Current Alternatively - and now, hear me out - one could avoid looking up photos of such eldritch horrors ... maybe?

Back for my bi-yearly visit. Now where did I leave that thingy-ma-jig? Anyone seen that mish-masher? I think it looks like motivation or something!

@Lady AmaltheaI'm sorry for my partaking in this too, I have been lazy and postponed in too many times. It will not happen again.
On another note, here's my new CS. I fixed the issues, just tell me what else might be in need of changing.

Happy late New Year everyone, I hope it was a pleasent day/night for you all! ^^
@CrossfirePost is coming up today, I promise!
@rivaanHappy new year, Riv and all you other crazy folk! I've been struggling little to no internet and a strong hang-over these past days, but I'll do my best to have my CS up in a few days. Please don't kill me...
Haakon J. Elvsgaard

Location:Grand Continetal Hotel

"Where is..." Haakon's words floated quietly out from between his lips, his eyebrows suddenly raised upon his forehead. It wasn't often that Josephine was in the mood of talkin about him and his life, and Haakon hadn't been minding it all that much, it was Jo who was the movie star after all. But where he came from? If there was one thing Haakon had been certain of, that was that Josephine knew where he came from. And she didn't remember? Or didn't she care?

Haakon regain his composure, once again placing that friendly smile upon his face. No, he wasn't going to let this get to him, she surely knew him well enough by now to know where he came from. Surely she was just tired, surely. "Norway, of course Jo. A small but tall land far north, just above Germany and west of Russia. But it's nothing like you home, and certainly not nearly as fun." Haakon said jokingly to Josephine as he led them to the hotel's bar. "One Cassis de Dijon, please. Or any other French liquor if you must. And whatever this lovely lady wishes, I'll pay." Haakon quietly cursed himself for saying those words; he had spent a whole lot of money on their dinner earlier that day. But she did look spectaculer tonight, so did he really mind?

"You don't often ask of my home, but anything in particular you'd like to know, Jo?"
@rivaanI was planning to have my character be sort of "Scholar", but seeing as there's already two who dwell in knowledge and magic I'm turning towards a combat-orientated one if that's okay? To keep a 'balance' so to speak, no?

"That's a relief, just a bit stinging is bearable it would seem. I hope so too, these last hours have truly been unnerving to say the least, but it'll all make for a better article and movie later on!" Haakon's positive tone was a breath of fresh air to himself, who hadn't realized his muted excitement. Yes it was mind-bogglingly unexplainable what had happened tonight, but underneath the layer of seriousness (and pain) that had marked this evening, Haakon's journalistic instincts once again called out one of his dearest desires.

A scoop!

Josephine's question pulled his feet back onto the ground again, however, as he found himself standing beside her outside the Grand Continental Hotel. He looked at his American friend, a friendly smile forming on his lips as he felt glad that she hadn't gone home. "Oh...of course, Jo, anything else would be rude wouldn't it? I was just surprised that we got here so quickly. After you?" Haakon held out his arm, gesturing Josephine to enter the hotel's grand entrance before following her inside. "As much as I'd like to dwell deeper into this mystery, perhaps it would be better to have something else to think about. At least until tomorrow, it has been an awfully long day after all, don't you think? Can you handle another drink, I surely could need another one."
@Lady AmaltheaOn in right this second.
@ArenaSnowThank you for that nudge, I'll be sure not to stab you in the back ^^

@rivaanGood to see that this got people's interest so quickly. You can count on me too!
@CrossfirePost is coming, although postponed! Sorry, I'm a dick!
@gohKamikazeNo worries, just needed to see that you were alive ;) Which reminds me...

Everybody, have a wonderful Christmas tomorrow! May it be filled with joy and Eldritch horrors beyond comprehension ^^
