Current Projects/Freelance work

  • I am a voice talent and script writer for Faerun History
  • I have a much smaller personal Youtube channel that I use to make videos on various subjects. Only been making videos for 2 years, but it's growing!
  • I'm the host of a Science Fiction & Fantasy Podcast where I interview authors of the genre.

Interests (Includes but is not limited to)

  • Writing/Reading (Love writing and I own too many books)
  • Video Games (Been a gamer for close to 23 years now)
  • Working Out/Martial Arts (Wing Chun/Oyama Karate mostly. Some historical swordplay as well.)
  • History (Military History is my specialty)
  • Zoology
  • Art (Mostly Illustrations. Used to be good. Am picking it back up)
  • Voice Acting/Singing
  • Tabletop Gaming (Started late in the game. Been at it for 3 years. I was the kid who bought the monster manuals and D&D books just for the lore for the longest time. I've played 3.5e, 5e, Star Wars D20, Edge of the Empire, PF, and PF2.)
  • Weaponry of all kinds
  • Anime (mostly action/shonen. DBZ & YYH being my favorites)
  • Movies (Action/War/Drama films being my go-to)
  • Music (Rock of all kinds, as well as historical folk songs, sea shanties, pub songs, a bit of classical music, etc)
  • Guitar (am learning to play, but being left handed makes it challenging)
  • There's more but if you care enough you can PM me :P

Roleplay F.A.Q.

  • Fantasy, Sci Fi, and Historical are my genres. Fantasy being my favorite and Sci Fi/Historical being close seconds.
  • Advanced / Nation / 1x1 / Casual (only in certain circumstances)
  • I generally write at the 'Advanced Level' meaning 4+ Paragraphs with good grammar.
  • I am usually busy with many projects and RPs, but if you wish to do a 1x1 with me, you'll need to present your case. Those I already do it with have my trust as a Roleplayer.
  • I love many, many fictional universes so me trying to list them all is an effort in futility!

The Engineer glanced at the wakened Halfling and chuckled. Just like a moot boy to be sleeping after a hearty meal. It was nice to have him on this trek, Sketti admitted. The Halfling's idea was right on the money as well. Luccini was indeed a good place to set off. Speaking of money...

The acceptance of Sketti's terms and the gold that scattered on the table widened the Dawi's eyes, and he scrambled over to a chair, hefting himself upon it, and stood on it like a stool as he leaned over the table and carefully examined the coins. There were so many variations! "Well ye got me attention." he admitted, grabbing a random coin and admiring it with a professional air.

So...if there are no objections, then I suggest we take this bad 'ere an head for Luccini with all haste. An hope we don't meet no pirates on our way to...wherever it is we be goin' again.” the Halfling said. Sketti still gazed at the different coins, picking each up and examining. "Aye, I'm ready to get goin' methinks." he agreed.
@AustronautOther than a few chopped up words above the name, she is accepted.

Careful with the horse though. It's harsh terrain and you won't be able to take it everywhere.

@rush99999Because I want this to simply be an advanced writing experience. Pictures can be fine sometimes, but I'd like people to write descriptions that we can see with our minds rather than our eyes. Like Austronaut's character for instance. She could have provided a pic where all of us could have had different opinions on, we could critique the art of it, etc. Or she can tell us and we'd all be in agreement that she's an attractive, dark haired individual that brings up a unique image to each of our minds.
@SaarebasThank for you letting us know. I believe we're fine to wait and be patient. I am at least ^__^
@Sleaterput a hider on your sheet, and it was in the rules that you PM me your sheets. Though there is a lot on there and I keep editing, so it's no big deal. I'll give your character a look soon.
If you're awaiting a post from me, I can get to it tonight. But I agree with Kitsune
@The Fated FallenHonored. I was hoping you'd join or at least observe.

Also so far we have 2 people interested in mages, 1 going for a rogue, and another a Knight. We'll need some rough and ready sellsword/cutthroats/huntsmen/rangers though. I can provide NPC's however.
@The Fated FallenI was wondering when you'd show up^^

Also, I will get to everyone's PM's shortly.
I regret to say I was busy for the most part, and all I did today was add 3 more human nations and give the currency value in the 2nd post, but you'll have extra races and classes and such tomorrow (well, today. After I sleep)
With practiced steps, he began to slice into the air with a rhythm, forming X's at first, before slowly making his movements more intricate and complicated. Soon his sword was performing routines, blocks and ripostes seemingly coming out of nowhere. The swordsman's attacks were being performed swifter and swifter. His movements were sleek but powerful, and after each routine was done he let out a 'hya'. Suddenly he stepped forward, and hacked at the closest dummy, slicing it beneath its armpits, at the neck, the heart.

Meldarion knew just as any fighter did that training only accounted for a fraction of your survival in a true battle, but he needed every advantage he could get. The War was coming soon, and he'd be here to meet it head on. Even with the cold, he was bare chested as he practiced; hard muscle and a defined physique lightly drenched in sweat as he finished his training for the day, and he sheathed his sword before wiping himself down. He wasn't about to sweat within his clothing, or he would truly become cold.

He left the training yard within the walls of the city, and made his way straight towards the meeting hall where they were discussing what to do about the incoming Wyldling invasion. Having donned his full armor, he arrived inside the hall just as Jarl Sigbjorn had asked for people to speak, and he listened to Dag, Brenna, and Beric give their piece. He decided it was his turn, having halted at the entrance but now wading through the crowd to the front to face Sigbjorn.

"What of the people within these walls, and the surrounding villages?" the swordsman asked, his voice carrying the weight of command, having been drilled in him from years of ordering fellow infantrymen. "Are we to abandon them to the Wyldlings?" Meldarion glanced behind him at the crowd. "I agree with Brenna, and Beric. If we're to die, it'll be with a sword in our hands. Not to fade away with this planet. I don't know about any of you, but a quick death by a blade or arrow is preferable to me than clinging to this dying world. And even if that were not so, and we can save this world, it is our duty to keep the Wyldling eyes fixed on our defenses, and not on the defenceless."
The Battle for Fel'Blade:
Battle Commander Krux and his Warrior 002 class Starfighters ripped through the initial onslaught of enemy Agonis fighters, their lascannons burning through them like sharp claws through exposed flesh. They found themselves at the rear end of the enemy fleet once they punched through, turning around and flanking them.
"Status" Warmaster Daixanos demanded to Krux through his visor's comm.
"22 of ours dead. 3 are damaged and need help."
"Enemy deaths?"
"Hundreds."
"Make it a thousand."
"With pleasure." Krux replied, giving a guttural chuckle as he set his comm to his fleet. Before his visor, he could see the larger Agonis ships making a straight path right into the Hexanagallion Predator frigates, as if they wished for death. The smaller fighters that remained swarmed around their larger cousins and split off into 4 groups, bypassing the Predator frigates and only taking minor casualties from the Predator rear guns. "Warrior 002's, this is your Battle Commander. I want Squads Ravenous, Hydra, Warcry, and Raider to follow those small Agonis fighters. Squad Fang, look after the damaged ships. Squad Ripper, with me." he ordered. "Ready your torpedoes." Krux knew that Raulek could survive those puny fighters with just its defenses, but his fighters would make sure there was as little damage to the Station as possible.
Gripping both thrusters in his custom fighter, he pushed forward and took back the controls as his Starfighter zoomed at incredible speed toward the flank of the Templeships and Commandship. At his right and left, Ripper Squad joined him at top speed, their force moving like a hawk swooping in for the kill. Faint flashes of light caught Krux's attention, and he glanced out of the cockpit to see the planetary defenses of the system firing their DARC cannons, scattering the enemy fighters within their atmosphere while the Warrior 001's cleaned up the remaining filth. It filled Krux with an insatiable battle lust, and he gave the order to fire.
The previously unused Dragon Torpedoes bombarded into the rear of the Templeships and Commandship just as the Predator Frigates blew through them with their ARK cannons from the front.
Daixanos ordered the Raulek defenses to open fire, and one Hexanagallion roared as he fired his UR turret, laser blasts from across Raulek firing in rapid succession and ripping through Agonis fighters as they were mercilessly chased from behind by the 4 Warrior 002 squadrons.
"Honored Warmaster." Daixanos heard from behind, taken from the reverie of watching the battle unfold, the fleet captain approaching him on the command Deck of the largest Frigate Fellhammer.
"What is it?" Dax asked, barely glancing back.
"Our mission to Hexana. It was successful. I had just received word, and it is my greatest honor to tell you this most joyous news." the Fleet commander said, bending a knee before his Warmaster.
Daixanos turned slowly, his reptilian eyes glinting in the light. "We have our home back?" he asked slowly.
"Yes, Warmaster."
"Spread the word." Warmaster Daixanos ordered. "The time of our people has come."

At the Edge of Xeno-Barbarian Space: Space Station Doum
"Do you want to crush humans? The Imperium?" Warmaster Gatar asked his new recruits. Roars and cries of readiness filled the chamber as 10,000 Hexanagallion Infantry watched his every move as he stood upon his hover-dias. His silver armor, and metallic left arm shined the light above the chamber, as if he was a Warknight of old, come back to command their people to glory. And was it not so? The Primal light had given a vision to their prophets, which had led for a Nation wide morale boost and battle lust inside the Hexanagallions. It was why an Honored Warmaster had shown up to speak to the troops and not simply a General or Battle Commander.
Gatar pointed to the large Holo map along the left side of the large chamber, showing the entire region of the Galaxy, and the region of space that was slowly squeezing into the 2nd Terran Imperium space. "First, we must prove our mettle." Gatar said. "And what better way than to kill the ones who prey upon humans? To devour the devourers!"
"WE WILL CRUSH THEM!" a lieutenant cried in his deep and hoarse voice.
"We will!" The Warmaster said. "Already our transports are being readied. I am told you troops lack experience. You each have only one kill, maybe two. But I can see the heart of our people in this room. I see the future of our race. I see conquerers!"
Bellows and roars threatened to overwhelm the huge chamber. It was time to deploy, and attack.
