@Pirouette True, Sebastian does deserve to die. On a side note, how will Ann be able to cope with her part in a larger portion of the deaths that happened. Sebastian was giving everyone else a choice until Adriane came in with her Semi and doused everyone in acid, not to mention how she killed 7 people directly when you count the hostages in the blood clot-thing. Will that way on Ann's conscience in anyway, and does Adriane even have a conscience for that matter, cause it doesn't seem like it to me.

Ariadne doesn't care and it is part of Ann's character to charge in rashly. She holds the twin's strength and power while Ann would feel guilty as she is the twin's conscience and intelligence. Then again, it is a situation that can be easily consoled. Ann would later see the situation for what it was. Sebastian chose to hold people hostage and kill many more before that. Sebastian's power was the one that killed people, not Ariadne's. Aya had the ability to disable Sebastian earlier but did not do so.

Yea, that's pretty much it.

No worries, school comes first after-all. I honestly can't wait to see Tanzin in action. When you come back hopefully the other groups will be done and we'll all be in the Tavern.

:)

I'll be reading!
I'm generally against killing player characters but I guess you do have a lot of them. Lets take a vote then. Who thinks Sebastian should die?

I think he should die because not killing him would be such a miscarriage of justice. His life for the many he shed.
@Subject Zero You don't have to create a NPC to keep Sebastian alive. He's in a position where I pretty much expected him to die. You don't have to change your post, just putting up a notice that if anyone want Sebastian dead, that's fine. Also, something that should be taken into account, Sebastian can't de-acidify the blood, so it's still very dangerous right now. The blood nearest him is semi-safe with some of it being acid and some of it not.

Ariadne will kill him without hesitation. I figured it was okay seeing as your character mentioned accepting his death.

Beside a truck? Yeah, probably beside the truck. Washed out when the clot popped. Blind beside the truck. Maybe deaf, too. Owls have huge ear holes. He's blind and deaf, he has no skin, and there's a truck.

Being hit with a semi probably saved his life, all things considered.

You know what, this just proves that I should always wait like 2 hours after something bad happens to him before posting. Lets me see the humor in it.

Then hit by a truck, then...

I don't know!

I would stumble over like a zombie and put a hand in his chest, but I'm blind and also under a truck.

Well... Not necessarily the truck. :(

I'm okay with that. This has actually gotten kind of too grim for how I like my superheros. I mean, I don't know how much fun I'm going to have if every major event is going to come with a body count of "a lot".

I was hoping it was going to be a heroic moment like the movies, but erm.. Good guys can't catch a break.
:(
Press on without me for awhile. I have a test this week, among other school duties, and will have only time for one RP.

I'll join up with everyone again on Friday!
Well I'm going to bed but that should get things kicked off pretty well.
Everything was turning into chaos. Ann was a distant observer from her position but she could see things progress over by the rear doors. Aya and Jake were among the crowd. Ann's relationship with Aya and Jake was blossoming into quite a friendly companionship over the previous week.

At one moment, Aya was shouting for everyone to run while Owlman, Ann's first Meta friend, soared overhead with a loud screech. Ann felt paralyzed by fear as the events around her progressed to quite terrifying levels. A young girl, younger than Ann, was approaching the group by the doors, saying something that Ann couldn't hear. Then a man approached, his short wavy red hair looked like it was burning atop his skull, in a casual manner and suddenly spawned a sequence of red gooey-looking tendrils from the ground. The tendrils wrapped up Aya, Jake, and several other people while many more were killed outright.

Ann looked away as people were gruesomely slaughtered. It was all so frightening that her legs began to shake and she whimpered as she eventually gave in and fell to her knees. But not a moment had passed before she felt a hand on her shoulder. Ann glanced up and saw through her teary eyes that Ariadne was standing beside her. She was looking fierce but not in a rage sort of way. She was staring out at the carnage and did not take her eyes off of it. Ariadne nodded without a word, filling Ann with a feeling of comfort. Ann's sister, as always, was going to protect her. Protect them.

The moment the changed finished, Ann floated to her feet and followed Ariadne over to one of the semi-truck trailers. Ariadne bent down and crawled underneath to grab ahold of the rear truck axel. She then hoisted the empty trailer up and shuffled it with some difficult in her hands before she had a better hold of it. She held it like you would a sludgehammer and she immediately turned and charged the blood wielding man at a speed which could receive a ticket on an interstate.

Ariadne's approach was surprisingly quiet as her feet gave a slight pitter-patter but overall her movement was muffled as can be and within no time at all, she had reached striking range. She leapt ten feet into the air and swung the trailer down like a hammer on the red haired man. Remaining completely silent.
