Seriously, what happened on that mission to make him so upset when he found out uit was just a dummy misdion to keep them out if trouble. It couldn't be that bad, right? I mean, from what I heard and seen, you all got stronger because of it, or at least you and Sable anyway. He should be gladthat he got sent on that mission, instead he throws a fit and runs off. How completely childish, huh." Xavier took another drag of his cigarette, shaking his head in slight disgust of the dragonslayers actions.

I agree, and it gives me an idea for how to reintroduce Aiden, just need to wait for one of the other S-classes at the camp to respond. That restriction, I won't break.

Xavier Xavier could only stare at the attack, giving a frustrated sigh as he knew the fight was over. Joining Vyper Bolt had done a number on Xavier faith in his abilities, because for so long he'd been the best mage he knew. Now, he was just slightly above average compared to those around him, and that made him extremely frustrated. He knew he could get stronger, that he would get stronger, but it wasn't happening fast enough. He wanted, no, he needed to get stronger now. 'Patience and Dilligence are virtues unworthy of your noble bearing, my prince. The only true way to gain strength in this world is to take it from those weaker than you.' Xavier didn't respond, but he couldn't help but feel some truth to the whispers. If he wanted strength and power, he'd have to take with his own too hands. But not today, today he was going to relax and plan for what he should do during his next fight with Sable. Xavier walked over to were Cynthia was sitting and sat next to her, pulling out and lighting a cigarette. A short drag was taken, followed by some silence, before Xavier decided to ask the question that was bugging him. "Are you Sable's girlfriend or something?" Xavier had noticed that whenever this girl was around, Sable started acting wierd and got distracted, so it was only natural he'd get curious.

It's actually morning for me. I was up the whole night, and I don't regret it one bit.

I think Sable surpassing or reaching her level will and must happen in the middle part of the story. Then again she's one of the important characters. Sable's hurdles goes like this. Sable = Aiden(equal)--Gwen(2 gaps)-----Sairis--Nathan-------------------------------Marduk. Also, Gwen is not taking out Sable and Aiden at the same time. That being said, really need to get Gwen fight more and fleshed out more, no puns intended, she shown too much flesh xD

Agreed, she needs to move on from being just our fanservice provider and Xavier's torturer. She needs more depth, which will hopefully be gained in the free roam.

Oriel is made to be a counterpart to Gwen. Aiden and Gwen has synergy. Shiho made her for that. Aiden has a partner who can feed him ice, Oriel is made for Sable. IC...... Cynthia.... If Sable does a Natsu, eyes on rivalries.... he would want to crush Aiden, challenge Gwen, Sairis, Nathan.

He does at the moment. I'm leading up to him confronting his weakness towards Aiden. He knows Ice Boy has a advantage over him now but he's not too willing to admit it. As for Chrome, Sairis, and Nathan... well they're still his goals. Marduk is ever further up.

Aiden has no such goals at the moment. The death of Hydrologia and his inability to do anything to stop it made Aiden to realized he need to get stronger, not for himself, but to protect his new family with all he has. He'll still have a bit if rivalry with Sable, but it won't be as active or intense as before.

That would be. . . nobody at the moment. I was going to be cruel and have a naruto-ish love triangle between them, but the two week time skip, and decision for Aiden to shut himself away for that time killed it. Aiden hasn't had the time to make any romantic bond with Cynthia, so if I tried to pull that mess now, it'd be forced as hell.

Thanks. I wasn't feeling the dungeon and trial arc to begin with, mainly because everyone got busy that time. Since we did a long arc. We're gonna get quite a long free roam. Side arcs and all that. Side arcs are job requests but not so important. None of the Craftoraid are dead, they are now our allies like Teen Titans and all that.

So Sable gets to keep his groupies, cool. Also, will Aiden and Sable be safe with Oriel skulking about? Cause if not, Aiden might have to stay in his hermit cave.
