; Make sure to have a dedicated session zero equivalent. V5 isn't like D&D where most people play it generally the same. Each table is quite different, and it means different players bring dramatically different expectations to the game based off their background.
@Guardian Angel Haruki Gonna have to step out of this. My work has me on mandatory overtime for the foreseeable future, and I'm not going to have time to post here. Sorry.
@Guardian Angel Haruki Here's the sheet for first review. Just the mechanical stuff. I went with point-buy.
Going to need to slightly alter my character... mostly to get him back to level 1. Shouldn't be hard, but it'll take more time than I'd be willing to spend on it tonight.
@Guardian Angel Haruki I'd be up for playing, if you'd have me. I was looking forward to using my lizardfolk druid, so if you'd allow me to use him, then my character is ready.
