Was supposed to be productive tonight. . . will try to be productive in the morning
@Mr Allen J In regards to the skills, I gave him skills in order to better differentiate them, hence the lack of correlation, but I do agree that some of the more physical skills aren't as realistic for them to have to any reasonable level, do I'll either remove them or lower them down to interests or something like that. As for Michael's personality, I think that I fucked up the explanation as I read over that, cause I kinda rushed those personalities in. What I'm trying to get across is that Michael has a very simple view of the world, where doing things for friends and family is good, and things that threaten or deface those things are bad and should be dealt with accordingly. Due to this flawed view, he has no problem using his ability to mess with someone using their deepest fears, traumas, or psychological issues, which is basically torturing then psychologically. I think the best way to describe him would in essence be a higher functioning psychopath in the sense that he has trouble relating to people on certain things, but will( generally) follow the laws because that's what society would expect of him.
In regards to powers, any suggestions on what to cut, what to weaken, and what to keep the same, as well as weaknesses to add on to that. I could do that myself, but I always find that it's easier to have other people suggest things due to the fact that they're less attached to it and can look at things more objectively.
Are there any other issues with my character that I should know about, or was that all?
Damian Alexander Ahote Mallory, but he prefers to go by Alex
Age:
18
Gender:
Male
Appearance & Attire:
Damian is around the average height at 5'10, weighing in at around 162 pounds or so, a little on the heavier side of what's to be expected but he attributes that to some weight added on my his prosthetic arm. While he's technically a mix of Native American and Irish, most people wouldn't be able to tell. From his long jet black hair, to his tanned skin, to the structure of his face, he seems to have gotten most of his looks from his mother, the only thing he really seemed to have gotten from his father were the greenish tinge that spread out in a sort of starburst formation from the pupils of his hazel eyes, and a faint dusting of freckles along the bridge of his nose and upper cheekbones. His body is in the state of being well enough, as he makes sure(read as is forced to) do exercises daily as part of his physical rehabilitation as well as his father's attempt to keep him fit.
His body is pretty lean and lanky, not sporting much muscle to speak of, but not sporting any unneeded fat either. His torso, however, is a mess of scars, both surgical and strangers ones that seem almost like someone had scrapped skin from his body, leaving slight depressions in his skin. He also has these surrounding his eyes as well, but he starts everyday by hiding them with cover up to avoid questions. He hates having to use make-up, but he'd rather not get into discussions about how he got said scars if possible. That being said, the discussion comes up anyway when people see his prosthetic right arm, so it's always a question of why even bother most days. He tries to hide it by wrapping it up in bandages, but that only brings up more questions, making it a never-ending cycle of futility, though that's never stopped him from trying.
His usual attire is nothing fancy most of the time, and his winter attire is no different. In the chilly months, he resorts to a long sleeved grey thermal tee underneath a winter jacket, usually black in color, a pair of blue jeans, and some thick boots. If the weather finally decides to rise to a reasonable temperature, he'll usually wear a light jacket over the long sleeve instead. He wears a pendant around his neck, a simple one that has a piece of amber that's been shaped into a horn. It's the only thing he has to know his mother by, and treasures it dearly because of that.
Skills/Talents:
He's a programmer and a gamer, never having worked out a day in his life that wasn't part of a school curriculum. He's not super unfit, as he does make the effort to eat healthy and jog on a regular basis to keep himself from becoming a recluse(as well as it being a part of his physical rehabilitation), but he won't be winning any marathons. He also likes to draw from time to time, not being that good but not being that terrible either. He considers himself decent on his up days, and a complete and utter failure on his low ones. Aside from those two things, he isn't especially good or bad at everything, maybe being above average at his academic stuff, but that's about it.
Brief Backstory:
Alex lived with his father in the city of Verthaven, with his father being a highly respected member of the community and just the two of them living in two-story house in Union-Point hills. He had only the faintest memories of his mother, who had died before he could remember. He had never been told how his mother died, and while obviously curious once he became old enough to become aware of that fact, he never could bring himself to ask his father. He had always felt a deep sadness in his father, one that always seemed to grow whenever his mother was mentioned.
He discovered his affinity with Technopathy when he was around 7 or 8, when his dad found him flipping channels on the T.V. just by staring at it. His father was so happy that he didn't even care that earlier that same day, he'd been suspended for getting into a fight with another student. 'Ah, You've just got a temper is all, just like your mother. Haha, she would've killed you for this, but before worrying over you like a fussy hen over her eggs.' It was one of the few times he'd ever heard his father speak about his without any sadness in his voice. It was only years later that he'd find out why his father was so elated, beyond fatherly pride that is.
4 years come and go without major incident, with Alex's father trying and failing to teach him how to use his abilities due to the differences in how they functioned, until one day when disaster strikes. As the son of a prominent Meta-human doctor, it was an inevitable conclusion that he'd eventually be targeted, yet it once his father never felt the need to plan for. he felt that with NEST and the police on the look out for the gangs and terrorist that'd try to go after his son would never be able to make it. His over-confidence in the gov't capabilities was misplaced, however, as Alex was kidnapped on his way home from school by the ever mysterious Hands of Science. He and some other carefully selected Meta-humans of all ages and classes, were to become test subjects for a weapon the notorious group had created through their research, an insidious device that caused a Meta-humans cells to begin the Ashing process. The test took place in the Ghost Town, away from prying eyes and all Alex could do was watch in horror as dozens of people were killed in cold-blood, fading away until there was nothing left. Not every execution went off without a hitch, however , as some were only partially turned before the Ashing halted, leaving only half-living corpses in their lace. As he stared fowb the barrel, facing death as it began to charge an the end coming ever nearer, he prayed to god for some miracle to save him from death. But soon, all he could feel was pain as the world exploded around him .
It wouldn't be for another 4 years, at the age of 16, that Alex would finally open his eyes again, though he'd be quick to realize they weren't the ones he was born with. His sight was too crisp, too clean,, his eyes felt heavy in his head. Only half-thoughts could form as he looked around, only to be suddenly engulfed by his father in a extremely tight hug as he sobbed hysterically, tears flooding down his face, which had aged so much that it startled him. Over the next few months, ALex would be told of how NEST found him and the other surviving Meta's after noticing an odd level of power fluctuations in ghost Town. They arrived on the scene immediately, soon discovering the building the test were being held in and busting their way in. They found Alrx along with the few other survivors, his body rapidly beginning to break down as the process began. He had been rushed to the hospital, where his father himself had operated on him, doing everything he could and more to save his son's life. He succeeded in the end, but not without severe consequences. Alex's eyes and arm had suffered catastrophic damage and had to be removed completely, as well as his brain and heart suffering from serious damage that left him comatose and tied to a machine. Many saw Alex as a terminal case, with little chance of making it through anymore, and told his father to just pull the plug and end his suffering. His father promptly told those people that they could take their opinion and go fuck themselves with it, before heading off to his labs, determined not to lose the only family he had left. It had taken years of work, research and pushing himself to the limits of his ability for him to become the man he is today, a pioneer in prosthetic technology, and more importantly, the man who gave his son back his life.
The next two years have been spent on physical therapy, as his muscle had atrophied due to disuse over the years, and also making sure everything was functioning properly. Once his father deemed him fit, as his recovery was sped up through the use of his father's other machines, his father decided it was time for him to learn how to use his abilities and how to control them, especially his rage-based ones, in order to prevent this kind of event from happening again. In truth, his father wanted him to have his powers suppressed to eliminate the danger entirely, and Alex was tempted to do so as well, but then his father told him of how his mother died, using her power, which was a similar form of emotional manipulation only more focused on defensive use than offensive, to save his father from an attack from a powerful Meta-human criminal. She had never really made use of her powers before, seeing no need to, and while it was strong enough to save many, many lives, the strain was too much for her to handle and she Ashed away right in front of him. Alex didn't want to lock up his power, he didn't ant to live in fear of it. Knowing of his mother's sacrifice, he felt as inspired as he felt saddened. He wouldn't allow himself to be but in that same situation. He learned first hand that danger always comes when you least expect it, so he at least wanted to learn how to fight back. HIs father was against it at first, but once he saw the stubborn look in Alex's eye that was so much like his mother's, he couldn't resist and gave in. He worked some added safety measures into his arm and sent him of to Academy 218, hoping that he made the right choice.
Power Information
Power Class:
Super-System, Cerebral
Power:
Technopathy: This is an ability he inherited from his father, though instead of gaining control of the hardware like his father, his son has a more intimate connection with technology. He doesn't command them so much as ask them to do what he wants, the download and uploading of data in and out of his head being more like a conversation than a strict process. The software, the coding and programs that form the synapses of the technology and tell it what to do is his domain. This allows him to interact with the tiny constructor drones in his robotic prosthetic, guiding their movements and actions with remarkable ease, as well as the queen, which were built by his father. The drones and the arm are made from a experimental metal alloy that has been infused with Meta-human energy, making it resistant to the abilities of other Metahumans.
Alex main use of this Technopathy is focusing more on his true passion: Coding, with a focus on game design to be precise. With his ability, there are very few computers and technologies he can't coax into giving up their secrets, if he ever decided to get into the hacking field(not to say he's never hacked before, of course, but he's done it very rarely). Also, thanks to the fact that his eyes are now all machine, he can create a form of HUD display in which he can actively scan and get a read out on a particular piece of technology, a program he created using his powers. He's done several such programs for his arm as well, from making it have capable of being a wi-fi hotspot, creating a few gigs of space using constructors in order to store his music, to even setting up a holographic display around his arm, so he can do things like watch tv, get the time, surf the web, etc, etc
Cybernetic Enhancements: After losing his right arm, eyes, and nearly his life the first time he lost control of his powers, his father, a powerful Technopath and a highly regarded doctor, immediately set to work helping his son to recover. The drive created from his need to help make sure this event never happened again drove his powers to new heights, allowing him to control technology down to it's base materials, and from those, created entirely new technologies that previously wouldn't be thought easily possible. With this new power in hand, he slowly but surely began to work on advanced prosthetics, a slow and steady process of over 5 years and numerous prototypes where his son was the main test subject. Eventually, he was able to get them to their current level of aptitude.
Along with the arm, he also has a cybernetic eye replacements, allowing him to see as normal, though they are capable of scanning people vitals(which causes his eyes to change like so when activated) and if they are suffering any injuries on their person or exhibiting signs of heighten electrical activity(so he knows who to stay away from), a symbiotic heart implant, as that was also dangerously damaged during the event and was the first thing that his father worked to create, as he likely wouldn't have made it past the age of 15 without it. There are also a few others that help make sure that everything else in his body stays functional.
Along with having all of the functionality of a regular arm, is also has an array of offensive and defensive tools incorporated into it, as well as some more luxury-features that Alex later added in with his own abilities. These include a decent amount of enhanced strength and durability(more so in the later than the former), allowing him to lift people much larger than him with ease and take a blow from Meta-humans with super strength with barely a dent in the casing. His shoulder and part of his torso has been reinforced and fitted with advanced shock-absorbers, so as to minimize the damage that such actions and impacts would have on the rest of his body. The arm also has a built in taser, so along as someone comes is in physical contact with the arm, they'll be in for a world of hurt, and this can be used at a range by having his drones build darts to launch at his foes.
The drones themselves are phenomenal works of engineering by his father, able to make anything from bed sheets to high powered laptops and even greater than that as well, as long as they have a blueprint coded into the software. On hand, Alex has about every blueprint one could ever need for the luxury items in his life, but he also has a cool little tool that he kinda begged out of his dad, who also repurposed it for less emergency based needs. Basically, Alex can summon a force field that has three modes:Comfort, Personal defense, Group Defense. In more detail, he has a device in his arm(that he can also make for others using his drones) that can cover him in a field of modified Meta-human energy, using him as the battery. In comfort mode, it basically keeps him warm and protection him from air and waterborne hazards by filtering them out or simply blocking them, as well as keeping the temperature around his body relatively comfortable in regards to his surroundings. The field is completely invisible and fits solely around his body, almost like a second skin. Personal defense mode makes it a bit more visible, as it forms a malleable oval that bends and contorts in conjunction with his body, and provides moderate level of protection from physical attacks, and a noticeably better protection from elemental based attacks. This is what he uses in a fight and to keep his heart from immediately getting shut down while engaging with an Electrokinetic. The final form is for when he needs to protect a group, and is the strongest of the three, covering up to 10 meters in diameter. While the energy consumed is usually his, if he can get a volunteer to stick a needle in their arm, connected to his, he can share the burden with them, making the shield that much more stable.
Limits:
The constructor bots have strict guidelines set in place by his father, partly so he doesn't abuse the constructors and partly to keep him from draining himself dry. No lethal weapons are allowed, nor any form of explosive device, and he can't make anything that can't fit within a 6ft circumference.
When engaging with technology, he needs to focus on his 'conversation' with the software, so he can't do if there's a lot of distractions or he's suffering under some kind of duress.
The constructors drones run on his meta-human energy, and the amount they take is related to the size and complexity of an item, with complexity taking a lot more out of him than size. Something like a laptop, tablet, or smartphone will leave him feeling, while relatively small in size, will leave him quite fatigued after making it due to how complex the machinery is. Making a large blanket or comforter, however, is rather easy. The time it takes for him to create something goes from anywhere between 5-45 seconds depending on the item. Making the Porta-shield, the most complex thing he can build, will leave him very much drained and maybe even slightly paralyzed.
When it comes to the porta-shield, the drain is relative to the strain being put on it. Comfort mode is the easiest to maintain, so much so that he can keep it on indefinitely in most cases, the drain is so minor. It starts to get to him, however, when he's stuck in extremes of either weather cycle, and while it'll still take a while for him to run low on energy, he'll have to conserve what he has access to more efficiently, less he ends up stuck in the snow with a metal arm. Personal defense is tougher to maintain, definitely something he won't be using for extended periods of time if he can avoid it. The protection can be overcome if hit by a strong enough blow attack, and the shield doesn't completely block out physical attacks either, as he'll still be knocked back and stagger, it just that he won't have to worry about broken bones along with it. Given the drain, this is one that he tends to only use against foes where he's definitely going to be in for a bad time if he doesn't. Group protection is the one that can kill him f he's not careful and doing it alone. While maintaining it by itself is rather easy, once it's put under strain, it really starts eating through his energy. If it's overcome by the attack the shield will give out final shockwave in attempt to knock the aggressor back. F he has enough energy in him, he can throw in a flash bang as well, to disorient them while people either attack or try to escape. After using this, Alex is almost always down for the count, barely able to move, think, or speak, let alone create anything. This is an extreme last resort move, when their is no other option to keep either himself or a group alive.
Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
The Queen that creates the Constructor Drones, which are rather small at about 2-3 cm in length, is embedded in his shoulder. If that area is ever damaged, or if the queen is ever compromised, then Alex will lose all ability to over his constructors, and maybe in his arm if the damage is severe enough. The Arm also has a weak spot on the inside of the elbow, so a strong hit there could probably rip right through and either remove or disable everything to the south of that point.
Due to his mechanical parts, even though the material they're made of was meant to be resistant to Meta-Human powers, are highly susceptible to strong electrical currents. So if Alex is charged with enough true electricity, then any and all of his prosthetics could shut down, leaving him potentially blind, unable to use one of his arms, and suffering from cardiac arrest due to his heart suddenly stoping. That latter is a problem for most, but for him the risk is especially high.
He suffers from splitting headaches and debilitating nausea when he's close contact with electromagnetic waves, as they interfere with the machines in his head. If one were to focus a beam or something of that nature of electro-magnetic waves at him, they'd temporarily short circuit and he'd be instantly knocked out, and stay like that for a good five minutes or so, give or take.
Can't swim that well do to the fact that his body is kinda lopsided in the wait department, so water is definitely something to be careful of.
While his arm is resistant to Meta-human abilities, regular fire or cold will heat it up just like any other metal, and this can lead to severe burns or necrosis if he isn't careful, especially given his current location.

Alex is a creative and romantic sort, prone to flights of fancy and chasing various ideals that pop into his head. He has a bit of a temper, but tries very heard to keep it in check, often taking part in things like Yoga, Tai-chi, and meditation to help him stay calm. Other than that, he's also a bit of a jokester, always ready to make a sarcastic reply or a joke, though whether he's any good at it depends on who you ask. Despite his near death experience, he's quite care free, except when it comes to his abilities, not really stressing much on anything.
Is currently taking remedial classes in order to catch up on the six years of school he's missed. It's a lot of work to do, and in not a lot of time, but he's busting his ass to get it done. That means that he tends to spend a lot of time by himself or in the library studying and practicing like there's no tomorrow.
Hates Carrots and Greens
Is somewhat addicted to sugary foods
Is a relative open-minded person and always ready to make new friends
@Mr Allen JHey, I'd be interested in joining this, if you'd have me and I've already written up a Character sheet. If you could give me some ideas for more drawbacks/limits on some of the powers that would be great, cause I don't think the ones I have for some of the powers are really that good.
Basic Information
Name:
Jackson/Michael/James DuCarthy
Age:
17
Gender:
Male
Appearance & Attire:
Jackson is a tall, lanky guy, standing at around 6'2 and weighing in around 170 pounds. Due to MIchael's love of movement and exercise, Jackson's body is a lot more fit than it probably would be if it wasn't or the voice in his head telling him to "run, Run, RUN!" His musculature is lean and while not as developed as it could be, is still rather tone. He keeps his hair somewhat short in what seems to be perpetually messy style(though whether this is due to cosmic interference or simple laziness is for you to decide) and is mainly a warm jet black in color, though he does like to highlight it at times. His eyes change color depending on who is in control of the body at any time are a pale ice blue(as Jackson), a bright mix of green and hazel(as Michael), or a subdued steel grey(as James). As far as clothing goes, that depends on whose in charge of dressing on ay particular day. Jackson likes to wear clothes that aren't really that flashy, but are still somewhat socially acceptable, usually some mix of a t-shirt, a hoodie, some jeans, and sneakers. Sometimes he wears sunglasses as well, if he feels the need to look cool and aloof. Michael, on the other hand, lives for the attention and constantly wears things that he thinks are cool or stand out in some way, such as Hawaiian shirts, leather jackets that have a hot rod design, ripped pants, pants that look like they've been sewed together form the skins of different animals, you name and he's likely to have it, or will be getting it soon. James dressed the most conservatively of the three, dressed in all black with a hoodie, jeans and shoes, and always trying to look as inconspicuous as possible.
Skills/Talents:
Jackson is an avid gamer, with a preference for fighting games and smack talk, as well as a black belt in Tae-Kwon-Doe, which he takes very seriously and is always quick to prove to people that he's just as good as he claims. Other than that, he's a good test taker, able to ace most exams without even trying on things that have to due with logic or memorization of information, though when it comes to more critical thinking type problems, he tends to flounder a bit if he hasn't study the material. Michael loves to run, loves to climb, parkour, all kinds of things that require keeping the body active. He also likes to sneak up on people and scare them, or prank them with a little bit of sleight of hand and reverse pick-pocketing(a trick he learned from some less than reputable people after unwittingly helping them with some less than reputable things.) James is a more introspective thinker, and unlike Jackson, is actually a very diligent student instead of a good test taker, always making sure to study the material whenever he can(and feeling rather annoyed that his brothers can take advantage of his hard work just because they share the same mind and body). He also likes to draw a mix of realistic and surreal images in his sketchbooks, of which he's shown view people and is rather sensitive about showinh them to tohers.
Brief Backstory:
Growing up is tough, growing up with siblings is even tougher, growing up sharing the same body and mind with your siblings is hell. For as long as any of the DuCarthy brothers could remember, they've never had a single moment of real privacy, as they have always been with two other people constantly giving their opinions on early everything. Take into account that getting help for this kind of thing without being thogh of as absolutely insane is also quite damning, and for the first 8 years of his life, he had to deal with adults constantly trying to shove pills down his throat n order to solve the problem. It wasn't until their ninth birthday that people began to realize that maybe something else was going on, as that's the first day that they were able to switch bodies. It was a rather jarring experience for everyone involved when the usually calm, if lazy, JAckson suddenly started hopping all over the place like a jack-rabbit on steroids yelling "I'm free!" over and over and over again while other kids looked on in shock.
After that, as they learned to more easily switch between each other, they noticed other powers begin to grow that were unique to them. Jackson found that he could create a strange silvery substance out of thin air that could change form and move according to his will. Michael manifested the ability to phase out of the world in a way, entering another plane of existence where he's most people can neither sense nor touch him. And James found that he could summon beings from another realm, whether that be his imagination or an entirely different world he had no way of knowing, and having them do his bidding. With these new discoveries in their abilities, their parents decided that the best thing they could do(after apologizing to the two sons hey did't even know they had) was to send the brothers off to Academy 218 to better learn how to harness their abilities.
Power Information
Power Class:
Super System and Other
Power:
Three-in-one. Super System Due to the fact that Jackson, who is the elected lead consciousness, possess heightened physical ability, being noticeably stronger than the average person, having a good deal more stamina, and also being able to calculate and react to things at a much faster rate than what is considered normal. In fact, his brain is much more powerful than that of most people and even some computers, allowing him to blaze through most problems with ease and store and recollect information with little effort. His brothers can help in this regard, adding their own efforts to speed up the process, as well as dealign with unwanted intruders. Since there is always someone inside of their head, that makes it much more difficult for someone like a telepath to try and read his mind or try and do something to him, as his brother's are always on the look out for such an intrusion.
The DuCarthy's have also constructed a sort of mindscape with in their head, making things even more confusing for intruders as they go through different, sometimes even hazardous sections of their brain in order to find where the information they want is. If the intruder is able to slip past detection, however, then the mindscape will not appear, as it requires focus from at least one of the brothers to be brought into realization.
Soul Projection: Jackson is able to manifest his soul into a silvery, mist-like substance that he can form into a variety of things, from knives, hands, hamers, blow torches, etc, etc. However, they come into two varieties: Physical and Meta-physical. Physical can be seen by all people and can effect the world around them, i.e. making a hand and using it to play two controllers at the same time or wielding a knife and stabbing someone with it. They can effect the real world in many ways, as he can crete fire with this substance, push people back with a shockwave, and so on and so forth. Meta-Physical, on the other hand, is more tricky, These things have to be symbolic of the effect they want to implant on someone, and only affect things that can understand that concept. For example, if Jackson were to make something to cause someone pain, he'd have to create something that symbolized pain and ave that person touch it. No real damage would be done, but they would feel as if they had just been hit with whatever kind of pain he intended to deliver. He can also use this to slightly sway emotions, putting suggestive imprints in peoples heads that, so long as they aren't aware of the influence, will have some difficulty resisting. These meta-Physical constructs are difficult to avoid because, like what they represent, they can't be seen, only felt.
Astral Phasing: Michael has the ability to phase into another plain where only the products of the mind dwell, basically becoming a ghost or all intents and purposes. In this form, he isn't bound by the laws of physics and is unable to touch or be touched/effected by anything the solely affects things physically. This makes him excellent at stealth, as he can walk through walls and avoid detection and danger without any worry for his own well being(for the most part) and spy on people without the worry of getting caught. Another ability that he has is that he can meld with people by stepping into their body, and while this doesn't give him control of the person, he can control how they perceive the world, either by making them hallucinate, giving them phantom feelings, voices in their head, etc. etc. all five senses are viable to be messed with, plus, if the person has no mental protection, he can read their mind with no effort at all, as he techinically is and isn;t that person at that moment.
Astral Summoning: James is able to summon creatures to his aid, whether t be for combat . . or because he wants to talk about his day. Due to his non-confrontational nature, it's usually the later of the two, as James first instinct in a fight is to run away. Of the three brothers, James is the most powerful and varied when it comes to straight combat, as his creatures tend to be very strong in that area. He currently is able to summon one of six creatures at any given time.
Whisperis the size a regular human, makes very little sound when moving, has no sense of presence, can meld with shadows, very intelligent, is very swift, very dexterous with it's hands, enhanced strength, it's incense holder is actually a high tech holder for a nano-bot queen. The nano-bots she creates can scan and recreate most objects, but it takes time depending on size and complexity. The max time it'd take is about a couple hours. The nano-bots are also able to interfere with technology, not really hacking as much as causing the hardware to malfunction, rendering whatever device encountered unusable until it can be repaired. He interacts with it through a form of telepathic link that is unique to his species, as is his mind. Whisper is highly resistant to mental abilities due to the fact that his mind is structured in a way that is vastly different and foreign to most humans. The nano-bots are very, very, very vulnerable to high-pitched noises and intense vibrations, making it impossible for them to hold any sort of function, which leads to them falling to the floor in a mess.
Bob is fast, has extremely sharp blades claws, average durability, but is rather strong, never stays still, very fidgety, likes to eat but is incredibly picky, even though he doesn't need to eat, easily distracted by things like TV, likes to watch people play video games, has a dangerous stinger tail, but no venom glands, probably removed. Still pretty powerful, however, as it can extend up to 5 meters in any direction with explosive penetrating force, can't go through thick metal, though.
Commando is 8 feet tall, is strict, rather fatherly, can fluently speak all languages due to armor having built-in translator, carries with him a huge gattling laser gun, futuristic shielding tech protects him from most conventional weapons, though things like rocket launcher will still hurt him, wears a armored enviro-suit that protects him from most environmental dangers and gives him resistance to heat and cold, but if he gets hit by a strong enough electrical charge, shielding will give out, and he'll lose the stimulants that allow him to be strong enough to move in it. This makes it so that his speed, which is average running for normal humans, becomes slowed down to a shuffling crawl. Armor by itself is resistant to most forms of low-caliber fire, but high caliber stuff will go through it rather easily, especially with something like a sniper-rifle.
Chiller is slightly stronger than your average human, likes to make ice sculptures, can generate strange form of ice that is silver-ish in color and rather hard to melt and break, it's touch causes frost to cover things, if something gets completely covered in frost, it'll be frozen, frost coverage is slow, but very painful and hard to get rid off and only grows while Chiller is in contact with subject. He also has a strange attraction to human women, tends to stalk them if James doesn't remind him not to, weak to intense flames, but any low to medium powered flames will be extinguished by his presence, is always surrounded by cold air, sometimes snow falls if there is enough humidity
Silver is 7 ft tall, able to summon a huge ass sword, is basically a giant suit of walking armor, so it can keep a person inside of it, the armor itself is ridiculously durable and able to absorb impacts rather well to, but it's weak to electricity, ice, rapid down wards shifts in temperature. Fire and heat don't seem seem to bother it, or whoever's inside, claims that it lives around a sun, has a habit of busting through doors, never tries to open them, is extremely dense and heavy, so he sinks like a stone in water.
Crawling Jaw is about the size of a Monster Truck, has thick skin that is resistant to low caliber bullets, human-like intelligence, able to track scents with it's tongue, it's tongue is able to launch over 100 meters and is barbed, Greatly Superior strength, relentless hunter, faster than it looks, but still kinda slow.
Limits:
Jackson is unable to manifest or make use of his power outside of a 5 meter range, and for using his Meta-Physical constructs, that range is lessened to to 3 meters. He also can't use this power much defensively, as his solid constructs aren't stable enough to take direct contact. He also needs to have a certain amount of focus to form his constructs, so if he's currently suffering from good deal of pain or is otherwise unable to focus on his ability to sufficient degree, he can't use it.
Michael can only stay in his phase form for a maximum of 10 minutes before he has t return to the physical plane, and the longer he tries to stay past that time, the harder it becomes to phase back in. Also, while his Phase form is usually undetectable, those who can sense people either through their Metahuman energy or have a Cerbral Power can sense him rather easily and same can even attack him directly while he's in this state, which he has no way to defend against other than phasing out of the world.
James can only summon one creature at a time, and summoning takes about 5-10 seconds of focus to accomplish. Also, after he's summoner a creature, he must wait up to another day to summon that creature again, and about a minute before he can summon another creature again if he sends one back or they die.
Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
Jackson has to be careful when using his Meta-physcial constructs because, before he can pass the feeling to someone else he must first experience it, and hold unto that same level of intensity until he's able to pass it on to the next person. That means that if he wants summon to suffer a great deal of pain, he has to feel that same level of pain, and if he's not careful, this could cause him to lose focus on the construct and thus have it disperse before he gets the chance to use it. This makes it so he's very weary f using Meta-physical constructs to hurt or harm others, or even use them in the first place.
Michael is completely unable to interact with the world physically in his Phase form, and when he melds with another person, he'll suffer any injuries they suffer while they're melded and those will persist into the physical world. This also means that if he were to meld with someone as they die, he'd likely die as well. Also, when he infiltrates the mind of a Cerebral through melding, he can get trapped by them, and as a result, be completely at their mercy until they decide to let him go. Fortunately for him, melding doesn't count towards his time limit(thought it doesn't count against it either) so he doesn't have to worry about someone trapping him int he mental plane by keeping him trapped inside their head.
If one of James creatures die, he suffers from a very violent mental backlash, leading to violent spasming throughout his whole body and temporary paralysis. also, James has a telepathic bond with his summons, so if somebody enters the mind of one of them, they have a quick access point into the DuCarhty's head without having to go through the hassle of the other brothers.

Jackson is almost cripplingly lazy, even on a good day, often not doing or finishing things that he finds too tedious and/or uninteresting. However, when it comes to helping others, whether they're his friends, enemies, or strangers, he'll do so without hesitation, never willing to just leave things be.
Michael is the most sociable of the three, having a charmingly energetic personality and always eager to meet new people. And while he is all these things, he's also a few others as well:Cold, Calculating, Ruthless. Michael is willing to do anything and everything to further his own goals our protect his brothers, and will gladly submit people in his way to great amounts of psychological torture in order to break them, or get them to back off.
James doesn't interact with people, often giving only stony states of silence to those who attempt to do so. This do more towards his not really knowing how to interact well with people rather than wanting to be alone. That being said, he doesn't want to have a lot of friends, just one or two goods ones beside his brothers and the creature he may or may not be pulling out of his own head.
While Michael is the athletic one, Jackson is the one who loves to compete, and can't deny a challenge, no matter how badly he might lose or how stacked the odds are against him
None of the brothers tell people about the existence of the others, so except for the teachers and any friend's they might have, most people tend to be confused by the varied personalities they tend to have.
The brothers decide who gets to control the body through Rock-paper-scissors
James tends to spend most of his time alone talk ing to Whisper, his first summon and best friend, though sense most people never see whisper, it looks like he's talking to himself.
All of the brothers have a habit of talking out loud hen frustrated with each other(well, Michael always speaks out loud when talking to his brothers). so again, most people think they're crazy.
Jackson has resigned himself to the single life, as he doubts he could ever get a girlfriend when he's literally three people in one body
Jackson secretly resents his brothers for that, as well as being the only brother to figure out how to guard his thoughts from the others
Jackson is an avid gamer, with a preference for fighting games and smack talk, and a class A procrastinator. Other than that, he's a good test taker, able to ace most exams without even trying on things that have to due with logic or memorization of information, though when it comes to more critical thinking type problems, he tends to flounder a bit if he hasn't studied the material . . which he never does. Michael loves to run, loves to climb, loves to do all kinds of things that require keeping the body active, and actually appreciates that his body isn't as fit as he'd like to fully accomplish any of these things to his satisfaction. It makes it more challenging, and thus, more fun. He also likes to draw a mix of realistic and surreal images in his sketchbooks, of which he's shown view people and is rather sensitive about showing them to others.
Take into account that getting help for this kind of thing without being though of as absolutely insane is also quite damning, and for the first 8 years of his life, he had to deal with adults constantly trying to shove pills down his throat n order to solve the problem.
Super System Jackson's brain is much more powerful than that of most people and even some computers, allowing him to blaze through most problems with ease, as well store and recollect information with little effort. His brothers can help in this regard, adding their own efforts to speed up the process, as well as dealing with unwanted mental intrusions. Since there is always someone inside of their head, that makes it much more difficult for someone like a telepath to try and read his mind or try and do something to him, as his brother's are always on the look out for such an intrusion.
Soul Projection: Jackson is able to manifest his soul into a silvery, mist-like substance that he can form into a variety of things, from knives, hands, hammers, blow torches, etc, etc. However, they come into two varieties: Physical and Meta-physical. Physical can be seen by all people and can effect the world around them, i.e. making a hand and using it to play two controllers at the same time or wielding a knife and stabbing someone with it. They can effect the real world in many ways, as he can create things fire with this substance, push people back with a shockwave, and so on and so forth. Any construct he makes with this power has a feeling of weight, but no actual weight as long as he's in physical contact with it. Meta-Physical, on the other hand, is more tricky. These things have to be symbolic of the effect they want to implant on someone, and only affect things that can understand that concept.
Another ability that he has is that he can meld with people by stepping into their body, and while this doesn't give him control of the person, he can control how they perceive the world, either by making them hallucinate, giving them phantom feelings, voices in their head, etc. etc. all five senses are viable to be messed with, plus, if the person has no mental protection, he can read their mind with no effort at all, as he technically is and isn;t that person at that moment.
Chiller is slightly stronger than your average human, likes to make ice sculptures, can generate strange form of ice that is silverish in color and rather hard to melt and break, it's touch causes frost to cover things, if something gets completely covered in frost, it'll be frozen, frost coverage is slow, but very painful and hard to get rid off and only grows while Chiller is in contact with subject.

He also needs to have a certain amount of focus to form his constructs, so if he's currently suffering from good deal of pain or is otherwise unable to focus on his ability to sufficient degree, he can't use it. Also, if he's trying to create something like water, wind, fire, or any of those kinds of things, he'll be pushing his boundaries quite a bit. He has a upper limit to things he can create, so he can't surround himself in an inferno or bring about an endless deluge. He can, at most, create a large ball about a 2 feet across of whatever element he wishes to replicate, and doing so tends to be more tiring then making regular constructs, in which he can't make things that are overly complex(like a gun or a watch) nor anything thats bigger than he is. The upper weight limit of something he could summon would be about a Ton, but that's pushing it.
Michael can only stay in his phase form for a maximum of 2 minutes before he has to return to the physical plane, and the longer he tries to stay past that time, the harder it becomes to phase back in. If he stays in there for up to 5 minutes, he's likely to be trapped in there unless there something that can pull him out. Also, while his Phase form is usually undetectable, those who can sense people either through their Metahuman energy or have a Cerebral Power can sense him rather easily and some can even attack him directly while he's in this state, which he has no way to defend against other than phasing out of the world.

Also, when he tries to summon more than two creatures anyone day, he starts to feel a great amount of fatigue on his body, which only grows stronger the more he tries to do so. Going for 4 is likely to cause him to pass out, and when he passes out from power exhaustion, his creatures have about 5 minutes before they're sent back.
Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
Jackson has to be careful when using his Metaphyscial constructs because, before he can pass the feeling to someone else he must first experience it, and hold unto that same level of intensity until he's able to pass it on to the next person. @t2waveI would suggest that, since Marlene's base crystal is pink, that pink would be a go to option, but maybe you should have so that the colors can change depending on what type of crystal she uses, or maybe the colors scheme displays the types of crystal she can use.
Argus blinked, trying to catch up to events as they occurred. He'd been walking towards nowhere, lost in the depths of his current depression, only for some random chick with orange hair and a large chest to suddenly poke him the back and then try to cheer him up. Before she could finish her sentence, however, another girl suddenly burst in and socked the first one in the face, leaving Argus to look at the budding confrontation with a bewildered look on his face.
As he looked between the two, he suddenly realized he actually knew the other one, raising a hand to give a slow wave as he recognized the features of his latest victim. Brown hair, Glasses, Crystal Magic, Hot temper . . "Hey D-cu- I mean, hey . . . glasses . . . I'll just leave you two to it then. Have fun." Argus then turned about face and proceeded to try and escape, not in the mood to deal with her right now. Before his talk with Gabriel he would've tried to talk her down and try to apologize, but right now, he just needed to be alone. That and h just recognized her by her chest size . . . he needed to find Ike sometime before he met with this girl, as he doubted that anything would get her to forgive him right now. She seemed to like holding grudges.
@LmpkioThe camp is in the park, I believe, but I was just going to retain it do that the he was just walking through the city anyway, so you don't need to change anything.
@Lmpkio@Oblivion666This is going to be a fun bit of posting, I can already tell. Argus: "Fuck you, I'm not trying to have my corpse look like someone bedazzled me to death!"
Too bad, I'm your master, so off to deal with Marlene you go.
