"Thanks, Robyn. That means a lot to hear that." Denali broke through the brush that was earthed in the area surrounding their den, his eyes immediately finding Chinua standing just outside of the den opening. Like a young pup, Denali bounded over to his mate in a sort of hop-run, the tip of his tail wagging uncontrollably. Slowing down as he nears her, Denali nudges his head beneath hers and caresses her, making sure not to move her so much to put her off her balance. "Good morning, my queen." A sense of worry that never left his eyes when he was around his expecting mate returned as he took a step back to look at her, "Ready for some drink? Robyn and I made sure the path to the river was clear." He then took his eyes off of his mate for the first time since he cleared the bushes, looking over at Robyn with a thankful nod before looking off at Trevor and Anum. "Good morning to you both. Would you care to join us?"

In a nutshell, there will be a newly (well, a few years before this set time) elected president/prime minister/whatever-you-want. He'd promised to end the war that started during the campaigning, promised security and everything else any 'american' could need to feel safe from the harms of the heathens at our country's borders. This said person, who, with his power, has turned against the people who put him into office and has broken them down, enslaved them, and killed off those who deny him. He's turned our own military against us, and under his thumb, the military will travel across the lands, searching far and wide for the rebellious few who dare deface him and his views, and terminate them. We, being the stray rebels, are attempting to make it to a safe haven across the states. Which states? We can discuss that. I want particular states that might be more challenging to cross on foot, like mountainous states. Something that would take weeks, maybe even months to get through. Hell, if you'd prefer to play the bad guy , you could play as one of the militia sent after the rest of us. I think there should be a limit of 3 members for the military characters, and up to 2 of them per person. For the rebel characters, you can have as many as you want. I'll personally have 2-3 characters, myself.

Would anyone be interested in something like this? I will give this 5 days after the first confirmed member before I make an OOC thread and get this ball rolling. I'm looking for some role players who are willing to stick around for a while to finish out the story. If you're one of those to become easily disinterested if something doesn't go your way or the way you thought it would, please don't apply. I want people who can roll with the punches, and finish out this quest like Frodo and Sam! So who's with me?!

By the way, please tag me so that I can be sure of posts in here. I've been notorious to make these Interest Check posts and not check them for a few days because its so far down my Subscription page haha. Thanks, guys!

Aleu lifted her head when the young pup announced the Beta's return. With a soft smile, Aleu gently got to her feet and bowed her head respectfully. "Welcome back, Lila. Desaius. Good morning."

Desaius walked with Lila and when Aleu greeted them, he bared his teeth in a sort of grumpy smile. Wandering over to his usual spot, Desaius laid down once more as he'd been doing before the walk off towards Tiger territory, watching the two little ones.

Shadow came to a stumbling halt when Carek grabbed hold of the goat's throat, knowing full well the game of catch me if you can was over. When Carek turned and asked how that was, Shadow couldn't help but smile and sit back on her haunches. "That was great. Thanks, Carek!" With that, Shadow plopped down onto the ground to catch her breath for a minute, licking the bottom of her right paw which had been bleeding since she leapt off the side of the cliff. Must have landed on a sharp part of the rock, but it hadn't begun to hurt Shadow till now. She wouldn't complain, though. It was all part of her job. Long as the pack could eat, she was satisfied and no matter what injury sustained, it was all worth it in her eyes. Shadow glanced up at Opal and teasingly asked, "Long morning, eh?" offering a soft smile, Shadow hoped Opal wouldn't take her playfulness the wrong way.

Kai, as soon as the hunt was over, came to a stop and lifted his head into the air to let the others still at the den know the hunt had come to a close. Looking around, Kai could see they weren't too far off from the den's now that they'd chased the goat so far into their territory. He spoke up quickly, "Hey, do you think we should drag it back or lead the pack over here?"
