I realise it's a smallish post and I'll have to edit in the colours, but it'll move things along a bit.

Yeah, when it comes to work we have a lot of stock that isn't accounted for since our last stock take. $50,000 just in plumbing alone and in the garden machinery section there was one line that was out by $3,000. So the managers have been a bit tense and everyone is working hard to find out what happened to all this stock. :P

The two girls headed out to the barn where Alyon had spent the night setting up for the journey. Upon the two horses were the typical saddle and satchel arrangement with the packs containing various tools, equipment and resources that they would need for the journey ahead.

"It's not going to be a long journey in order to get to Vemrahm, probably about a day, but I don't know how long we'll be gone for so I figured it'd be best to be prepared," Alyon knew there would be a chance that this stop could lead to more and she didn't want to miss that opportunity to find out once and for all what the deal was with these artifacts.

"So you two are off now?" Alyon's father spoke as he entered into the barn, leaning on a cane.

"Yes," Alyon replied.

"Well take care of yourselves."

Alyon hopped on her horse, making sure to show Fraya how it was done, before the two girls headed out towards the horizon.

PKing and TPKing

A PK is a Party Kill or Player Kill where you kill someone on your own team. It's a term typically used in tabletop RPGs.

A TPK is when the whole darned party dies.

In this context, folks are being asked to talk about any times where they've wiped out a party member or the whole party, presumably by accident. You can also, in this context, be talking about forum RPs, not tabletop games, but I reckon both are good topics for discussion.

All I'll say about me PKing people is this: the next time you think a party member is being murdered in a bathroom by the bad guys, don't NOT look in there because someone makes a fart joke.

Ah. Well that makes sense. I never got into the tabletop stuff much so some of their terms get lost on me.

I don't think I've ever had a decent player kill... maybly cause most of the rps I'm in die after the introduction stage and I never make it to the mid game.

@Atrophy there's a telstra ad at the moment talking about.the Australian nbn and slow internet. Everyone is moving and talking with a lag and the ad goes, "don't live with lag, upgrade your internet now"
I'm just imaging a dead rp with character that have a loading bar above their heads for the next action xD

It might help if you actually inform people what they are before you abbreviate the words.

I should be able to make a post tonight. Most of the crazy stock take day and birthday shiz should be over by then so I won't be doing these weird working hours.

It'll never work.

Its too short, even as a generational change. Just look at racism and how far that has come from the slavery years. By rights every nationality (black, white, Asian, etc) should be at harmony but we still have neonazis, followers of the kkk and ISIS.

Now who is going to pay for all this? Who will govern all this build? My council still hasn't repaired our street sign that was hit by a car 2 weeks ago, yet we pay our rates even with the damaged sign lying on the ground. If you can't get an organisation like that to work efficiently, how can you get billions to flow in creating the perfect world.

But it'll never work out anyways cause humans are fucking stupid. How many environments have we destroyed and continue to destroy? How many more whales have to be killed for science? What about the aids medication that was jacked up to $500 per pill by the greedy CEO? We are greedy. We do what we want, we take what we want, and if we had the perfect world then I can guarantee the bikie gangs it we have here in Australia will feed drugs into it, extort money out of it, and help pull it down. Hell, we don't even need them when the people out west will say, "F*** off mate" as the continue to smoke, drive v8s, get drunk, and act like the trash they appear to be.

Miracles

I believe in miracles...

Like the miracle of being able yo drive on the road and still haven't been killed by the psychotic drivers that should not be allowed to drive. That is a true miracle.

The RWBY Fan Club

So cause I follow the series on the Rooster Teeth Channel I only just saw the series finale.

So Velvet's, bunny girl, weapon and skill choice is probably one of my favourites. Yes many of the weapon choices are amazing, and one even copies Pandora from DMC4, but the ability to mimic others is just a huge advantage.

Anyways, holy crap that ended well. An introduction into a new villain, a team that has collapsed upon itself and a new collection of members that are going off for their adventure. I can see now that Yang will get an artificially grafted arm similar to that of Ironwood, Weiss will eventually be able to summon "something" and Blake... well I don't know how she's going to level up in her abilities.

The fact they killed several characters makes this all the more better. One aspect of these shows that I dislike is the lack of meaningful deaths or lack in death in general. I can see why people didn't care about Penney's death since an ai is a bit out of the ordinary but her character was solid and works into the world really well. Killing off Roman was a bit comical but he did seem like the foolish grunt that needed to die to make way for the bigger villain, and Pyrrha... holy crap!

Preventing Pyrrha from obtaining the abilities in the first place was one thing, but actively killing her was just a damn amazing move. I feel sorry for the loss that the team had to endure but without her death it would just feel like bad guys doing bad things.

I guess you could say I'm happy with the direction they are taking this because this is how a story should be. You need love and loss, sacrifice and betrayal, heroism from the smallest of hopes, and I am sure that series 4 will be just as amazing.
