Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

City W

Flash Forward was quite impressed with the lower ranking heroes. They deserved to be of higher rank. He still made no move against the monster as it seems they had it handled. What a role model. He tilted his head to the side when he heard the familiar sound of the blade scratching against the ground. There stood Violet Reaper, her scythe bathed in flames. It didn't look all too stable. He tilted his head. Ah, here comes the cavalry. Seriously, he should have just stayed by the two critically injured heroes. Which reminds him, had the ambulance arrived? He hoped it did. They didn't look like they'll last any longer.

He took a look back at the large monster. It had been damaged by the first hero who leaped straight towards his chest and ripped his armor open. The monster had staggered back, now closing into the electric power lines. Oh? There was a live wire that was dangling there, probably caused by his earlier attacks while fighting the C-Class heroes. He looked down at his hands and then back at the live wire. He should be careful handling that. He then looked back at the exposed chest. He looked at Violet Reaper. "The chest." He said. "Let's aim for that." Though he'd only be able to launch his own attack after Violet Reaper makes her move. He can't risk going in front of those flames and taking on the brunt of it.

Before he could say anything any further, the monster had clapped his hand over his head to try and catch Light. It caused a small shockwave that was enough to push them away. He clicked his tongue but he had quickly managed to recover. He blinked, the world going slower. No, he'd have to risk it. "I'll be quick." He told Violet Reaper before charging forward, his speed making him a blur. He quickly took hold of the open-ended electrical wire and then used his extra momentum to help fling him upwards and towards the chest. He pushed the open end towards the exposed flesh, hoping that the live electricity would flow into the monster and then landed safely back on the ground and sped away, returning to his original position near Violet Reaper.

Good, good. Just waitin' on Vita, but good.

Vincent Westerian

Vincent watched as Aisik and Emilia got themselves out of Nick's arms rather quickly. Well, Nick didn't have the best of reputations among the actors and actresses, Vincent remembered. Though he was surprised that Emilia moved to hug him and he returned the hug but quickly let go after a series of flashes nearly blinded him. Ah, right. Vincent didn't have to put up much of a facade for the fans as he wasn't really going to frown, not when he was with the co-stars that he didn't realize he missed so much.

Aisik then regarded him. He looked at him curiously as he mentioned his sister but Aisik had cut himself off to acknowledge another soul who had entered. Vincent turned his head to look at the girl who just entered. He blinked once before realization that she was a person he did know. He winced at the screeches of the fans as Aisik kissed Brinlee on the cheek. He assumed it was some sort of custom back in his homeland to regard someone you are close to. He was pretty sure that was the case but that didn't seem like a valid reason for the fans to not go wild. Once that died down, he gave her a small smile like he always did when they saw each other way back when they were teens. "Wow Brinlee, I almost didn't recognize you. It's good to see you again." She was one of the few people in the cast of Edenridge whose passion wasn't in acting. Though their circumstances were much more similar than the others - she auditioned because of her mother, he auditioned because of his sister. The fact that there was someone like him within the cast put him a lot more at ease.

He looked back at Nick. "Vinny?" He muttered to himself. It was the first time he heard someone call him that. It wasn't the best of nicknames and certainly something he didn't want to be called, but he let it slide, finding no reason for him to call Nick out on it. Besides, who knows what kind of reaction the male would give. From what he remembered, he had a particularly short temper. "I'm doing good Donovan. How about you?" There was no need for him to act hostile to an actor he barely interacted with before. Besides, they were in front of the fans. Something like acting hostile to one another would cause yet another issue in the acting business. That's part of the reason why he never loved acting.

When Emilia excused herself to get ready for the dinner party later on, he gave her a small wave. The others didn't seem like they would leave either. It was in thirty minutes. That was when Aisik began to speak, talking about the cast parties that were thrown back then. Ah, yes. Ashley did always enjoy those and he'd just be forced along. Though, it wasn't exactly the worst experience, it certainly could have been a better memory. Nick then jumped on the defense for the cast parties that were thrown. "At least they gave enough leeway to just sit down." Vincent mentioned with a shrug. He was known for merely sitting down and watching, mainly because he couldn't leave his sister alone. If she were to be harmed by some odd occurrence, he was the first person their parents would blow up at. But he could say that he could fondly look back at it.

Though he couldn't say the same for Aisik and Brinlee. He could understand Brinlee's side of not attending the parties considering the fact that she was quite a shy person back then, much like her character. But he never found out the reason why Aisik didn't go. He always saw Aisik heading out right after shooting when they were all alerted that there would be a party later on. Vincent never got to ask the guy since they were especially close and he'd appear as nosy and that was the last thing he wanted to be called. It didn't matter much now though, since it would seem that he will go. Besides, the fact that we're being invited to the Italian restaurant means that it won't be anything like that."
@Sailorsadie

Oh, uh...

I shall try to make the post as quickly as possible.
@AcerRo

Got it. I'll wait up on your post then.
If we're going to skip to Atlanta, I'll be waiting for that post before I post again. So, are we going ahead with the skip? I'm cool either way.

@AcerRo
@sailorsadie

I could see Kaitlin befriending Maddy... But only so she can manipulate her and use her friendship to piss of Lanie. She would find out when Maddy was tutoring Decky, snap a photo of then laughing or leaning in close... Then use Maddy's computer log in to set the photos to be published in the school paper. Like go in after Maddy had already approved the prints and slip them in. Just to piss off Lanie, and Maddy would unfortunately be collateral damage.

Damn bro. That's harsh.
@chukklehed

And so the competitions begin...

Though I doubt a lot of us would really RP the businesses considering we're all too busy trying to save the world. Unfortunately.
@Animal

I assume Hime's going to be part of the meeting?

Sweet! I'll make sure they each have their own screen times. And I'm always up for them monopolizing the entire costume business.

Ah, I added Erika as well to the Char tab on my post.

City W

Shindo was dispatched to City W to patrol. Apparently there was some talk that a monster might appear there or something like that. At first, everything was silent. The only ones roaming around were heroes. The civilians have all been evacuated. They only based it off some rumors that maybe it would be the next target. It was Shindo's free day and he had planned to continue his search but that was abruptly stopped thanks to this mission. He was annoyed, to say the least.

A particularly loud sound caught his attention and he turned towards the source of the roar. It wasn't too far. He put on his half mask and then threw his hood on before surging forward, becoming a blur to everyone else and then skidding to a stop near the scene. He saw that Mold and Light were already at the scene - with the former mercilessly attacking the gigantic mech-like monster and the latter looking incredibly bored at what was happening. He outranked the both of them but for the mere reason that he's earning points from the masses because of his habit of prioritizing them over fighting the villain because it was the best thing to do with his kind of power.

Noticing the two critically injured C-class heroes, he muttered a curse to himself. Neither of the two even moved to take the two to safety first. Maybe it was because they thought that it would be best to attack first and leave the medical aid for later? If that was the case, then Shindo had to do what he does best. He activated his super speed once more to take the two to safety, a couple of blocks away from the scene where the monster was. He was careful while he carried them, hoping to not agitate their wounds any further. He had to do a quick patch up job for them to prevent dying from blood loss. He pressed his finger to the earpiece he had that was connected to HQ.

"This is Flash Forward requesting for medical backup to come to City W immediately. I have two critically injured C-Class heroes. They are at The Wild West Bar."

With that done and he made sure that they were safe and would not be dying anytime soon, Flash Forward darted back to the scene. He paused for a moment. This was a particularly large monster and he doesn't even see any flesh openings so there weren't much he could do as of now. He needed something to use. He was sure that it would break his fists if he were to ever use his hands against something like that. His eyes darted to the electricity poles that lined the streets. Could he use those? Break one and stick the open ended wire against the monster and see if it hurts?

But for now, Flash Forward remained stationary, waiting for an opportunity.

City A - HQ

Himeko had been woken up very roughly on that day but a sudden announcement in the PA about an urgent meeting between the director of HA - Danzo, a person she has known personally thanks to her living here. She had stayed out late last night in a stakeout at City Z, one of the more notorious cities as it has been under the villain's control for quite some time now. Himeko's face has never been well known as she wears a full mask and her body type is unknown thanks to her using a loose jacket and cargo pants. Because of that, she can go on covert missions and if something were to go wrong...

Well, no one really worries about that. Well, not much at least.

She came back around four in the morning in an exhausted state as she had to fight a group of wannabe monster villains on her way back to City A as they thought that she was a mere civilian and they wanted some extra pocket money. Thanks to their own powers and their forms, they were more durable than what she expected. She wouldn't go as far as saying she severely underestimated them. They had managed to take a toll on her because of their number to as it was a four to one battle. Needless to say, they were apprehended.

Himeko wanted nothing more than to simply sleep and wake up in the afternoon to begin her duties. But Danzo didn't want that to happen and had to call up that emergency meeting. She had no choice and she slumped onto one of the seats, head lulling forward as she waited for the others to come. When they had all filed in, she finally woke up and then put her eyes on Danzo as he began speaking.

Her eyes tore away from the man and to the card. Oh, so they were an organization now? The villains were now really making themselves known and she guessed that none of the members of this Monster Association were pushovers. Now that their attacks would be coordinated, she knew that they were going to be worked to the bone. Upon hearing that Dillinger, a rather young (but still older than her) hero who had no powers whatsoever but had his trusty handgun by his side, had died, her mood had obviously dropped. He was someone she enjoyed talking with as he was relatively close to her age compared to the other S-Class people.

When Danzo's piercing gaze swept through all of them, Himeko knew something was wrong. He brought his hand down on the table and Himeko instinctively flinch. Danzo suspiciously and angrily asked them which one of them killed Dillinger. Her thinking momentarily paused.

An S-Class hero... killed another hero?

Yet another person who she finally has come to trust disappears. Gets killed. And to think the murderer was within their class. This was just... unforgivable. Other heroes started to pipe up to argue with Danzo for their innocence. She stayed silent. Since she was a person who lives in HQ and only ever left for missions or when she does leave so she can buy something for herself, she felt safe from Danzo's suspicion.
