He kissed her back, then blinked at her comment. "Well, why don't we make it easy on him and tell him who I am up front. And if he gets pissed, he'd attack me right there and I'd be ready for him. No backstabs and whatnot, ya know?"
Just that moment he got a notification on his comm. "Huh...looks like Wicked is needing us for something." he said, then scooped Enyo up in his arms and carried her over to where the other staff were. "Hey everyone. Just got a hot babe in my arms. No big deal."

Wicked placed her hands atop his head, and suddenly he felt a warmth pass through his body, followed by an adrenaline rush. His muscles bulged, and suddenly he felt something right above his really nice butt. "Huh?"
He turned around, and saw he had a tail...like a Saiyan. "Dude...that is wicked." He then blinked. "HA! I get it. Wicked."

Bania has a moderately centralized government (Would be a strong central government, but landscape restrictions). While individual counts/barons/lords (generally counts and barons, but some have foreign relations so they use the term lord) are the main power of their regions because of their money and protection, soldiers loyal to only the Queen still patrol the entire country, and she is immensely popular with the common folk due to her being their hero and liberator. Think of it this way. The Queen is the true ruler and if anyone had to choose between her and a Countess, they'd choose her, sometimes even when facing death. But only a fool thinks that they should ignore the opinion of the Countess down the street who has a vault of money and a few hundred armed men in her employ.

I'd say if Andred = 13th century England, then Bania would be 12 century Russia or Norway. A bit more antiquated, but not in an overly noticable way. They're more different because of landscapes. Andred is large so it has various types, ranging from mountains to forests to plains. Bania is mostly rises that lead to mountains, and pine forests, with only a few plains/valleys. Quick summers and long winters. So Banians would focus more on staying warm and having good steel to fight an undead wight or cave bear than a printing press, if you catch my drift.

Now to the Kaelic Isle. Some clans do a bit of trading with Andred settlements, but for the most part they are either under the yoke of the appointed 'Lord of the Isle' Lord Velwerd with unnecessary taxes and the like, or they are fighting to liberate the isle from him. In fact, until recently, over half of the Clans were not against Andred for a period of time because the Lord that Andred had appointed had been one of their own, Lord Branimir. He had been the leader of an independence movement and Andred made a compromise. But it seems that Andred, or perhaps the new 'Lord of the Isle' decided against it, and Branimir has disappeared and is presumed dead.

The Dwarves of the Isle don't like the occupation, but they have not actively fought against the men of Andred (other than small isolated incidents), for their cousins on the mainland are friends of the nation. The Dwarves have been there longer than anyone, and tell of a time when the Isle was connected to the mainland. The men who originated from there took the Dwarves accents as their own, hence the 'Scottish' of it all. The Elves showed up right when the others did, around 2,000 years ago, and settled there, making friends with the clans because they both respected one another for their feirceness, woodcraft, and respect of the land. All of them are united against the large number of Trolls, the occupation, and the few clans of Giants that are actively dicks (not all are though). Plus there are forest appiritions, beasts, and spirits that haunt the land.
The Clans may bicker at times, but they generally keep peace between them and settle their differences with various games followed by feasts, which might lead to mutual arrangements like marriage pacts. Though clan warfare isnt unheard of and has happened in the past. Their tech is like 12 century scotland. They have fine iron weapons, but their homes are simple timber or stacked rock with wood and hay for roofs, and palisade walls are more common than well built stone ones. Their armor is leather or hide usually, though the Lairds/Chieftans and their personal guard have some iron or bronze armor.
