I started ATLA late, around Covid. But I love the first series and think TLoK is pretty good despite some problems

Current Projects/Freelance work

  • I am a voice talent and script writer for Faerun History
  • I have a much smaller personal Youtube channel that I use to make videos on various subjects. Only been making videos for 2 years, but it's growing!
  • I'm the host of a Science Fiction & Fantasy Podcast where I interview authors of the genre.

Interests (Includes but is not limited to)

  • Writing/Reading (Love writing and I own too many books)
  • Video Games (Been a gamer for close to 23 years now)
  • Working Out/Martial Arts (Wing Chun/Oyama Karate mostly. Some historical swordplay as well.)
  • History (Military History is my specialty)
  • Zoology
  • Art (Mostly Illustrations. Used to be good. Am picking it back up)
  • Voice Acting/Singing
  • Tabletop Gaming (Started late in the game. Been at it for 3 years. I was the kid who bought the monster manuals and D&D books just for the lore for the longest time. I've played 3.5e, 5e, Star Wars D20, Edge of the Empire, PF, and PF2.)
  • Weaponry of all kinds
  • Anime (mostly action/shonen. DBZ & YYH being my favorites)
  • Movies (Action/War/Drama films being my go-to)
  • Music (Rock of all kinds, as well as historical folk songs, sea shanties, pub songs, a bit of classical music, etc)
  • Guitar (am learning to play, but being left handed makes it challenging)
  • There's more but if you care enough you can PM me :P

Roleplay F.A.Q.

  • Fantasy, Sci Fi, and Historical are my genres. Fantasy being my favorite and Sci Fi/Historical being close seconds.
  • Advanced / Nation / 1x1 / Casual (only in certain circumstances)
  • I generally write at the 'Advanced Level' meaning 4+ Paragraphs with good grammar.
  • I am usually busy with many projects and RPs, but if you wish to do a 1x1 with me, you'll need to present your case. Those I already do it with have my trust as a Roleplayer.
  • I love many, many fictional universes so me trying to list them all is an effort in futility!

Manny slipped his feet off his work desk, still eyeing the Grimoire of the Order of the Golden Dawn as he pushed himself up with casual ease, not even gripping his chair legs as he did so. Taking one last sip of coffee, he headed out of the hallway, slipping past people without even placing his eyes on them, gaze still firmly on the open Grimoire. This book would be hard to find for someone not used to occult, but with it, a common man could easily perform one of the less powerful enchantments and rituals.

He slid into the room with Ellie and Morgan just as their concealment spell had finished. "Think I might have found something." He said to them aloud. "Been delving through some of my old reading lists and this here-" That was when he looked up. Manny wasn't exactly the social type, but with his detective skills, he deduced something was happening according to the blush on Ellie and the ever sensual Morgan and her eye catching movements. He raised an eyebrow, but decided to say nothing about the question forming in his mind just yet.

Manny gave a slight knock on the door frame to grab their attentions, before giving brief explanation on what he had found, pertaining to the ritual he had discovered in the Grimoire of the Order of the Golden Dawn. "So, a few google searches and a special order, along with some very odd ingredients, and her boyfriend could have thought it might be neat to play witch doctor and kill Cassandra that way, leaving no real trace."

He ended his statement by one-handed closing the book with a 'thump.' "So unless you gals found out something I didn't, I suggest we find the boyfriend and check out his credit card bills or computer history somehow. Or question him, but that might lead nowhere..." Manny shrugged, and just before he was about to head out, he turned back to them.

A few minutes ago, he'd just gotten off the phone with Mark Haltenburg, someone he went to the academy with before he dropped out. He found him working in one of the local precincts in Maine and decided to call him up, get a friendly scope on the area. Thankfully, detectives were well connected. "By the way, once we get to Maine, we got two rental cars waiting for us. Got a cheap deal from an old friend."
Welcome to the site!
Look ladies, Ted Cruz knows more about women than anyone. I mean, he studies their anatomy so thoroughly.
I wish I could tag Ted Cruz

Penny pretty much said it, as long as you're good^^. It's been slow going on everyone's part, anyway.
Kayden gave her a half bow, half nod from her thanks. "No problem. We are a team after all." He told her matter-of-fact. He meant it too. He might be a flirt often enough, but that didn't mean Kayden didn't value the lives and welfare of his teammates. He wouldn't have made a good mercenary captain if he was lacking in that area.

Kayden mounted his horse, and then hoisted her up with him, allowing her room to hold onto him before he set off and turned the horse around. "They were doing fine last I saw," Kayden told her, glancing back. "The Goblin's seemed close to running off. They'll do that if they don't have a boss around, and their quarry puts up any kind of a real fight."

Kayden trotted back to the group with Wren, running another Goblin over for good measure and seeing the other diminutive green creatures fleeing into the forest. "Who here is wounded? Anyone unfit to walk?" He asked them, his voice a tad louder in volume to get their attentions.

@POOHEAD189 Manny is probably in charge of logistics, such as arranging transport when we get there :)

*salutes* You got it, miss GM
The pilot had nearly fired as he saw the groping unfolding before him. The only thing that kept his big gun from discharging and ripping through flesh was the fact that Sayeeda was acting very uncharacteristically from what he had expected. Granted, he hadn't known her too long. But any girl with any will would have hit the guy, but she took it and even encouraged it, albeit awkwardly. "Well well well," he breathed, keeping still and watching what was transpiring. This girl had a plan.

Then again, once the moaning started he wasn't entirely sure. It sounded a bit higher pitched than the rebel's voice, and Neil had to tell himself this was probably an act. Outside the tent, one of the men went off to take a piss on the opposite side of camp, and Neil made a quiet groan of his own. If he'd planted himself somewhere else he could pick them off one by one. He'd chosen the best vantage point to see without being seen, but that didn't mean it was the best spot for all scenarios.

Wait, had the moaning stopped? His dark eyed gaze switched to the tent again, and his brow raised when he saw her crawling through the jungle like a stalking cat from a small slit in the tent she had made. Goddamn, she actually did it. He was glad he'd checked, because her small signal was one for attack. He answered her with a wink and a grin, and hefted his rifle none too gently as he aimed.

One of the rebels had just ended with the punch line of a tasteless joke, and a voice from above laughed with them. "Oh man, that was great." Needless to say, their confused faces were the last expressions they ever made. The ARC rifle revved up, Neil fired into the three of them. One of the men's chest was sheared open, and the other lost a leg from the first shot. Small talk turned to screams and cries of alarm, as the pilot finished the other two off before he was getting bullets punching into his cover from the other eight men.

"Okay," said to himself, shifting his weight and falling off the tree. He hadn't even bothered climbing down, instead merely grabbing a lower branch with an outstretched arm below him to somewhat stop his fall, before he hit the ground with relative ease. His next shot was a blind fire through the bushes, but apparently it had caught someone, because another scream erupted.
@Penny
I'm surprised no one has talked about the Ted Cruz twitter thing that happened a few hours ago. I gotta be honest, I think it's hilarious.

Apparently Ted Cruz, on his official twitter, liked a pornographic post on this day of all days, for all to see, and deleted it once about a million people saw it. And as my friend on skype put it.
