@BingTheWing Fan of the card game or LOTR in general?
No problem! Thanks for letting me know! @iSuspect
I have an idea that stemmed from the Lord of the Rings Card Game. Basically, we are characters who are relied upon for all the various jobs, quests, and missions that are important but you never really hear about. The Hunt for Gollum- At the request of Galadriel, our heroes set out to hunt for Gollum, a mysterious creature that is largely associated with the One Ring. But we are not alone in our hunt, Orc hunters from Mordor are on his trail as well but they aren't all we will find in the Anduin Valley. The Conflict at Carrock- A scenario stemming off of the search for Gollum. A group of trolls has moved into Carrock and are threatening the livelihood of the Beornings, a race of skin-changers. Enraged, their leader, Grimbeorn the Old, sets out to drive the trolls from his land. Escape from Moria- At a time, the heroes of the Hobbit Tales had managed to reclaim the great halls of Moria. But things took a turn for the worst and now holding this great underground city seems impossible. Escape seems slightly more probable. And that's too name a few of the possible stories. Those just kind of work together. Now I'm awful with the lore so I'm fine with following our own path and making our own story, too. I have loads of ideas based on the quests and stuff, too, so there is a lot our characters can do! This would be very open to suggestions and really any character you want to play. We could play one group or we could even pick up a second group from a different place or timeline, too.
Ann knows ill intent when she sees it. She isn't wanting any trick.
Ann was finally feeling some relief from this strange episode. Owlman was standing up for himself, which satisfied Ann who still believed him to be a victim to mankind. The Owlman signaled for the woman to stop and that same gesture, Ann figured, was offered for Ann to remain calm and probably a way of saying "Don't worry" but she wasn't sure. The Owlman then flipped through his book, unchanged by the whole episode and now ignoring that woman for the time being. He settled on something that Ann really didn't know how to decipher it at first. "Be seen and experienced. Familiarity is the greatest enemy of fear..." Ann squinted, mouth agate, at the card as she tried to think. An Owl being praised by people. Well obviously the Owlman was the Owl so that meant he was trying to tell Ann that he was okay with this sort of thing? All the gawking, laughing, and touching was something he did to receive praise? But Ann didn't see people praising the Owlman. Between two girls laughing and taking photos and a overly obsessed fan, she saw hardly a spec of respect being given to Owlman. She was about to inquire, possibly even challenge the motto, if she had understood what was said before the white-haired woman chimed in again. Only this time her hair was changing. The woman proclaimed a whole story and explanation on something she could do. Ann could only speculate as her only clue was the woman's arm being severed and her reattaching casually as if it were like a watch. Ann wasn't a stranger to blood and gore. Ariadne made a mess of others and herself whenever she switched with Ann, but Ann didn't want to witness whatever she was offering, fearing the worst. "No thanks..." Ann's voice was barely that above a whisper as slipped away from her seat and backed up a bit. Ariadne was so close to Ann, that saner twin feared that they might bump into each other and cause a mess. "I don't want it." Whatever it was.

Edit: Thanks for making the changes! And sorry for being critical!
@MafiaM16 I feel like you would be skipping out on a big part of character development. Your gear is just an extension of your character and scoring that special piece of plate mail or that enchanted sword, you can write about how that growth would feel. Similarly, your gear can give your character his/her strengths or provide weaknesses that your character has to overcome. It is fun, I think at least. Improvising when you don't have the necessary equipment, either. If you forgo that progression, I feel like you miss out on a lot. Not only that, but it tilts the favor in our side when someone is well armored and armed like that.
I had conflicts with his equipment as well. All of it seemed excessive.
