I think @PrinceAlexus had the best idea: Split venue. There's stuff going on inside and out. Simple idea and covers everything.

Hmmmm, I'm curious, just so we're all on the same page. I sort of envisioned the jazz night as an outside event, maybe on a small stage that could be constructed pretty easily or something that is just left up all the time for the purpose. Since the record store is small and it's a city-wide event maybe it takes place behind said store with part of the venue seating being under an awning or something like that.

I know this is in the same vein as @Furiosa's question.

We have regular events like what's going now with the jazz night. A couple pages back here in the OOC there is a GM Update we did to make it easy to stay current without reading all the conversations we've had. It would still be a good idea to skim over them.
