It looked to be just a regular morning. Things were already getting spilled and there was already a commotion. Alcander felt pity for Desh, but the man's antics couldn't help but amuse the him. Tas' revenge against Murphy had Al shaking his head, though he approved. He couldn't suppress his smile as it happened, and he was just about to walk past them to grab some food before he saw Anya approach. His attention was turned to the nice girl who offered him the customary prashaad. He gave her an inviting grin and nodded to her, accepting it as he always did. "Thank you Anya." he replied. The lovely girl always uplifted his mood a bit. He felt like Anya and his mom would get along great, sharing recipes and stories for hours.

Owen had walked in just moments before, the two guys filling in the doorway as they stood side by side. "Oh, good morning." he said to Owen, simply. Alcander always did his best to at least say hi to Owen, out of respect. He was an easy going guy, but he understood his life had been pretty difficult up until now, even if Al didn't entirely know the specifics. Better to be kind at first, he'd learned. Even if his dad wouldn't be proud of him, Al respected guys like Owen.

His gaze switched to a waving Cera, and he smiled and gave an upraised hand in greeting, his other hand still in his pocket casually. He noticed her cheeks. From where she originated from, he guess she really wasn't used to this heat. He kept himself from shrugging, and waded into the cafeteria and found himself a seat near the center. He ate his food slowly, enjoying every bit of it. Indian cuisine agreed with him, he'd discovered. He didn't know where he was going today. He still felt like going out, even after his adventure to the pool.

Alcander overheard Cera's call and felt a bit bad for her that she was late. "Good luck!" he called to her as she hurried off. Marc looked crestfallen that she'd gone, and Al showed a sympathetic look to the guy. He doubted they'd ever be good friends, but Marc seemed to thrive with people around him and needed it. He'd always felt sorry for people like that.

He let his mind wander, as it usually did. He didn't pressure himself too much, but where should he go? Fort Amber was always a neat place, and watching the Elephant rides was something that fascinated him. He knew he wanted to read a bit later, but right now he just couldn't think of where to go with this energy he had. He wiped his mouth with a cloth, and took a big sip of water, patting his chest and keeping his burp quiet in his mouth.

Red Strike (Ro'Kun)

He gave Naomi a cheerful, even playful smile and a nod. "We'd love to have you." Minutes later, carried literal bucket loads of food towards the pool area, amazed and happy that word had spread so quickly through the HQ. Ro'Kun hadn't even been here before and he was already starting shit. He carried the food to the tables and set it all up. It was ramshackle and mixed, but it was free food. Who could resist? Suddenly he couldn't believe his ears, but Rick Astley's "Never gonna give you up" began plahying on this new guys ipod and Ro'Kun couldn't suppress an extremely amused grin. "Dear God." He even gave a thumbs up to the guy.

He turned, and stretched. He wore red swim trunks and nothing else. His thick, shoulder length black hair clung to his neck and his toned, (even a bit muscled) physique displayed for all to see. He grunted, and then stretched, one foot out and the other leg bent as his sifu taught him. Up, down, up, down, and switch to the other side. He wondered where his buddy Brian was. The young man then popped up from his stretches, and looked around at the people here.

He gave a wave and a wink to the girl wearing the sarong, before focusing his dark eyes on the pool and literally front flipping into the water. Luckily, the enormous splash was made on the opposite end of the pool from Naomi. He had hit the water with such force and grace that the young man literally whipped across the bottom of the pool and resurfaced upon the otherside, right by Naomi's legs. He parted his dark hair away from his vision, and greeted her. "Hey there." he said casually, slipping his muscled arms up on the rocky edge as his feet dangled beneath him. He had a clear view of Jess too and waved at her once more. "You guys liking it out here? The choice of music is something else, I'll give it that."

Red Strike (Ro'Kun)

Ro'Kun waited on his new friends to get dressed, and as he did so he looked around the room. He suddenly jumped when he heard a delighted squeal from the back. It was a girl who had just wandered in with a high protein shake. The handsome young man watched her for a second, then smiled. "Hey!" he called, loud enough for her to (hopefully) hear past her music. "We're throwing a pool party, if you want to come join us. You can just lounge around, you don't have to swim."

He saw another female figure (Naomi) pass through the hallway, and he cried out before she made it out of earshot. "Hey girly!" he cried out with cupped hands. "You hear that! There's gonna be a party in a bit. You wanna join?" He leaped to his feet effortlessly and gave them both a mischievous grin, before hearing his new friend Brian entering the room.
"You ready my man lets go make his happen!"
"We'll see. I'm letting these two fine young ladies decide if they'd be the first to join."
