Charles would nod some pulling out his notepad writing down what Conner said about the pain resistant surprised he didn't really deal with the usual yelling which shocked him. Then looked as he walked away. He'd look around the room noticing obvious mutation quirks and begun jutting them down though he didn't know their names. Since conner kind of broke the cold feet for Charles, he decided to get up and noticing one person who was also still by their selves.

Charles would move his way between the desks before tapping Frin on the shoulder "Hey there, whats your name? I'm Charles" he says introducing himself, having his notepad with him. "why you doing all the way up here not interacting with anyone?" he asks him, bit confused. Charles would recognize Frin slightly from what he heard people saying but decided not to pay any mind to it.

Charles would raise a brow at Conner's display before suddenly grabbing a pen, opening his notepad and starts writing on it mumbling "subject Conner... quirk bone manipulation in subject's hands..." he says to himself "Possible regeneration side effect... though could be just moving of mass out of the way.." he says already theorizing from what he seen. He would notice the floating paper going to one of the new people who have entered, he begun to write mumbling to himself again like before though about the possibility of another quirk.

He would turn towards Conner "sorry about that... bad habit of mine" he states putting the pad away "as for my quirk.." he says as he brings up his hand and taps Conner's arm before a bone starts to raise out like Conner though not as much as Charles winces and retracts it. "bloody heck that hurts... how the heck could you use that so simply" he mumbles shaking his head "first one I learned about had to be a painful one.. of course.." he says to himself. That shy attitude slightly disappearing for a moment.

I would make it so his claws a bit stronger than just average claws, since it is a quirk things are normally on slightly stronger side even with mimicry or animalfication kind of quirks. Could make it where he can make his claws stronger and sharper through his development to easily cut metal.

Charles would glance at Conner who spoke to him and seen the influx of more students. Charles would look down "...there are different exam sites..." he says softly "..you do realize it's rude to ask about a person's quirk.. if you don't plan to explain your own" he continues to say softly. While Charles didn't want to talk to the person who started to speak to him, he decided to use this as an opportunity to gain a new weapon for his own quirk. It should prove helpful to him to have new abilities to play with should he get into a situation with the person talking to him. He would pull out a notepad out from his bag as he glances at Conner.

I had given the green light to make a CS and to use a Wind Quirk, I didn't say it had to be the same as a cannon character. There is always variations of quirks.

Thats good to hear lol, because technically today is the end day of applications, lol, only people who shown interest or a WIP CS before today can still join, though they only got a slightly longer window is all.
