Mars frowned a little at Candice's exclamation, only half-listening to the small gem's words. He'd stay silent for a little while in contemplation, his brows scrunched together as his mind swirled with uncertainty. Looking between Candice and Eve, Mars decided to voice his thoughts, and while he didn't seem outwardly bothered by the comment, his voice was full of a sense of uncertainty that he didn't know how to deal with, and he was loud enough that even Amber and Chrimite would be ablr to hear him, a sign of how frantic his thoughts made him.

"If fighting is bad, does that mean that . . .I'm bad for liking it? Is there something wrong with me, is that what the voices in my head are about?" Mars looked at the two with confused, frantic eyes, desperate for answers to these questions. Was he bad for something he couldn't control? Was he damaged, defective, a mistake?

"I . . .I'll come with you to the temple. I want answers, and I want them now, I don't care who they're from.

Reggie watched Mars' reaction with a wortied glance, wondering about the strange gem for a moment. He thought back to a month ago, on how Bloodstone had told that one ghostly gem how she had been designed to be emotionless. If they could remove all of a gem's emotions . . . then whose to say tney can't amplify themmas well, such as aggression. Kirk's got some explainung to do when we get back to the ship, cause if he's been around for as long as he says, he had to gave given the okay for this. Genuis commandef manages to screw up yet another newborn. Someone else should've been put in charge of that, dammit.

Akio cursed slightly as her arrows did nothing to even slow down the assailant, much less hit land a hit on them. With Aoi coming to back her up, however, she was confident in their ability to protect the Hokage. As Yamato, Daiki, and Shouken engaged the enemy, Akio had an idea of how to assist her comrades in taking down the cloaked figure.

"Aoi, use that new technique of your's, the 'Mister something or other' one, to try and hold her down. I'll try and hit her with my own technique afterwards. Sound good to you?" Akio asked, watching the fight taking place with gritted teeth. She wanted to hurry up and pin the assailant with a hail of arrows, but that'd be more likely to put her comrades in danger as they all converged on the opponent. Instead, she's run through a series of handseals, before running a high discharge through. She'd hold it steady though, waiting until the perfect moment.

"Raiton: Thunderbolt Jutsu!"

Once the moment presented itself, either with Aoi's jutsu succeeding to hold the assailant down or the assailant somehow making it past everyone else in her charge towards the Hokage, she'd unleash the Jutsu, sending forth a hail of lightning bolts towards the cloaked figure. While the jutsu was madeto target multiple targets , she focused all of them on the one target, making them rain down from multiple directions at high speed, making the attack harder to dodge.

@floodtalonWell, your guy can join in the mass rush towards the assailant right now and try to take him out, or he can try and keep order in the plaza. The first one is more exciting and prone to interaction, however.
