I'm back guys, how've you all been doing. I would ask if I missed anything, but the silence of the IC tells me that it probably wasn't much. I can't wait to see how chaotic Mars' intro to the Crystal Gem's is going to be.

@KronshiBut bubbling Aqua wouldn't be killing her, just containment/imprisonment. I can kinda see the warrior thing here, but it just seems kinda strategically flawed on so many levels that even Chromie probably wouldn't be able to form some doubts about her leader.

@AkayaofthemoonIs it bad that I'm somewhat enjoying this conflict? Also, @Kronshi I know that Aqua and Blood share history, but why would he fix her at all? They're still enemies and now that she's out if comission he could do whatever he wants without her meddling. Nobody could stop him, and he could even use the disruptor to poof her, than bubble her to make sure she's out of the way/safe.

@KronshiFrom what you've seen of Mars so far, how do you think Bloodstone will react to meeting him for the 'first' time. Also, wouldn't Chromite know about Tigrr and would she be in the know enough to recognize what Mars is? A question that popped into my mind.

@AkayaofthemoonYeah, though Reggie's more upset that it seems like Amber is going to leave the other gems because of this rather than try and prevent it from happening again. In Reggie's eyes, Amber seems to only care about himself, even if he doesn't fully realize it as such. He also has little sympathy for Amber because he thinks the guy is full of over dramatic shit and he's only been alive for a month and is being cared for by a truly kind person. So yeah, Reggie's not going to stop doing what he's doing any time soon.

@Akayaofthemoon He's basically a kid, so the concept hasn't really been relayed to him yet, though it probably wouldn't make much difference, tbh. Mars does as he pleases more often than not. If he wants to embarrass the hell out if you by showing your undergarments to the world, good luck tryi ng to stop him, he's already out the door with your laundry basket.

What do you think of Reggie's current funk at the moment. Amber's attitude really touched on some bad points with him, which changes his entirr demeanor in a way that makes him kind of a dick.

@Partisan, I meant when it comes to Saburo and Tatsuya's team, which has been stalled from the start, when I was asking about how long we'll wait. I was thinking we just say she took the chocolate or something, but that would just be stalling for time till Sav gets back. Can't we have the team go on ahead without Tsukiko, say she had last minute stuff to handle and that she'd catch up with them in Suna. It'd help keep things moving for Omega team, as well as leave things open for j8cob when he gets back online.

Reggie

Reggie ignored Amber, as he'd said al. he wanted to say to the giant gem. If he was to self-centered to see the point of what Reggie had said, then he wasn't worth the time or effort of arguing with him. The closest thing Amber woukd get to a response was a harsh chuckle at his comment about being emotionally oppressed. Considering what I know from the brief interaction I had with his caretaker, that's a load of bullshit if I've ever head one. I don't get why Eve cares for that whiny shit stain, but I'm done trying to talk sense into him.

Reggie was about to ask Johnny if he had a cigarette again, feeling a need to calm himself down, when Chromite started talking. Reggie only raised an eyebrow, before a smile made it's way on his fac that was a strange mix of being both mocking and genuine.

"I knew I'd break that stern exterior someday," He said with a soft chuckle, before he conti ued speaking looking Chromite right in the eyes with a strange mix of anger and apathy. "This has absolutely nothing to fo with that, and while I'm grateful that you've let me aboard, that doesn't give you the right to interfere in what I do. You've got no reason to butt into this, and I didn't ask you too. You aren't in charge of me, you aren't close to me, I'm almost positive you see me as little more than a pet of some sort, if that. So as I said before, mind your own business and leave me to do what ever the hell I want to do."

Deep down, Reggie knew he was actong foolish, but he was too angry to care, first at Amber's self-centered 'woe is me' bullshit and now with Chromite trying to act like she was above him or something. He just wasn't in the mood for this BS, and the only reason he was still around was because he really needed a cigarette right now, and he didn't have the money to get one himself. Otherwise, he would've left right then and there, where to he had no fucking clue. He just knew he needed to cool off before he did something he regrets, that is, if he hadn't done so already.

When some guy in a fancy looking suit walked up and asked if he could be of any assistance, Reggie rolled his head before responding. "Unless you've got a cigarette or two, I'm going to hazard a guesx and say no."

Mars

Mars was fiddiling with some of Candice's things as she spoke, but as soon as she said something about fusion, he stopped what he was doing(which was currently rifling through her underwear drawer) and turned around sharply, a gleam in his eye as something about that seemed to intrique him, even though he didn't kniw what it meant. It tickled something deep with his subconscious, a desire that he had only the faintest if understandings, but still drove his next barrage of questions none the less.

"What does that mean, 'fusing' that is, and how is it done? The same with shapeshifting, and weapons?" Mars followed Candice out, spinning a white piece of fabric around his fu ger that he'd found during his investigations. He also held what seemed like a matching article of straps and pads that he couldn't figure out the purpose for. When the woman(his earlier questions having revealed to him the concept of gender) asked if he wanted to be taken to see the others, he was quick to respind with an exaggerated 'Of course', before following close behind her towards the area in question.
