I like slice of life and anime. I prefer simplistic, yet imaginative writing. Walls are not for Quin.

“If some bandits think they can pull something over me, they're going to regret it.” Trixie snorted. “I'm super ready to have them meet the end of my hammer!”

If bandits were going to be a problem then Trixie was beginning to understand why she was wanted in the makeup of the group. She was awesome at anything she did, sure, but she was double-awesome at fighting. Busting the heads of bandits or rogue mages were some of Trixie's favorite things – and it wasn't like she had a short list in the first place. As Trixie considering readying herself to follow Sara, another curious member of the guild had caught her eye from across the room, almost like they couldn't help themselves in staring at her and Sara. Trixie wasn't really surprised by it, because of course he would. Who wouldn't stare at the two of them? Trixie was awesome, after all.

The orange-haired girl eyed over the boy, his red hair covering a portion of his right eye. It took her a moment to remember his name, though she had a dozen different things on her mind so it was understandble it took her a few seconds.

“Take a picture, creep! It'll last longer!” She shouted across the room as the boy as he took a sip from his cup.
Oh right, what sort of equipment do we have on us? Just generic newbie stuff, or would it vary depending on background and such?

It is probably equivalent to starting gear in RPGs and other stuff. But we can, like, use some imagination. Nothing too fancy though since we're initiates and only two of us had any sort of real wealth coming into the guild.

"I guess the best course would be discussing how much money we want to devote to supplies before we leave town." Orena volunteered, awkwardly clearing her voice as she moved in 'formation'.

The young control mage tightened her grip on her staff as Ier tried to force the group into a marching formation, her knightly sense taking the group by the reins. Orena thought they'd discuss these things before leaving the guild hall, but strangely that seemed to not be the case. It wasn't that she had a problem with Ier's abrupt command of the group she had collected for her charter, but rather that Orena was used to less impulsive ideas, especially when such things were at the potential risk of her own life. She hoped the rest of the group had enough money to devote to food and supplies, though by the sounds of it a lot of them had come to the door's of the guild with less preparations than Orena had. Her anxiousness didn't make her doubt her decision, though, she had committed to this lifestyle no matter the odds and consequences.

"Sorry to interrupt! But where are we on money? I've got a decent amount, but what about you guys?"

Trixie thought over the idea. She wasn't surprised that Sara asked for her help given the whole premise that she was amazing and people should have been flocking to her with team-up offers in droves. While she had considered taking lead on an assignment of her own choosing, Sara did make things all that much easier for her. Plus, she had nearly bothered her instead of Illedrith so there was a degree of unrequited fun to be had. However, before she could say anything one of the other members of the guild, Valishin Elias, stepped forward and inquired about joining up with the group. Trixie knew a little bit about the sharpshooter, but not all that much outside that his temperament tended to oppose her own. He hated Trixie's brand of fun, a fact Trixie didn't even need to determine from his words. His reputation as a cunning tactician who premeditated every move he made who loathed impulsive actions spoke for itself.

Yet he wanted to be in a group with her. Maybe her understanding of him was different after all?

“I'm up for it. What do you need me to do?”

Trixie wasn't entirely sure why Sara thought she'd be good at the job despite being confident of her skills. She was a direct problem solver not a doctor, but Trixie had remembered what it was like having little food back when she ran with a particular gang of abandoned delinquents before she had been discovered by the guildmaster of Dragon Heart. It was a fact that she didn't want to overshare about as it made her think back to what led her to said gang in the first place. She wondered if Sara knew anything about that or if the guildmaster had kept that little tidbit to himself.
Huh, I thought you were basically asking us to make them up, Quincy?

Yes, but some people were like "give me something like this". So confused.
So do you want to make your own spells/abilities or do you want me to generate them? Is confused.
There are other balancing issues of already accepted characters so Quin doesn't see a problem as a participant of the RP. But that's just Quin.

Feel free to determine three spells or spell-like abilities for your characters to know at current "level". I have figured out Orena's core, so. I will update the characters tab with this once you post submissions.

“What do you think is in a forest?” Priscilla rolled her eyes, annoyed by the idea of more questions. “Am I supposed to do your research for you?”

After a second of silence, she sighed, resigning herself to answer the initiate with some sort of information she could provide. Back when Priscilla was a green adventurer she had done work in Fogmere. The forest was a large one that was full of monsters and thieves, so it was often a popular location for adventurers to find work in. Goblin patrols were common and less dangerous than their dens, Gnolls wandered in search of the next hunt, and everything you would expect was in a giant forest with fog in the name was present. The largest structure in the forest was an old elven temple devoted to the goddess of water, but it had been long since destroyed by the demons that once threatened the world with extinction.

“Fogmere is a humid forest full of things like wolves and bears. It occasionally has issues with banditry. You might happen upon some goblins or gnolls. And most shocking of all, it might have some primordial or elemental monsters. If you're lucky you might stumble upon a living tree that will strangle you or fall in a spike pit in the ruined temple so much that next time I see your 'group' that I will never have to hear you speak again.”

“Oof!” Trixie exclaimed as Illedrith tackled her out of the cart, the gleam of her mirror magic blinding her before the impact.

As she landed on the floor a wide arrogant smirk remained on her lips, almost like despite being caught "red-handed" by the cart's owner she had gotten exactly what she wanted. Whatever item she had grabbed from the cart rolled back from her fingers. Though Illedrith might've thought she had stopped Trixie from making off with something valuable, Trixie had no idea what she had been rummaging for in the first place.

“Maybe you shouldn't make it so easy!” She laughed, taunting her guildmate despite being essentially pinned to the floor. “One of these days you're going to fail to tackle me, y'know!”
