How were you supposed to solve it? I noticed the pattern that there were only 30s and 31s, so I realised that the threes were duds, so I got 0s and 1s, painstakingly separated them into groups of 8, put that in a binary translator, put the hexadecimal in a translator, and then started using Wiktionary to figure out the words. I just tried Google Translate--it took what I got from the hexadecimal and made it into: "Your time will have you in vain are"
The 3s were there for a reason. That's the hex version of the binary code.

Huh. The hex corresponded to 0s and 1s; I didn't think about that. It means "Your time was wasted."

Well, I'm a half codi human, who was raised by master Dark. Uh, master as in "one who teaches," not as in "one who owns." I used to be best friends with his daughter, Kari, but I wasn't able to see her anymore eventually for the sake of the project I was a part of. He raised me to be one of the seven assassins meant to kill him, but you told me he went and died before I could.
Um... That's basically it, I guess? Everything else is just being trained and taught, really. I had a fun childhood with Kari and her siblings, but I was told they all thought I died.
I'm pretty normal other than all that, I think. I've got eidetic memory, but that's all. I was supposed to be given special eyes, but I didn't in time. I can still see marks though, he imprinted that on me before he died.
