Charles would stand back pulling out one of his best gems and waits until he has to act.
The woman would leap off the boat as its a struck with the blast, she'd stop playing the flute and look towards them "a few desperate mages trying to stop the song swordswoman" she states "how naive" she puts the flute on her hip and takes her sword in both hands and stands in a weird stance with the hilt near her face ready to fight.

Charles eyes would widen when they charge forward "stop you idiots!" He would shout, as the woman who didn't even look their direction reached for her sword with one hand and without breaking tune swings the huge blade as if it was a short sword straight at them, the blade would hum as even if they don't get hit by the blade the force of the swing would hit them making them get knock backwards if not slightly injuried.

Dusk looks back towards Galick "something like that" he would say to Galick "most of us by fourth form we return to our original forms, some are born with the power immediately while others like me have to break through the locks" he states "but there is nothing that it's our final form" he tells Galick "just my ancestors never bothered to train in order to unlock new forms.. Cooler had unlocked an armored form when he finally did.. and frieza turned into a golden state" he tells him "and that was from simply training for a few months" he looks forward shaking his head. "So it may be our fourth sometimes third is original form and we normally don't have to worry about ki and stamina as much as sayians do with super sayian, it's not our final forms" he's said, because unlike a sayian a frieza clan member if their body is use to it can stay in their other transformations for as long as they wish.

Appearance: his starting form's appearance is pretty small like normal, he has 4 horns on his head jutting out instead of 2, his outer skin would be a deep black while his actual skin would be a very dark green, the crystal like looking areas would be a greyish white color. His body would be more defined than his ancestors having been refined over the generations. (unfortunally not much images for these guys :( )

Other: Has a scouter, small group of troops that follow him, and a spaceship home somewhere in the mountains.
History: He left home not believing in his parent's desires especially for him. those loyal to him of his parent's forces joined him and sworn their service believing he could make the difference between protection and tyranny. they had landed on earth believing it to be far enough off radar to grow in strength and be able to stop his parents and other villains. by watching the earthlings Dusk had started to train himself in what he could see of martial arts.
