"I... I..." Yunnie shrugs helplessly, furiously trying to make sense of this strange set of events. She goes to sleep, thinking Ronnie will show off his cool sleepwalking powers, then wakes up on the floor after a nightmare and he's gone! Has nobody seen this guy!? Mona, at least, doesn't recall seeing Ronnie anywhere, but if Yunnie's (paranoid) suspicions are correct... She has a bad feeling about this. A very bad feeling.

He can't have just disappeared, right? That's not possible! (Well, this is a school for superhumans...)

Nevertheless, Yunnie is sure she's just overreacting. Yeah. That's right. Mona is very nicely waiting for her to say something, and she hasn't said anything about Yunnie losing her mind, so it's probably just as she says. Ronnie must have left early. It's probably that the instructors had something to tell him and assigned her a new partner. Breathe, Yeojung. Don't lose your head.

(But that dream--No! She's not going to worry about it now.)

"He... put me to sleep," Yunnie says, slowly, like she can't quite remember it herself. What happened again? She's feeling fuzzy, all of the sudden. "His name... his name was Aaron. And he could dreamwalk or something like that? So he offered to show me. But then..." She motions around her. "Gone. He wasn't even present in my dream." She sighs, removing the glamour from her clothing in a defeated gesture. "I know I shouldn't worry, but... the dream I had was weird. I've never seen a place like that before..." Shivering, she pulls her jacket tight around her like it would shield her from the memories of her nightmare.

"It's almost like this school is too good to be true. Like there's something hidden beneath the surface..."

It wasn't long after they reached an agreement about Cellica, which was really just Tian-Gui telling them to stop arguing and get on with things, that Fiore started to calm down. Generally, she isn't a emotional person, and she keeps many of her thoughts to herself, but Cellica had hit a nerve. She put her own wants above her health, and that is something Fiore is not likely to forgive.

True, it was only a sprained ankle, but put weight on a sprained ankle and you get a bigger problem. Having seen a lot of ugly, painful things makes Fiore wary--and more than a little miffed at Cellica for throwing a fit when Fiore only had her best interests at heart.

Or, at least she thought she did. Now, as the team lapses into silence, Fiore begins to do some thinking. Was she really thinking of "replacing" Cellica? That's kind of outrageous, and Fiore kind of thought they were better friends than that... But wasn't this whole thing her fault in the first place? After all, Linkers are responsible for their teammates, and yet she failed, didn't she? This is her fault. She should have been paying better attention.

Now look where it's gotten us, Fiore thinks, sticking close to Cellica's side but refusing to look her in the face. Everything's ruined. Suddenly, Fiore's anger has turned to self-doubt, and as the group continues on, the medic's face grows darker and darker, bent on examining and re-examining everything that has led Team Afterglow to this point. To an outsider, this might seem dramatic, but Fiore takes her team's safety very seriously. It's her job, after all.

Presently, Fiore's focus shifts from her teammates to surveying the surroundings as she notices another "blip" on her map--an invader, but something about it seems... off. Odd enough to tell her teammates about, definitely.

"There's a larger target on the prowl," Fiore reports, flying Ember Rise upwards to get a better look. "It's alone, but we should be careful."
