I started ATLA late, around Covid. But I love the first series and think TLoK is pretty good despite some problems

Current Projects/Freelance work

  • I am a voice talent and script writer for Faerun History
  • I have a much smaller personal Youtube channel that I use to make videos on various subjects. Only been making videos for 2 years, but it's growing!
  • I'm the host of a Science Fiction & Fantasy Podcast where I interview authors of the genre.

Interests (Includes but is not limited to)

  • Writing/Reading (Love writing and I own too many books)
  • Video Games (Been a gamer for close to 23 years now)
  • Working Out/Martial Arts (Wing Chun/Oyama Karate mostly. Some historical swordplay as well.)
  • History (Military History is my specialty)
  • Zoology
  • Art (Mostly Illustrations. Used to be good. Am picking it back up)
  • Voice Acting/Singing
  • Tabletop Gaming (Started late in the game. Been at it for 3 years. I was the kid who bought the monster manuals and D&D books just for the lore for the longest time. I've played 3.5e, 5e, Star Wars D20, Edge of the Empire, PF, and PF2.)
  • Weaponry of all kinds
  • Anime (mostly action/shonen. DBZ & YYH being my favorites)
  • Movies (Action/War/Drama films being my go-to)
  • Music (Rock of all kinds, as well as historical folk songs, sea shanties, pub songs, a bit of classical music, etc)
  • Guitar (am learning to play, but being left handed makes it challenging)
  • There's more but if you care enough you can PM me :P

Roleplay F.A.Q.

  • Fantasy, Sci Fi, and Historical are my genres. Fantasy being my favorite and Sci Fi/Historical being close seconds.
  • Advanced / Nation / 1x1 / Casual (only in certain circumstances)
  • I generally write at the 'Advanced Level' meaning 4+ Paragraphs with good grammar.
  • I am usually busy with many projects and RPs, but if you wish to do a 1x1 with me, you'll need to present your case. Those I already do it with have my trust as a Roleplayer.
  • I love many, many fictional universes so me trying to list them all is an effort in futility!

@mdkI was mainly thumbing through, but thanks for the tip. I usually don't look at the magazine section.
@POOHEAD189 That sounds good! You and Andry are my main Dwarf guys. :)

I'm a Dawi fanatic, but whenever I play Dwarfs I like to be fairly experienced when it comes to adventuring, so I wonder...

I'll probably definitely go with the dashing Border Prince, but if I do not, an Araby thief sounds very interesting to me.
@POOHEAD189 Spongebob meme! +100 points.

Thank you, Sororitas-Senpai
Ugh, moving twice so soon must suck. I've had to move many times the past few years. Got so tired of it.
The soldier squared his shoulders, smiling bashfully and shifting in his seat. He was trying to appear casual as the memories of the previous night flooded back into his head, and he had to visibly stall the warm stirrings of desire that was now rousing in him from her smile and subtly sly movements. He had to admit, she'd made him quite tired too. He was glad he'd awoken before noon. His stamina and her experience and expertise...

He blinked a thick blink, shoving the hunger out of his eyes and sighed. He spoke up a moment later. "I agree," he declared. "And no one would have heard of us in Marienburg. At least, no one we're liable to run into."

He ate another small helping of food, and then wiped washed it down with water. Reluctant to leave as well, he knew it was the right choice, so he decided to help his partner get into gear.

"As much as I hate to say it, best get dressed," he told her. Once she got up, he'd give her a light, playful smack on the rump. It was one part joking, one part playful, and one part hearing her squawk. He still found it oddly adorable she did that whenever she was surprised.
@Penny
It seemed the majority of the group were fit and unharmed after their specific tasks had been completed. Herold had thought he and the Krieger Trooper had the most dangerous job, but he should have known the psyker would have come back in disarray. The Arbites had known her long enough (which still wasn't quite that long) to know she was a ticking time bomb, that somehow happened to explode and reassemble only to explode again. One day, there would be a daemon possession, and it would be the last time...

He brushed those thoughts aside, and stood there as a statue as the others conversed. It still did not sit right with him that the others felt they could discuss this in such free terms. The commander had asked for questions, not questioning. "This is not a discussion. We have our orders," he said, his voice a stark, deep baritone. The Adeptus Arbites had complete jurisdiction over the Imperial citizens of his sector, and his superiors had complete jurisdiction over he. It was the way of civilization.

"My question is, do we go in separate groups or attack one section at a time?" Herold gripped the haft of his weapon slightly tighter, showing he was ready to set about the brutal work of taking their objective and killing anything that dared impede their path.
Now that is quite neat.
As soon as Adrianne walked back into the command room, Aviza had her eyes locked on the blood soaked Psyker. "Psykey Adrianne, would you mind explaining to me why you are soaked in blood?"

One of my favorite things to do whenever I get to a new town is checking out their bookstores. In fact I think that is my favorite thing to do one a trip.

It's only a funny honorable mention for the thread, but I saw a magazine called U.S. Foreign Affairs and opened it up only to find every subject was about domestic matters like top 40 richest men in the country. I was kind of disappointed...
I'll be home tomorrow. The beach has been fun and I'm fortunate I have a house to myself and a (somewhat shitty) laptop to use. But I'll be happy to get back home, as well. Might not be too active tomorrow though, because of the plane flight. I've had 9 ear surgeries and let's just say my ears don't do well with extreme changes in pressure :P Might be pretty dizzy
