Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

Uh, I'm no come-back player but I do wish to express interest in this if you will have me.
Leo watched as Ben placed the CD in the player and then placed his head back on the rest. "Hey, this is more of a rotating seating kind of deal right?" He said, looking towards Ben, suddenly worried. While he has stayed up for about twenty four hours before, he wasn't sure how long he'd be able to keep his eyes open on the road. He didn't exactly want to sleep on Ben. That'd be rude of him.

"Take a shot of anything interesting." Came Leo's reply added with a chuckle. Honestly, he never planned anything beforehand. He just thought of winging everything. Besides, the only reason why he came along was to get to know these people better and have some more fun. Okay, you could also say that he had some other things to do in California but that was a story for another time.

He looked back at the van where Zac and the girls were. He planned to take a picture but it wouldn't really amount to much of a shot so he decided not to take it. He fixed himself on his seat again, "I wonder what kind of surprises wait for us here." He said before bringing his camera up and taking a picture of the incoming city.

Johnson rolled his eyes. "Sheesh, that bad huh? Can't blame her though, if I was in her place and I really hated it, I'd skedaddle out of here too." He said with a nod. But, it was odd. Hearing that someone disappeared without a trace and was never heard from again. But, then again, none of them can be considered 'normal' in a sense. Heck, they had wolf boy over there. He heard the commotion happening. "A falling out this early into the game?" He muttered to himself but didn't pay any real attention to it.

"I really hope they have tasty food here. Looking at the whole area, they better have." He mused. While he wasn't picky about his food, he really liked having something delicious than something stale, like the cafeteria food back at his old school. He really hated that. Maybe he'd have something to look forward to here.
I've edited my post after thinking that what I originally went with was a little stupid.

Let's see where this goes.
Rikuo of the Northern Water Tribe

Rikuo noticed the commotion in the market of Ba Sing Se. As he squeezed through the crowd, he saw it. He was there just in time to see it. It was him. There was no mistaking that jet black hair, that face and that outfit. He'd be damned if he didn't know who it was. Though he wanted to think that it wasn't, but he only let out an exasperated sigh. He watched the boy disappear into the alleyway and he shook his head.

"I can't believe it. That kid's in trouble again..."

He began rethinking what had happened in the past few days that led to this moment of his life. Around a week ago, he was simply travelling between kingdoms still in search for more benders. He had cataloged a lot of them in his journals - having to buy one every so often because it keeps running out of pages. He had just exited the kingdom of Omashu. He always enjoyed the sight of Omashu and their intricate mail system.

In his stay there, he had managed to finally convince someone to explain to him how they thought up the idea. It needed a lot of Earth benders, sure, but it was quick and efficient. After all, these packages can't be carried by a falcon like his. At least you wouldn't need to lug something around to take to your friend at the opposite side of the district right?

After that, he decided that maybe he should head over to the Fire Nation. Sure, that place was a little bit too hot but he had heard of the fire performers that were on the rise and decided to see what he can learn from them. However, Jinyu had arrived carrying a letter. It was the response his parents had given to him. They detailed how a young man, a Water bender, had returned to the Northern Water Tribe in search for his parents. They then decided that maybe Rikuo wanted to meet this person.

He did. He was then informed that he was most likely headed for Ba Sing Se. And so he decided to change course and head for the Impenetrable City. He wondered what kind of young man this was. They never gave him a name so he was certainly in for a surprise. Only after a short while, he found himself at the present time.

Mallo was once again in trouble with the Earth Kingdom. From what he was hearing, apparently the guy had stolen some food. He groaned once more as he squeezed through the crowd and walked behind the soldiers who were chasing after him. Now what should he do? Should he offer to pay? No, he might not have enough money for that. He certainly couldn't leave that kid alone. Fight then? Gah, this was difficult.

Rikuo arrived just in time to hear Mallo claim that he was the Avatar. He narrowed his eyes at the male. The Avatar? Him? No, impossible. Could it be? Whatever, that didn't matter right now.

Taking the hilt, he inserted it into his pouch and took it out, a stream of water following. He then raised the whip and sent it to destroy the rock hand that immobilized Mallo. "Come now, can't we be a bit more civilized? Let's talk this out. Have Mallo pay in labor perhaps?" He said but kept his water whip active just in case it goes ugly. He didn't prefer it, but if it had to happen, then he had no choice.

He should really stop involving himself with this idiot of a kid.
@Polaris North

I mean, who could resist Mallo's friendly face and charm;) hahaha

I was thinking that Mallo could be in some trouble, and Rikuo feels obligated to help him XD

"Damn it, this kid's in trouble again?"

This will definitely be my opening post later.
@Polaris North

I'd be up for that! We could say acquaintances, they could have met once in the water tribe, and then crossed paths from time to time in the world? Rikuo could have been dragged into things because a fellow water bender needs help :D haha

Yeah, that could happen. Acquaintances it is then. Though it kinda sounds like they're friends when Rikuo gets unwillingly dragged into things that Mallo needs help with.
@Jones Sparrow

I was going to say that maybe Rikuo and Mallo have crossed paths before but I don't know whether complete strangers or acquaintances would work better...

Kenji leaned back on one of the walls as Ekibe suggested that they go together. He didn't have any objections to that. Among the members of the peerage, Ekibe was probably the one he worked best with - Argos included but he came to a close second. In the past six months, he's been around her a lot because of their little searches so he's gotten a chance to get to know her fighting style. Though, the one he's actually been around the most was Siegfried. He missed the days when they were the only ones deployed and Siegfried do ninety percent of the fighting and he'd just be supporting him through long ranged shots. Maybe he'll team up with him again at the next mission.

Luckily, he wasn't going to deal with him on that day. He didn't seem to be in the best of moods, probably because his fight was interrupted with this. He'd rather not deal with the fuming dragon while also having to fight someone. It might be true that Siegfried would most likely take out his anger at the enemy; he wasn't going to take any chances with it.

He sighed exasperatedly when the King mentioned that they had no information on the Strays aside from their appearances. No names, no combat abilities - nothing. Kenji was used to going in blind, but if someone had any information then he'd appreciate it if they spilled. That way, it would be easier to do the job and it would also be a lot safer. It made things sound suspicious. Their master was apparently dismissive of this certain mission... then why the hell did they have to go out and hunt for them? Ah, but no questioning the higher ups. Such was the life.

Kenji looked at the picture. Oh, an arachnid. Interesting. This was a recent breakout right? There was a high possibility that she would hide out in secluded and dark places. The broken church fell into that category. He burned the appearance to his memory. He'd rather make quick work out of this one. Nothing was better than lazing around after all.

"The park, got it." The Fallen Angel said with a nod. He then looked over to Ekibe and then silently followed behind the white haired demi-goddess.

His feet were on autopilot as the pair walked down the path heading towards the abandoned church. He looked up at the sky - the moon shining brightly around it, surrounded by stars. It was a good night. He always preferred the night, even before he became a devil. He was always much more aware at this time. He was restless, unlike when it was day and he would be a lot more sluggish and sleepy. He absentmindedly kicked a small rock to the side, not caring if it would catch someone's attention or not.

"If it's a Queen, then I think we have our work cut out for us. It wouldn't make much sense, since usually Queens are the most trusted but I guess it does happen." Kenji replied before falling into silence as he thought about it. Seriously, if it was a Queen and an arachnid, they would probably end up in a cage of web. He hated not having any room to fly around and dodge. Hopefully that wouldn't be the case. "Perhaps she is a rook? When you pack a punch and be able to create web cages, I think it's a good combination. Though we wouldn't really know until we meet her."

He didn't miss a beat when she had asked the next question as he confidently answered, "I followed one of their rookie members to the Church quite a while back. He wasn't able to sense my presence but I made sure to not get too close. I may be confident on how well I can erase my presence, I had to be careful." It would be bad if they found out that one of them had been followed. There were multiple consequences to this, bu the one he as most worried about was them moving out. "But if they did sense me, they probably wouldn't be there anymore. Here's to hoping. However, if they're not there, then there would be a higher chance that the arachnid was there." At least there's a high probability that this situation was the win-win type of deal. If the other's not there, then the opposite would probably be there.
Yes! Let's have them know eachother!!!!!!!!

Sweet! Can't wait until they see each other.

Oh and for everyone else: my character travels a lot, so it could be that your characters and mine have run into each other - you know, if anyone wants to create any ties to someone within The Order - for interesting plot points along the road.

Ooh, another traveler? She and Rikuo could know each other. He doesn't care about whether they are from the Order or not (not yet anyways).

Same goes for me. My character's been travelling around a lot so they could know each other. Acquaintances perhaps. He's also interested in benders, I plan for him to be cataloguing other benders outside of water benders.
