Pretty sure it's meant to be "ally." I've heard from some that it means "asexual," and from others that asexual is just covered by the "Q," since technically everything but hetero falls under "queer."

Cis is basically a prefix that has been taken as a word and is used to refer to someone who identifies as their actual sex as their gender, and is also heterosexual.
