Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

Shindo looked relieved as the shell broke from all of their attacks and some jelly-like figure, who he assumed was the alien himself, emerged from it. He assumed it was done, until the jelly alien began reaching for the blue gem sticking out from its heart. Alarm bells started to ring just when they settled down. He positioned himself for another speedy attempt though he did not know if he would reach it in time. However, his eyes widened when an... elevator smashed into the alien before it could reach the crystal. The alien's guts splattered everywhere. By that time, Shindo placed himself where the guts did not fall as to not dirty his pants which he would still use later on for classes.

Speaking of which, he still had eight minutes before time. It was more than enough time for him to converse with the other heroes and then get back. Though he wasn't sure what the other heroes would actually say to an eighteen year old, B-Rank hero. However, he went out in the open once more. He would at least leave once they were sure that they wouldn't have to do anything else. And before the media would get there, they were always a hassle to handle considering they had so many questions. Also especially when you were restricted for time, which he was.

"I don't know about you guys, but I think we're done... right?" He asked with a shrug. As most heroes would know, the guy wasn't much for heroics beyond what is needed. So it was obvious that he wasn't going to any other cities to help. Then again, he did guess that the other heroes were already handling the other aliens. "I have classes in eight minutes too so..."

Erika's eyes widened as she heard what seems to be an animalistic roar come from above. And soon after, a dragon landed near the alien and started attacking it with an explosion of flames. It took Erika a moment to process that it was one of those S-Class heroes she always seemed to keep hearing from the news. While the others were impressive in their own regards thanks to their powers, this one took the cake for physical appearance. After all, it's pretty hard to forget a dragon.

Ayu raised her left arm as the heroes made their moves to attack in close range. She was sure that the two bursts of plasma energy balls would have hit the alien by the time the heroes moved in for the attack so no one, but the alien, would be harmed. Or at least, Erika assumed that was the case. She shivered at the thought that she, a mere vigilante who is only planning to take the hero exam later on, was trying to help face a Demon-level threat.

"Want me to charge in to help?" Razor's voice snapped her out of her thoughts as he placed her back down, now deeming it safer than before since a lot of others distracted the alien. He was balling his hands into fists and it was obvious that he was itching for a fight.

"I'd rather not have you charge in for now." Erika said, attempting to analyze what the most apt solution is. It was either Ayu continued to attack with her rifle or perhaps the anti-material cannon or have Razor get up close and personal. From what she was seeing, it was also quite dangerous for close-range since that dragon hero would only seem them as collateral damage. "Ayu, keep up the attack. Razor, wait for an opening."

"Roger." Ayu aimed her rifle once more. The other heroes were close to the alien but she managed to see an opening so as to not hit them as well. She shot two more plasma balls towards the alien.

Razor only grinned in response. His arms shifted and morphed into razor blades, ripping away the long sleeves of the butler uniform. "You're fixing that later." Razor only chuckled before scratching the two blades together as he prepared for the fight.
Myno

Myno had been slowly recovering from his half-unconscious state. His will allowed him to think rather coherently and to move without Jarde's help, but he was still being supported. Fine by him, but at least he knows he can do something without the prince. The group has decided that Taka and Eclisse would go around and try to find the others. It was foolish to split up, but they looked confident and capable so Myno did not voice any of his concerns.

However, he could easily say that they would be fools to expect that they were still alive. In the previous war, he always heard that. Sending out a scouting team to look for their missing soldiers only to find them dead on the ground and they would come back disheartened. The Manakete has seen too much of those to expect the best; in war, one always has to expect the worst to happen. You can never be too careful after all.

His attention snapped towards the horse that buckles to remove Nyx from it. Myno wriggled himself off of Jarde's hold and then half-walked, half-stumbled towards Nyx. He knelt down beside Keerin and examined his fellow Manakete. "Dragonstone." He pointed out, gesturing towards the glowing pendant. "Maybe... first time turning into a dragon." He continued before placing a hand on her skin and retracting it almost immediately. "I can touch her for some time. Heat's the same as when I turn." He then frowned. "But I'm too injured to carry her."
I is here.

I seriously don't know what to post yet so I'm waiting on the others.
Robyn

@Fubsy @oWhiteDiamondo

Robyn bowed her head and then quickly went with Kinow out of the territory, or at least the clearing, once she was nudged. She couldn't believe that Kinow actually lied to them to meet with the she-wolf. Then again, she was no better, not telling anyone about what she had heard. Maybe it was because she still had some semblance of respect for Crescent Moon, maybe it was because she was an idiot, or maybe because she wanted to respect the young hunter's decision. Whatever the reason was, she didn't say anything to contradict whatever Kinow said.

The white wolf wondered why exactly Crescent Moon wanted Kinow in particular. She could've left the pack alone again and avoid being hunted down by Angelwing, but she decided to stay and even go inside the territory (how she slipped in without anyone noticing and then slipping out with a deer was beyond her) to catch the rust-colored wolf's attention. Was there something special with the wolf she was accompanying and possibly protecting? Or was Crescent Moon just picking a wolf at random to interact with. Robyn knew that she would drive herself nuts if she continued to think like this and even then she wouldn't get a proper answer.

She was snapped out of her thoughts when Kinow told her to stay there while he proceeds alone. "I'm more than sure that she knew I was there." She pointed out. Her ears flattened as she went in deep thought about it. She then let out a sigh, "But fine, I'll leave you guys to your own devices. But I'll be close enough to help you alright? You know what to do." She then walked to the side and then sat down, ears perked up as she was more alert of her surroundings. She was hesitant to let the young hunter go, considering the possibilities, but if the hunter was sure then who was she to stop him?

Shindo cocked his head to the side as he heard laughter. Was the claw... laughing!? Crap, weird. Really weird. Gross too. That midget of an alien had that deep of a voice? Heck, it was deeper than his! It really sent shivers up his spine. He wasn't bothered by a lot of things but aliens really know how to push his buttons. "Harsh." He started once the claw stopped talking. "I'm just a B-rank anyway."

He then let a hollow laugh out before speeding out of the way of the water bullets, narrowly avoiding each and every one as to minimize how much he had to move and conserve energy. Once the bullets were out of the way, he quickened his speed and raised the frying pan and attempted to use his speed to add to the force he would exert when the frying pan would hit the alien. Though he would feel nothing hit the pan as the alien disappeared.

Bewildered at first, he didn't waste any time as he kept up momentum and sped out of the window and into the streets. He would skid to a stop as he saw the flamethrower-like powers of Sunshine and Ventus's attack. He rubbed the back of his head as he retreated to a building as to avoid the debris. Well then, it seemed he wasn't needed anymore.

Oh wait, those bubbles seemed intimidating. His eyes would widen in realization. They were due to explode any moment now! His eyes began to scan his surroundings. Time to save anyone and everyone he can! He began going around the general are of where the bubbles were to hopefully save everyone from the blast. When he got to the last, he was dangerously close to the crab-like alien who seemed to multiple in size.

There was no time. He flung himself towards the alien's vicinity which didn't have any explosions to save him and that last person (whoever it may be).
This was a rushed post so forgive me for things that might be wrong. Just tell me and I'll edit it later 'cause I'm still in school.
@Melkor

Alright, got it. I'll have my character run away then. You need any help 'cause my character's practically useless against big monsters.
Wait, I'm still combing through everything.

And Flash Forward's a tad bit busy with a talking claw. He's weirded out and could probably escape.

You guys have any summary of what happened on City S?
You guys post at the speed of light!

Time to comb through five pages of OOC and long posts on IC.

"Oh crap." Shindo muttered to himself as he saw that the alien seemed to have gotten angry. And not just minor angry, really angry. It seemed to get pissed off with what they were doing and how they've harmed it - or at least how Ventus and Sunshine did. But of course, Shindo, being the idiot he is, had already thrown the knives before noticing the great increase in power the alien had. He thought that, hey at least he'd be the distraction while the other two heroes finish it off.

But nooo, the alien had freaking sentient claws! When the claw ejected itself from the alien and headed towards the window, Flash Forward dove sidewards. It was fast, he had to admit that, but it gave him ample time to react. When the claw had grown legs, gross, he was more prepared. Although it didn't seem too smart. Either that or the claw/alien didn't know what actual power he had within him. It was much slower than before, without the water jet propulsion it had when launched off of the alien.

Shindo dodged to the left and into the kitchen where he had taken the knife. And just like that, he couldn't stop himself from moving. He had to find something. Something to fight with! Bare hand fighting with a freaking claw would most likely result to a missing limb or more! His eyes darted from side to side, looking for an apt weapon. He could try knives again, but it probably had some sort of harder-than-chitin shell considering it's an alien. He could feel the claw already rising up for another attack.

Quick Shin! He mentally told himself. He took a frying pan, which looked like durable metal and then two knives. He held the frying pan on his right hand and the two knives on the left. He turned back to the alien and pointed the frying pan mockingly at it, "Come on." He said, taunting the alien to attack. He had enough experience with baseball to know how to swing properly.

The civilian-turned-vigilante was still watching from the sidelines as a car and explosive marbles were sent towards the alien. Smoke and dust erupted and the alien was covered with it - blocking it from view. Erika knew it would be a bad idea to assume that it was defeated. From the smoke, a car engine was thrown back towards the direction of where the car was thrown. Erika assumed it was aimed at Collider who, from what she saw earlier, was the one responsible for throwing the car.

Gastro, huh? So that was its name. Good, she got tired of calling it an 'it' in her thoughts. Though just from its yell, massive pressure seemed to make cracks appear on the ground and shattered glass flew everywhere. Erika was forced to hide once more until the shards had passed. She had to admit; this thing was childish as hell, considering that it was shouting out its attacks. But it was no less devastating.

Erika didn't know how to describe it - a shockwave of earth? Yeah, that sounds about right. Before she could order anything, Razor picked her up on one arm and Ayu on the other - lifting the two effortlessly. Erika couldn't help but let out a yelp as she was carried. "Hold on tight you two." Ayu nodded and then Razor ran straight for the wave, speed increasing with every step. Once the wave was encountered and the buildings around them started to collapse, Razor jumped, avoiding the wave and its destructive capabilities.

They landed safely on the ground, but they were now visible. "Ayu!" Erika called out, and that one word - her calling the robot's name - had all sorts of meaning. Razor placed the violet haired robot on the ground and she raised her left arm - the plasma semi-automatic rifle - and then shot three concentrated plasma balls towards the alien. They all knew that it wouldn't do much damage - but it should do some. Plasma burns like hell after all. Razor still held onto Erika just in case Gastro had the bright idea to throw something at them. He was prepared to move.
