Argus didn't look up as Joakim scolded him, not really having anything to say in his defense, but at the mention of Zeref, he suddenly looked up at the man with a look of recognition and shock, but he let the man finish speaking before he answered the man's question. "That's a name I haven't heard in a while. It was all the guards talked about at times, though I always thought he was just some dark god that they worshiped or something. To think that a person liked that actually existed . . . that's not a comforting thought. As for getting the book out of me . . . I'd appreciated it, but I don't want any of you to risk you life on this, and this isn't me trying to shun away help. Dark and powerful curses are entwined within it's covers, protecting it from those who'd do it harm and promising death or insanity in return for their efforts. The last time I had someone try to help me remove this curse, I saw them liquefy right before my eyes. . . that was not a pleasant day and it still haunts my dreams at times. So, while I appreciate the offer, well and truly, I'm almost certain that I'm stuck with this burden for the rest of my life."

Argus' eyes began to turn downward again, the depression from before once again rising to overtake him, only for Isla's outburst and subsequent assault to snap him out of it. He raised his hand up to his face, hissing slightly at the touch, before letting out a small chuckle at her request. "Would if I could, but two problems with that. First, this is more of a robe, and Second, I'm not wearing anything underneath it, and while I don't really mind being naked, I really doubt you guys would be comfortable with that." Argus chuckled a little before a more somber expression came over his face. "And thanks for smacking some sense into me, guess I kinda needed that."

Turning back to Joakim, he gave the man a low bow, before rising and hiding his hand out.

"I'll try my best not to cause trouble till the higher ups come to me with an appropriate punishment. Also, since I don't think we've been properly introduced, My name is Argus Leandros and I'm sorry that our first meeting had to be under such trying circumstances."

Akio has grown into her own over the years, bearing a much more mature and professional air. Her golden eyes now bear a guarded, almost emotionless gaze to them, and while she has cut her hair to a much shorter length than before, she still kept the fringes of her hair dyed black as reminder of her clan. She stands at about 5'10, with a slightly above average bust and a hourglass figure to match, making her quite the attractive woman. The only major detractors would be the multitude of scars that cover her body, earned through either combat or training, though the most notable would be three caw marks that make their way down the right side of her face, a parting gift from a giant tiger whose head she had turned into one of those chairs that hang from the ceiling.

Akio's casual wear tends to be a sleeveless turtleneck sweaters with a pair of matching jeans. Her shoes differ from low heels to regular running sneakers, depending on the activities she plans to do that day. On a mission, she'll wear a modified version of the Konoha flak jacket that's black in color and has a hood on it, a black turtle neck with long sleeves, and the standard shinobi pants and sandals. She also wears a pair of gloves that leave the thumb and first two fingers uncovered, so that they don't interfere with her archery.

【Fighting style】
Akio is a tactical distance fighter, though she's no slouch up close either, one can easily tell upon facing her that it isn't her preferred range. She has also proven to be rather tactical in combat as well, always keeping an eye out for an opportunity to take down her opponent quickly, and non-lethally if possible.

As well as being a tactical fighter, she's a very well of weapon's user, bearing exceptional eyesight and near pin-point accuracy and precision honed through years of constant, grueling training. The same could also be said with her Chakra control, which she has worked extremely hard to get as precise as can be, as well as mastering every jutsu she has ever learned until she can do it with as few hand seals as possible. She bears a vast amount of willpower, and has also built up quite a tolerance to pain from her strict training. She, who lacks natural skill, has trained her mind and body to the limits of what is possible, and then pushed them even farther. She has somewhat above average strength and endurance for a chunnin, but what is most impressive is her speed, agility, and dexterity, allowing her to dance around the battlefield with a honed sense of grace.

Name: Katon: Phoenix Egg Bomb(Subject to change)

Description: After making the needed hand seals, Akio conjures up a concentrated inferno of blazing heat, focusing it over her palm. It'll take a post for this jutsu to charge up, but when it does the flames will take on a egg-like shape as Akio thrusts her hand out to launch it at her foes. Upon impact with an object, the egg will explode with a huge amount of force and intense white hot heat. The radius of the explosion would be somewhere between 5-10m, though the intense heat can be felt from much farther away, burning skin, drying up moisture in the air, and causing fatigue through dehydration if an enemy is caught near the edge of the blast.

The explosion itself takes the form of a phoenix rising high into the sky. The flames that the explosion created will stay for about 2 posts, however, the heat lessening by a great deal until it finally fizzes out. At this point, Aoi can use this jutsu with little strain, upping her usage to about 6 times before it starts to take it's toll.

Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all.

Description: Akio forms a bow out of lightning chakra, from which she can draw back and fire bolts of electricity from, the amount of power dealt depending on how long she holds it for. A quick draw only does a low-medium amount of damage and has no lingering effects. A Charged shot, which takes about 1 post to form up, does a fair deal more damage and will leave the target temporarily stunned if direct contact is made. The charged shot can also be split into four homing shots, which'll lock onto the opponents chakra signature. These only do slightly more damage than a quick shot on their own, but if all three hit the same target, then the damage can be even greater than a charged shot and can explode out to damage foes within a meter of the target.

Akio can now fire a detonation shot with a charged up bolt, which is less powerful overall, but can paralyze a whole group of individual for a few moments. She can also create a piercing shot, which has more focused electrical energy for more power and damage, but has reduced ranged as well, only being able to go about half as far as a normal charged shot. The piercing shot can pierce through most standards armors and defensive jutsu of equal rank or lower, not including elemental weakness into play, in which it can probably partially get through lower A-rank Earth Style Jutsu and be halted by upper C rank Wind Style jutsu.

Static strings can be attached to the quick fire shots, so that if they hit, the user can hold the foe in place by running a constant stream of electricity through it, locking her muscles in place. If this is done, neither Akio nor the target can move so it's not a good move for one on one, but good for lining up holding an enemy in place for another teammate to take down.

Edit: Through training, Akio has managed to work down the weakness of her static strings down so that only one of her limbs is paralyzed and not her whole body, meaning that she won't be able to form jutsu while holding a foe down, but she can still move, dodge attacks, and counterattack reasonable well, though she still has to be able to keep some focus on the connection while moving, or else it'll break, thus she won't be able to move as fast as she normally could.

Description: An extremely useful jutsu, this one has the effect of flushing out or separating multiple opponents. Hurling a fireball about the size of a basketball, it is meant to be dodged in order to be effective. For at center of this fireball is a gaseous core which, when the spherical attack finally makes contact with something, will explode and this gas will expand rapidly in a loud bang. The bang is simply a precursor though, as instantly afterwards a sharp concussive force will issue out all around the center of the blast. Though the explosion of the attack itself is not very strong, the force it sends out is enough to knock anyone who is within a certain radius of it flying.

Description:
Built upon the principles of Katon: Myaku Hitofuki no Jutsu, this technique instead acts as a much more powerful, centralized version. Gathering heat in between both hands the user focuses it until it cannot be condensed further. Manifested as a sphere of raw, glowing energy it is at first held at bay as if only for show. Then, given any cue, the user slams the sphere into the ground, causing it to explode with the power of pure heat behind it. The user is unaffected by this burst of power, but anyone within the radius of the blast suffers some unsettling consequences alongside the devastating concussive force it sends forth. This technique, by sheer strength alone, has even been known to crack boulders. Separate effects of the jutsu are that the intense heat dehydrates any opponents caught within the radius of the blast, drawing them closer to fatigue, blurring their vision and causing mild headaches all the while. Minor, first-degree burns may also result from this technique.

Description:
A Variant of the Lightning Armor Jutsu, this jutsu cloaks the Akio in an intense aura of electricity that takes the form of phoenix around them. While under the influence of this jutsu, Akio's speed, reaction time, and physical attack power gains a substantial increase, though not to the level that is seen by users of the original technique, as well as boosting the power of her Raiton jutsu, thus negating the charge up of her more power Thunder bow attacks. She can also up her mobility on the battlefield by gliding and hovering in the air for short periods of times using the wings this jutsu gives her, though she has yet to achieve true flight using this technique. Finally, the wings can also be formed into a defensive wall at a moments notice, incase she's targeted by an attack she can't dodge, but they can only block a single attack of up to A-rank in power, and Wind Style jutsu of Mid A-rank and higher will always be able to partially get through these defenses. Once the attack has been blocked, the wings will disperse and Akio will spend the remainder of the jutsu's duration moving at a reduced speed compared to before, though still noticeably faster than her base speed, as well as no longer being able to hover or glide due to the loss of her wings.

This jutsu duration is for about 6 posts, though it can be lengthened to up to 9 by feeding more chakra into it, though this worsens the drawback once the jutsu ends. After the base duration runs out, her entire body will become numb and cause her speed and reaction time to drop as a result. This lasts for about three posts, but if she lengthened it, it can lengthen to about 6 posts and only allows her to move at a third of her base speed. If she tries to go over that limit, though possible, it will result in her body becoming completely paralyzed, as well as the obvious threat of chakra exhaustion.

【Personality】
After the war and her break-up with Aoi, Akio has become a very emotionally withdrawn individual, focusing only on either training or her duties as a shinobi, and spending very little time socializing with others anymore. While she still has the sarcastic remark or joke ready whenever it's needed, she no longer talks with people in depth. If they try to get to know her personally, she'll either redirect the conversation away from herself or just shut down, not speaking another word until the person gets the message and leaves her alone.

Along with this, Akio has developed a bit of a drinking habit, not a terrible one, but noticeable. She always tends to have one bottle of some form of liquor on her when not on a mission, and she can be a bit cranky at times on missions due to the fact that she can't drink while on the job, a self-imposed rule so that her habit never interferes with her work. On really bad days, however, one could find Akio totally hammered in her home, in which she becomes a depressive, self-loathing mess that is constantly asking people to comfort her and listen to her problems, as well as provide . . . other forms of relief.

【History】

Old History

Before the massacre, her life wasn't really that great as her father saw her as nothing as a mistake and an embarrassment for two reasons. The first is that she was a bastard child, a mark of shame on his honor as the Tendou family patriarch, though it was that same honor that duty bound him to take the child in, as her mother had died during childbirth. The second reason was that she was never good enough, and while she wasn't the most skilled of individuals, she was still rather good, some would say better than most.

But it was never enough for Akira Tendou, he demanded perfection, and severely punished those who did not meet his requirements. And as she hardly ever did, she was often met with scorn from her father, who never once acknowledged her as his daughter. And while that should've devastated her, she didn't find herself minding too much. She never once considered Akira Tendou as her father in the sense that he was a man to come to with her woes, worries, and needs, as that regard went to her older brother, Kokatsu. Ever since she came into their home, Kokatsu was extremely protective of her, getting into several fights with Akira and most of them ending in some sort of violence. Since she was young, she never got to see Kokatsu darker side, and she believes that he wanted to keep it that way as he made extreme efforts to avoid telling her about his job in any specific detail. He also expressed some sorrow when it became apparent that she was going to be joining the Shinobi forces, though never actively spoke out against it, unlike her father who was certain that she'd never pass and if she did, never make it pass a lowly genin.

If things had continued as normal, then he may have been right, for even she had begun to doubt her self and her reasons for becoming a ninja, of whether she was ready for the life they lived. But instead, soon after her seventh birthday, all hell broke loose. A ceremony was held, as Akira had decided to pass on his position as Clan Patriarch to his son, claiming he had never been prouder for him. Kokatsu took the Tendou blade(an artifact past down from Patriarch to Patriarch since before the elemental nations were even concieved) and, with a smile as bright as the sun, slew his father where he stood, dropping the weapon to perform a quick string of handsigns before slamming his fingers into the fresh corpse.

An eerie red light rose from the ground around him, and it was until many months after the event that she would hear that at the time, seals popped up all throughout the city. And so it was that Kokatsu opened a portal between this world and a world of darkness to unleash death upon all who lived within it. Only a single order was given, spare the children of the Tendou clan, they had done no wrong. And so it was that behind a veil of darkness, hundreds if not thousands died horrid, painful deaths, all the while a menacing laugh would echo through out it all. When the barrier fell and the demons fled, Kokatsu held out his hand for Akio to grab, only for her to flinch away, looking at her blood trenched sibling in horror.

Akio couldn't remember a time where her brother had looked more hurt then at that time, and yet she also couldn't remember a time where he seemed more relieved. He offered no pressure or force, just left without a word, and leaving her alone in a nightmare of blood, death, and sorrow. After the event, the Tendou children were taken in and eventually handed over to adoptive parents to raise them. Of those children, four would go insane from the trauma of what they witnessed as they grew up, one even committing suicide after slaughtering his adoptive parents. Tendou children where treated with a mix of pity, fear, and for Akio, hatred.

Given how closely related she was to Kokatsu, there were people, kids especially, who would take out their grief of lost loved ones out on her. This made it hard for her to trust and approach people, and also made it so she hated her features that so easily gave her away. But in the midst of these hardships, an ember began to burn bright with newly discovered passion. She developed a burning drive to train herself, to become as strong as possible. She was able to pass the academy with only minor difficulties, and did her best in her genin missions no matter what the they were. However, in the early years of her life, this passion nearly consumed her, as she withdrew from everyone, constantly running herself into the ground, and then some, for a reason that she wasn't even sure of. In actuality, she felt partially to blame for what happened to Kokatsu, thinking in her subconscious mind that if she had somehow been there for him more, it could've been avoided.

As life went on, however, she found herself to be taken unde the wing of Tsukiko Umene. The older jonin would drop by from time to time to check up on her, and if she felt it necessary, beat her in to shape. While at first Akio resented the woman, she eventually began to grow more attached to her as time went on, to the point where she thinks of the wild woman as the big sister she never had. Due to Tsukiko's influence, Akio began to open up to other people a little more and try to overcome her weaknesses. Also because of Tsukiko, the young Tendou can tend to have a rather vivid and imaginative vocabulary when sufficiently angered or upset, as well as having a bit of a nasty temper.

As of now, she's living in a rented apartment in downtown, having moved away from her foster parents the moment she became a genin, never to speak to them again.

The war was a defining moment in Akio's life . . . and not for the better. while she wasn't a stranger to loss or violence, she had never felt in the scale that she had in the war. Many good friends died in the fighting, only to die in vain as the Confederation came to rule everything. However, instead of being filled with anger and indignation, she just felt broken and afraid. As she recovered, she began to withdraw from the world, drinking more often, and geting into fights with her girlfriend Aoi, until it finally culminated in Akio breaking it off in a fit of drunken passion.

She immediately regretted it afterwards, but instead of going after her and begging forgiveness, she simply let the relationship die. Despite still having strong feelings for Aoi, she just didn't want to feel the pain of losing her, imagining that it'd be worse than anything else she'd ever experienced. Since she couldn't force Aoi to stop being a kunoichi, she decide that it'd be best for the two o end their relationship, thinking it'd be easier for both of them in the long run. This belief has long since died in her mind, as she only continues to feel more and more empty inside, but she feels like it's much much too late to fix her mistake. So she lives her days in misery, with her only companions being the alcohol she keeps by her side and the odd stranger that it invites to her bed every so often.

【Family ties】
Akio feels nothing for her family name, and had nothing but fear for her father. Her brother and a few of the braver clan members were the only ones in her family to show her any kindness, though not without punishment. Her foster family after the Massacre were kind at first, but soon grew distant as she showed a great lack in interest in them. After that, they simply ignored her and she ignored them. Not the perfect home, but it was peaceful at least.

Akio currently has no dreams beside a vain hope of making up with Aoi, but it's one she doesn't actively try to pursue. As for fears, she still fears losing Aoi, and their separation has only intensified this fear, as now not only will she lose her former lover, but she'll lose any chance for reconciliation.

Tatsuya Kajiya-Terumi

“Uhhh . . . Never Give up? That's a good motto, right?”

Tatsuya is tall at around 6'2, and has a rather muscular upper body due to his work in the forge. His hands and arms are covered with numerous scars, burns and callouses due to the work he does every day, but he wears them with pride as they are the symbol of all his hard work. His red eyes come from his father, and shiny red hair comes from his mother. He also has a tattoo on his upper right arm of Ketsui lodged in the mouth of an active volcano. He got it the day he became a Genin as a symbol to never forget the determination it took to get him there, so that no matter how long the road to greatness looked, he'd never give up.

His normal clothing style is usually a plain white T-shirt, some jeans and steel toed boots( a nessecity in his profession). He sometimes where a jacket if it;s cold enough for one, but more often than not, that's it for his casual wear. His combat outfit is a black, long sleeve shirt, a jacket over that, black combat pants and shinobi sandals.

【Fighting style】
Tatsuya is a more weapon-based fighter, specialized in Kenjutsu mostly, as that is the weapon he uses most often, and has the most skill in using. That being said, his Taijutu is serviceable enough that he's not completely defenseless without his weapons, but it'll only do him so well for so long, especially against a skilled Taijutsu fighter. His Ninjutsu is also quite good, with a focus on controlling the battlefield rather than simply blasting his opponents away.

Up close, Tatsuya is a very good fighter, but he often has issues against distance opponent unless he can figure out a way to get them to come to him. He can either uses his jutsu to force his foe closer, or takes the battle to them instead. When it comes to using his Kekkei Genkai, he can sometimes use it to distract his opponents by making the ground underneath their feet really hot via forming lava just below the surface. A sneaky, but effective strategy, especially when facing an enemy of a higher skill level than him, as that split second distraction could give him just the edge he needs to either escape, or end a fight.

Description:
The lava release is a very versatile Kekkei Genkai that has multiple variations and abilities depending on how one uses it. For Tatsuya, he bears an affinity for manipulating volcanic materials like as Magma making a very, very deadly opponent to go up against. His Lava attacks can change the very battlefield, giving him a good amount of Offensive, defensive, and crowd controlling abilities. An added plus to this ability is that one can convert certain earth-style techniques into Lava style ones, at the cost of an increased chakra cost.

With some practice, Tatsuya has also been able to create a rubber-like material as well, which he can change the consistency of his chakra to make it work as an adhesive. While he's not skilled enough with it yet to use it in battle, in time it could add to his crowd control and supportive abilities.

Tatsuya himself suffers no ill effects from his use of this ability, and seems to have a bit of heat resistance as well, though not enough to make a real difference against a fire jutsu(this doesn't include his own lava, which he's immune to). It's a neat party trick for him to snuff out a cigarette on with his hands, but that's about it.
Strengths:
The lava style is a highly variable ability, granting nearly unparalleled offensive capability, effective defenses, and crowd control capabilities.
Weaknesses:
Lava attacks can be effectively countered by a strong enough Water attack, cooling down the magma into rock. Also, this ability is highly destructive, endangering both friend and foe if Tatsuya isn't careful about what abilities he uses and how he uses them.

Description:
By taking dirt and rubbing it on their arms or legs, after performing the necessary hand seals, a shinobi is able to create very durable defensive bracers that add extra protection when using the arms to block. The chakra that is infused in them help to soften the blows of any physical attacks. These are very useful for taijutsu users or to defend against an onslaught of upper body blows. These bracers are designed to block physical attacks only. However, by channeling Yoton Chakra into the Jutsu, the rocks and what not can heat up to a degree that while the burns they cause are minor, they can be extremely painful and distracting to the opponent.

Description:
When performing this jutsu the user places his hands on the ground and causes it to move rapidly away as if it were a conveyor belt. As the shinobi increases in skill and rank the size, speed, and range of this jutsu all increase. While little more than a delaying tactic, if mixed with Lava Creation, it can create a rather deadly surge of lava heading straight toward the target at high speeds.

Description:
The user will first channel chakra into the ground, thus turning the ground to lava. The process is quick, as the ground will melt away into the liquid-like lava. This lava can be used to aid in his other lava based jutsu by creating a source which he can manipulate, instead of creating it himself. To increase the base area that is converted, the user must have both of his hands in contact with the ground.

Description:
After making the needed handseals, Tatsuya builds up Lava Style chakra inside of his gut before blasting out a jet of molten lava into the air, causing a dangerous and widespread rain of lava droplets to fall to the ground. The spread of this jutsu makes it nearly impossible to dodge, though it can be blocked if the foe has the capability. Alternatively, Tatsuya can also just fire the magma jet directly at the foe in a fast moving stream.

Description:
The user of this jutsu will first channel chakra into an active source of lava, which will cause it to rise up quickly and making the lava thicker then usual, allowing the user to then mold it into a weapon with a few simple gestures. The weapons created will be about as hard as steel, but are usually rather crude and blunt.

Description:
A two-part technique in which the user blocks an attack by creating a sphere of fire around themselves, and after blocking the attack, the fires converge on his feet, cloaking them in flames. The fire on his feet can be used twice to launch him at his foes somewhat faster than before. The effect lasts for about 3 posts.

Description:
In preparation for this technique, Tatsuya will channel chakra through the earth to create Yoton beneath it's surface over a period of time (2 Posts). As a result of this action, the surface of the affected area will become noticeably hotter as the lava beneath is pushed toward the surface by the built up pressure. Tatsuya can then release this build up pressure by creating small craters in the ground with either explosion tags, thus releasing this pent up magma in a explosive Mini-eruption at every point where a hole was created. The more holes the smaller the explosion will be, and vice versa in that less holes will equal more power explosions. With the combination of the explosion and lava this jutsu can lead to severe injuries and even death if a foe is got unaware. It can also create several lava pools after use, which Tatsuya can then use to his advantage to control how his opponent moves around the battlefield.

A side effect of this technique is that it will lead to a nasty surprise to anyone trying to move underground or using ground shifting Dojutsu. The former for obvious reasons, and the latter because it will weaken the ground around them, causing the jutsu to activate prematurely. Weaknesses are the preparation time, making it something that can't be effectively used without either a teammate or pre-planning. It can also be activated prematurely by the above method, and can't be used in certain areas.

Description
Ketsui is the sword that Tatsuya had to make to be allowed to become a shinobi by his father, a blade of unquestionable quality and a showing of true talent and hard work to be made by one as young as him. NOt only does it have a keen edge and made from durable metal, but during the forging process(where a mix of traditional and modern techniques were applied) he inscribed special seals into the metal to give it an extra function. The blade could now store elemental chakra with in itself and circulate it through the blade more effectively, enabling it to more effectively take on the aspects of whatever element it pumped into it. This also makes it capable of forming advanced chakra natures, such as Tatsuya's own Lava Release, with remarkable ease. And since it's able to store chakra as well, that means that one can fully charge it before a mission and activate and deactivate the seals inside with a simple one handed seal and a little chakra.

Chakra effects:
Fire: The blade is wreathed in a thin, but intense veil of fire, allowing it to cut through metals with only moderate difficulty and cause third degree burns.

Earth:The blade becomes denser and more durable

Lava: The Blade becomes as Hot as Molten Lava, cutting through metal with ease as well as getting a slight increase in durabilty

The charge is big enough that it can keep the blade active for a total of 5 posts. The Lava style requires more chakra, however, so he can only hold that for about 3 posts instead of 5.

Description:
Sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, useful for throwing. They can also be used for close combat, but not very efficiently. Although small, they can be used to distract, pin down enemy shinobi, or if accurate enough, can kill or incapacitate an enemy. They have an open circle in the centre, useful for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also beneficial to the weapon's overall aerodynamics, ensuring more accurate trajectories.

A black dagger with a handle wrapped in bandages and a small ring attached to the end of it. The kunai is designed for thrusting and stabbing, though it can still do some damage if thrown despite not being designed for it, and is about the length of one's hand.

These tiny slips of paper with seals drawn on them can pack quite a punch if used correctly, and can even be attached onto an enemy directly. Also can be attached to thrown kunai for accurate delivery or have a bunch wrapped into a ball for a more devastating payload.

【Personality】
Tatsuya is an honest and sociable sort, one who believes that the best way to get something is to earn it through the sweat of your brow and the strength of your will. He's very open in both mind and personality, accepting of pretty much everyone, and at times a bit too forgiving, which people have taken advantage of in the past and probably will continue to do so in the future. However, don't take that as him being slow witted or foolish, as his mind is as sharp as the blades he forges, and he has a keen intuition, honed by years of attending his family's shop, for picking out when people are lying to him or trying to pull the wool over his eyes. He tries his best to remain courteous with all kinds people, but he's no pushover, and if you don't back off nicely, he will make you back off, whether it be through words or actions.

Tatsuya is also a bit of an artist, putting his experience in the forge into various metalworking projects and sculptures. While he's not terrible, it's obvious to see that e's still trying to find his niche with the art, as every piece is very different from one another, and he has yet to see one he particularly likes yet. He's also good at drawing, but that kind of a necessity when making designs for weapons, armors, and other such works, but he does sometimes take time out of his busy days to just relax and draw the world around him, mostly just random people on the street who catch his interest.

While usually rather humble and modest, Tatsuya takes great pride in what he calls his true art form, forging weapons and armors of his own that have a cool style while still remaining practical in use. He treats every work like a piece of art, and has also taken to learning several weapon types, because he always feels that if he knows how to use the weapon himself, he can better forge it for his customers. His favorite type of weapon is the sword, but he's also learned how to effectively use other weapons, such as the staff, spear, and Naginata.

【History】
Tatsuya's father comes from a clan of reknowned blacksmiths that originated from Mizu no kuni. They were known as the Kajiya Clan, and it's said that it was members of their clan responsible for forging the blades of the Seven Ninja swordsman. However, sometime after the rise of the Seventh Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki, a faction of the clan separated from the main branch and left Mizu no kuni, for reason's that very few outside the clan know about. The faction soon splintered off from each other, settling in several different lands across the world, keeping the name of their clan where ever they go to show that they still pride themselves in their linage.

His father, Katsuo, was born and raised in Konoha, living there for 17 years before he decided to travel to Kirigakure in order to find out more about his heritage. It was there were he met his wife-to-be, Katsumi Terumi. She was an eccentric inventor, and often considered to be the black sheep of her clan due to her . . . odd mannerisms. While the two didn't get along when they first met, their mutual love to create eventually formed into a relation ship, and after a 5 years, Katsuo returned home with Katsumi to Konoha with her father's blessing, where they were to be happily married 3 years later.

Fast forward 10 years in the future to the birth of Tatsuya, their second child and first born son. Tatsuya's early years where tough at first, as he was a rather weak baby, but he pulled through, eventually growing healthy and strong without any complications. Tatsuya soon spent a great amount of time with both of his parents in their respective workshops, and while he tended to lean towards his dad's work then his mother's, he found both of them interesting. As soon as he was able, he would assist them in every endeavor they undertook, no matter how small a task they gave him to do. His family was a happy and connected one, for the most part.

The only real conflict ever presented before him was his father's staunch resolve to deny him from becoming a shinobi. Katsuo had seen both his father and brother become shinobi, only to die meaningless deaths and only him and his mother around to mourn them, and he didn't want Tatsuya to become just another forgotten grave in the cemetery, killed before his time because he was nothing but a pawn for the Confederation to use at their leisure. Tatsuya, on the other hand, was adamant about it, wanting it more than anything else. Finally, Katsuo agreed to let the boy become a shinobi, but only if he could make a weapon that would impress him, and not a second before. The task was seemingly impossible for a then 10-year old Tatsuya, but he went at the challenge with a determination that blazed liked a wildfire.

Using Kajiya sealsmithing techniques, as well as his own talent and skill with the tools available to him, he worked on numerous weapons, each a good viable weapon, but never reaching Katsuo's standards until one day, 4 years into the agreement, when he presented Ketsui to his father. The blade was spectacular, it's functions both practical and unique to it. It was a weapon deserving of the name Kajiya, and true to his word, Katsuo finally allowed Tatsuya to be a Shinobi, though he still doesn't like the idea.

【Dreams and fears】
Tatsuya dreams of one day making a weapon that is on par with that of those of the Seven Ninja swordsman, as well as becoming a reknowned shinobi that would be an inspiration for others. Tatsuya somewhat fears his Kekkei Genkai, as he's afraid that he might accidentally hurt, and even kill someone one day due to him not being able to control it properly.

Akio has grown into her own over the years, bearing a much more mature and professional air. Her golden eyes now bear a guarded, almost emotionless gaze to them, and while she has cut her hair to a much shorter length than before, she still kept the fringes of her hair dyed black as reminder of her clan. She stands at about 5'10, with a slightly above average bust and a hourglass figure to match, making her quite the attractive woman. The only major detractors would be the multitude of scars that cover her body, earned through either combat or training, though the most notable would be three caw marks that make their way down the right side of her face, a parting gift from a giant tiger whose head she had turned into one of those chairs that hang from the ceiling.

Akio's casual wear tends to be a sleeveless turtleneck sweaters with a pair of matching jeans. Her shoes differ from low heels to regular running sneakers, depending on the activities she plans to do that day. On a mission, she'll wear a modified version of the Konoha flak jacket that's black in color and has a hood on it, a black turtle neck with long sleeves, and the standard shinobi pants and sandals. She also wears a pair of gloves that leave the thumb and first two fingers uncovered, so that they don't interfere with her archery.

【Fighting style】
Akio is a tactical distance fighter, though she's no slouch up close either, one can easily tell upon facing her that it isn't her preferred range. She has also proven to be rather tactical in combat as well, always keeping an eye out for an opportunity to take down her opponent quickly, and non-lethally if possible.

As well as being a tactical fighter, she's a very well of weapon's user, bearing exceptional eyesight and near pin-point accuracy and precision honed through years of constant, grueling training. The same could also be said with her Chakra control, which she has worked extremely hard to get as precise as can be, as well as mastering every jutsu she has ever learned until she can do it with as few hand seals as possible. She bears a vast amount of willpower, and has also built up quite a tolerance to pain from her strict training. She, who lacks natural skill, has trained her mind and body to the limits of what is possible, and then pushed them even farther. She has somewhat above average strength and endurance for a chunnin, but what is most impressive is her speed, agility, and dexterity, allowing her to dance around the battlefield with a honed sense of grace.

Description: After making the needed hand seals, Akio conjures up a concentrated inferno of blazing heat, focusing it over her palm. It'll take a post for this jutsu to charge up, but when it does the flames will take on a egg-like shape as Akio thrusts her hand out to launch it at her foes. Upon impact with an object, the egg will explode with a huge amount of force and intense white hot heat. The radius of the explosion would be somewhere between 5-10m, though the intense heat can be felt from much farther away, burning skin, drying up moisture in the air, and causing fatigue through dehydration if an enemy is caught near the edge of the blast.

The explosion itself takes the form of a phoenix rising high into the sky. The flames that the explosion created will stay for about 2 posts, however, the heat lessening by a great deal until it finally fizzes out. At this point, Aoi can use this jutsu with little strain, upping her usage to about 6 times before it starts to take it's toll.

Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique)

Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all.

Description: Akio forms a bow out of lightning chakra, from which she can draw back and fire bolts of electricity from, the amount of power dealt depending on how long she holds it for. A quick draw only does a low-medium amount of damage and has no lingering effects. A Charged shot, which takes about 1 post to form up, does a fair deal more damage and will leave the target temporarily stunned if direct contact is made. The charged shot can also be split into four homing shots, which'll lock onto the opponents chakra signature. These only do slightly more damage than a quick shot on their own, but if all three hit the same target, then the damage can be even greater than a charged shot and can explode out to damage foes within a meter of the target.

Akio can now fire a detonation shot with a charged up bolt, which is less powerful overall, but can paralyze a whole group of individual for a few moments. She can also create a piercing shot, which has more focused electrical energy for more power and damage, but has reduced ranged as well, only being able to go about half as far as a normal charged shot. The piercing shot can pierce through most standards armors and defensive jutsu of equal rank or lower, not including elemental weakness into play, in which it can probably partially get through lower A-rank Earth Style Jutsu and be halted by upper C rank Wind Style jutsu.

Static strings can be attached to the quick fire shots, so that if they hit, the user can hold the foe in place by running a constant stream of electricity through it, locking her muscles in place. If this is done, neither Akio nor the target can move so it's not a good move for one on one, but good for lining up holding an enemy in place for another teammate to take down.

Edit: Through training, Akio has managed to work down the weakness of her static strings down so that only one of her limbs is paralyzed and not her whole body, meaning that she won't be able to form jutsu while holding a foe down, but she can still move, dodge attacks, and counterattack reasonable well, though she still has to be able to keep some focus on the connection while moving, or else it'll break, thus she won't be able to move as fast as she normally could.

Description: An extremely useful jutsu, this one has the effect of flushing out or separating multiple opponents. Hurling a fireball about the size of a basketball, it is meant to be dodged in order to be effective. For at center of this fireball is a gaseous core which, when the spherical attack finally makes contact with something, will explode and this gas will expand rapidly in a loud bang. The bang is simply a precursor though, as instantly afterwards a sharp concussive force will issue out all around the center of the blast. Though the explosion of the attack itself is not very strong, the force it sends out is enough to knock anyone who is within a certain radius of it flying.

Description:
Built upon the principles of Katon: Myaku Hitofuki no Jutsu, this technique instead acts as a much more powerful, centralized version. Gathering heat in between both hands the user focuses it until it cannot be condensed further. Manifested as a sphere of raw, glowing energy it is at first held at bay as if only for show. Then, given any cue, the user slams the sphere into the ground, causing it to explode with the power of pure heat behind it. The user is unaffected by this burst of power, but anyone within the radius of the blast suffers some unsettling consequences alongside the devastating concussive force it sends forth. This technique, by sheer strength alone, has even been known to crack boulders. Separate effects of the jutsu are that the intense heat dehydrates any opponents caught within the radius of the blast, drawing them closer to fatigue, blurring their vision and causing mild headaches all the while. Minor, first-degree burns may also result from this technique.

Description:
A Variant of the Lightning Armor Jutsu, this jutsu cloaks the Akio in an intense aura of electricity that takes the form of phoenix around them. While under the influence of this jutsu, Akio's speed, reaction time, and physical attack power gains a substantial increase, though not to the level that is seen by users of the original technique, as well as boosting the power of her Raiton jutsu, thus negating the charge up of her more power Thunder bow attacks. She can also up her mobility on the battlefield by gliding and hovering in the air for short periods of times using the wings this jutsu gives her, though she has yet to achieve true flight using this technique. Finally, the wings can also be formed into a defensive wall at a moments notice, incase she's targeted by an attack she can't dodge, but they can only block a single attack of up to A-rank in power, and Wind Style jutsu of Mid A-rank and higher will always be able to partially get through these defenses. Once the attack has been blocked, the wings will disperse and Akio will spend the remainder of the jutsu's duration moving at a reduced speed compared to before, though still noticeably faster than her base speed, as well as no longer being able to hover or glide due to the loss of her wings.

This jutsu duration is for about 6 posts, though it can be lengthened to up to 9 by feeding more chakra into it, though this worsens the drawback once the jutsu ends. After the base duration runs out, her entire body will become numb and cause her speed and reaction time to drop as a result. This lasts for about three posts, but if she lengthened it, it can lengthen to about 6 posts and only allows her to move at a third of her base speed. If she tries to go over that limit, though possible, it will result in her body becoming completely paralyzed, as well as the obvious threat of chakra exhaustion.

【Personality】
After the war and her break-up with Aoi, Akio has become a very emotionally withdrawn individual, focusing only on either training or her duties as a shinobi, and spending very little time socializing with others anymore. While she still has the sarcastic remark or joke ready whenever it's needed, she no longer talks with people in depth. If they try to get to know her personally, she'll either redirect the conversation away from herself or just shut down, not speaking another word until the person gets the message and leaves her alone.

Along with this, Akio has developed a bit of a drinking habit, not a terrible one, but noticeable. She always tends to have one bottle of some form of liquor on her when not on a mission, and she can be a bit cranky at times on missions due to the fact that she can't drink while on the job, a self-imposed rule so that her habit never interferes with her work. On really bad days, however, one could find Akio totally hammered in her home, in which she becomes a depressive, self-loathing mess that is constantly asking people to comfort her and listen to her problems, as well as provide . . . other forms of relief.

【History】

Old History

Before the massacre, her life wasn't really that great as her father saw her as nothing as a mistake and an embarrassment for two reasons. The first is that she was a bastard child, a mark of shame on his honor as the Tendou family patriarch, though it was that same honor that duty bound him to take the child in, as her mother had died during childbirth. The second reason was that she was never good enough, and while she wasn't the most skilled of individuals, she was still rather good, some would say better than most.

But it was never enough for Akira Tendou, he demanded perfection, and severely punished those who did not meet his requirements. And as she hardly ever did, she was often met with scorn from her father, who never once acknowledged her as his daughter. And while that should've devastated her, she didn't find herself minding too much. She never once considered Akira Tendou as her father in the sense that he was a man to come to with her woes, worries, and needs, as that regard went to her older brother, Kokatsu. Ever since she came into their home, Kokatsu was extremely protective of her, getting into several fights with Akira and most of them ending in some sort of violence. Since she was young, she never got to see Kokatsu darker side, and she believes that he wanted to keep it that way as he made extreme efforts to avoid telling her about his job in any specific detail. He also expressed some sorrow when it became apparent that she was going to be joining the Shinobi forces, though never actively spoke out against it, unlike her father who was certain that she'd never pass and if she did, never make it pass a lowly genin.

If things had continued as normal, then he may have been right, for even she had begun to doubt her self and her reasons for becoming a ninja, of whether she was ready for the life they lived. But instead, soon after her seventh birthday, all hell broke loose. A ceremony was held, as Akira had decided to pass on his position as Clan Patriarch to his son, claiming he had never been prouder for him. Kokatsu took the Tendou blade(an artifact past down from Patriarch to Patriarch since before the elemental nations were even concieved) and, with a smile as bright as the sun, slew his father where he stood, dropping the weapon to perform a quick string of handsigns before slamming his fingers into the fresh corpse.

An eerie red light rose from the ground around him, and it was until many months after the event that she would hear that at the time, seals popped up all throughout the city. And so it was that Kokatsu opened a portal between this world and a world of darkness to unleash death upon all who lived within it. Only a single order was given, spare the children of the Tendou clan, they had done no wrong. And so it was that behind a veil of darkness, hundreds if not thousands died horrid, painful deaths, all the while a menacing laugh would echo through out it all. When the barrier fell and the demons fled, Kokatsu held out his hand for Akio to grab, only for her to flinch away, looking at her blood trenched sibling in horror.

Akio couldn't remember a time where her brother had looked more hurt then at that time, and yet she also couldn't remember a time where he seemed more relieved. He offered no pressure or force, just left without a word, and leaving her alone in a nightmare of blood, death, and sorrow. After the event, the Tendou children were taken in and eventually handed over to adoptive parents to raise them. Of those children, four would go insane from the trauma of what they witnessed as they grew up, one even committing suicide after slaughtering his adoptive parents. Tendou children where treated with a mix of pity, fear, and for Akio, hatred.

Given how closely related she was to Kokatsu, there were people, kids especially, who would take out their grief of lost loved ones out on her. This made it hard for her to trust and approach people, and also made it so she hated her features that so easily gave her away. But in the midst of these hardships, an ember began to burn bright with newly discovered passion. She developed a burning drive to train herself, to become as strong as possible. She was able to pass the academy with only minor difficulties, and did her best in her genin missions no matter what the they were. However, in the early years of her life, this passion nearly consumed her, as she withdrew from everyone, constantly running herself into the ground, and then some, for a reason that she wasn't even sure of. In actuality, she felt partially to blame for what happened to Kokatsu, thinking in her subconscious mind that if she had somehow been there for him more, it could've been avoided.

As life went on, however, she found herself to be taken unde the wing of Tsukiko Umene. The older jonin would drop by from time to time to check up on her, and if she felt it necessary, beat her in to shape. While at first Akio resented the woman, she eventually began to grow more attached to her as time went on, to the point where she thinks of the wild woman as the big sister she never had. Due to Tsukiko's influence, Akio began to open up to other people a little more and try to overcome her weaknesses. Also because of Tsukiko, the young Tendou can tend to have a rather vivid and imaginative vocabulary when sufficiently angered or upset, as well as having a bit of a nasty temper.

As of now, she's living in a rented apartment in downtown, having moved away from her foster parents the moment she became a genin, never to speak to them again.

The war was a defining moment in Akio's life . . . and not for the better. while she wasn't a stranger to loss or violence, she had never felt in the scale that she had in the war. Many good friends died in the fighting, only to die in vain as the Confederation came to rule everything. However, instead of being filled with anger and indignation, she just felt broken and afraid. As she recovered, she began to withdraw from the world, drinking more often, and geting into fights with her girlfriend Aoi, until it finally culminated in Akio breaking it off in a fit of drunken passion.

She immediately regretted it afterwards, but instead of going after her and begging forgiveness, she simply let the relationship die. Despite still having strong feelings for Aoi, she just didn't want to feel the pain of losing her, imagining that it'd be worse than anything else she'd ever experienced. Since she couldn't force Aoi to stop being a kunoichi, she decide that it'd be best for the two o end their relationship, thinking it'd be easier for both of them in the long run. This belief has long since died in her mind, as she only continues to feel more and more empty inside, but she feels like it's much much too late to fix her mistake. So she lives her days in misery, with her only companions being the alcohol she keeps by her side and the odd stranger that it invites to her bed every so often.

Akio feels nothing for her family name, and had nothing but fear for her father. Her brother and a few of the braver clan members were the only ones in her family to show her any kindness, though not without punishment. Her foster family after the Massacre were kind at first, but soon grew distant as she showed a great lack in interest in them. After that, they simply ignored her and she ignored them. Not the perfect home, but it was peaceful at least.

Tatsuya Kajiya-Terumi

“Uhhh . . . Never Give up? That's a good motto, right?”

Tatsuya is tall at around 6'2, and has a rather muscular upper body due to his work in the forge. His hands and arms are covered with numerous scars, burns and callouses due to the work he does every day, but he wears them with pride as they are the symbol of all his hard work. His red eyes come from his father, and shiny red hair comes from his mother. He also has a tattoo on his upper right arm of Ketsui lodged in the mouth of an active volcano. He got it the day he became a Genin as a symbol to never forget the determination it took to get him there, so that no matter how long the road to greatness looked, he'd never give up.

His normal clothing style is usually a plain white T-shirt, some jeans and steel toed boots( a nessecity in his profession). He sometimes where a jacket if it;s cold enough for one, but more often than not, that's it for his casual wear. 【Fighting style】
Tatsuya is a more weapon-based fighter, specialized in Kenjutsu mostly, as that is the weapon he uses most often, and has the most skill in using. That being said, his Taijutu is serviceable enough that he's not completely defenseless without his weapons, but it'll only do him so well for so long, especially against a skilled Taijutsu fighter. His Ninjutsu is also quite good, with a focus on controlling the battlefield rather than simply blasting his opponents away.

Up close, Tatsuya is a very good fighter, but he often has issues against distance opponent unless he can figure out a way to get them to come to him. He can either uses his jutsu to force his foe closer, or takes the battle to them instead. When it comes to using his Kekkei Genkai, he can sometimes use it to distract his opponents by making the ground underneath their feet really hot via forming lava just below the surface. A sneaky, but effective strategy, especially when facing an enemy of a higher skill level than him, as that split second distraction could give him just the edge he needs to either escape, or end a fight.

The lava release is a very versatile Kekkei Genkai that has multiple variations and abilities depending on how one uses it. For Tatsuya, he bears an affinity for manipulating volcanic materials like as Magma making a very, very deadly opponent to go up against. His Lava attacks can change the very battlefield, giving him a good amount of Offensive, defensive, and crowd controlling abilities. An added plus to this ability is that one can convert certain earth-style techniques into Lava style ones, at the cost of an increased chakra cost.

With some practice, Tatsuya has also been able to create a rubber-like material as well, which he can change the consistency of his chakra to make it work as an adhesive. While he's not skilled enough with it yet to use it in battle, in time it could add to his crowd control and supportive abilities.

Tatsuya himself suffers no ill effects from his use of this ability, and seems to have a bit of heat resistance as well, though not enough to make a real difference against a fire jutsu(this doesn't include his own lava, which he's immune to). It's a neat party trick for him to snuff out a cigarette on with his hands, but that's about it.

The lava style is a highly variable ability, granting nearly unparalleled offensive capability, effective defenses, and crowd control capabilities.

By taking dirt and rubbing it on their arms or legs, after performing the necessary hand seals, a shinobi is able to create very durable defensive bracers that add extra protection when using the arms to block. The chakra that is infused in them help to soften the blows of any physical attacks. These are very useful for taijutsu users or to defend against an onslaught of upper body blows. These bracers are designed to block physical attacks only. However, by channeling Yoton Chakra into the Jutsu, the rocks and what not can heat up to a degree that while the burns they cause are minor, they can be extremely painful and distracting to the opponent.

Description:
In preparation for this technique, Tatsuya will channel chakra through the earth to create Yoton beneath it's surface over a period of time (2 Posts). As a result of this action, the surface of the affected area will become noticeably hotter as the lava beneath is pushed toward the surface by the built up pressure. Tatsuya can then release this build up pressure by creating small craters in the ground with either explosion tags, thus releasing this pent up magma in a explosive Mini-eruption at every point where a hole was created. The more holes the smaller the explosion will be, and vice versa in that less holes will equal more power explosions. With the combination of the explosion and lava this jutsu can lead to severe injuries and even death if a foe is got unaware. It can also create several lava pools after use, which Tatsuya can then use to his advantage to control how his opponent moves around the battlefield.

A side effect of this technique is that it will lead to a nasty surprise to anyone trying to move underground or using ground shifting Dojutsu. The former for obvious reasons, and the latter because it will weaken the ground around them, causing the jutsu to activate prematurely. Weaknesses are the preparation time, making it something that can't be effectively used without either a teammate or pre-planning. It can also be activated prematurely by the above method, and can't be used in certain areas.

Description
Ketsui is the sword that Tatsuya had to make to be allowed to become a shinobi by his father, a blade of unquestionable quality and a showing of true talent and hard work to be made by one as young as him. NOt only does it have a keen edge and made from durable metal, but during the forging process(where a mix of traditional and modern techniques were applied) he inscribed special seals into the metal to give it an extra function. The blade could now store elemental chakra with in itself and circulate it through the blade more effectively, enabling it to more effectively take on the aspects of whatever element it pumped into it. This also makes it capable of forming advanced chakra natures, such as Tatsuya's own Lava Release, with remarkable ease. And since it's able to store chakra as well, that means that one can fully charge it before a mission and activate and deactivate the seals inside with a simple one handed seal and a little chakra.

Chakra effects:
Fire: The blade is wreathed in a thin, but intense veil of fire, allowing it to cut through metals with only moderate difficulty and cause third degree burns.

Earth:The blade becomes denser and more durable

Lava: The Blade becomes as Hot as Molten Lava, cutting through metal with ease as well as getting a slight increase in durabilty

The charge is big enough that it can keep the blade active for a total of 5 posts. The Lava style requires more chakra, however, so he can only hold that for about 3 posts instead of 5.

Description:
Sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, useful for throwing. They can also be used for close combat, but not very efficiently. Although small, they can be used to distract, pin down enemy shinobi, or if accurate enough, can kill or incapacitate an enemy. They have an open circle in the centre, useful for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also beneficial to the weapon's overall aerodynamics, ensuring more accurate trajectories.

A black dagger with a handle wrapped in bandages and a small ring attached to the end of it. The kunai is designed for thrusting and stabbing, though it can still do some damage if thrown despite not being designed for it, and is about the length of one's hand.

These tiny slips of paper with seals drawn on them can pack quite a punch if used correctly, and can even be attached onto an enemy directly. Also can be attached to thrown kunai for accurate delivery or have a bunch wrapped into a ball for a more devastating payload.

【Personality】
Tatsuya is an honest and sociable sort, one who believes that the best way to get something is to earn it through the sweat of your brow and the strength of your will. He's very open in both mind and personality, accepting of pretty much everyone, and at times a bit too forgiving, which people have taken advantage of in the past and probably will continue to do so in the future. However, don't take that as him being slow witted or foolish, as his mind is as sharp as the blades he forges, and he has a keen intuition, honed by years of attending his family's shop, for picking out when people are lying to him or trying to pull the wool over his eyes. He tries his best to remain courteous with all kinds people, but he's no pushover, and if you don't back off nicely, he will make you back off, whether it be through words or actions.

Tatsuya is also a bit of an artist, putting his experience in the forge into various metalworking projects and sculptures. While he's not terrible, it's obvious to see that e's still trying to find his niche with the art, as every piece is very different from one another, and he has yet to see one he particularly likes yet. He's also good at drawing, but that kind of a necessity when making designs for weapons, armors, and other such works, but he does sometimes take time out of his busy days to just relax and draw the world around him, mostly just random people on the street who catch his interest.

While usually rather humble and modest, Tatsuya takes great pride in what he calls his true art form, forging weapons and armors of his own that have a cool style while still remaining practical in use. He treats every work like a piece of art, and has also taken to learning several weapon types, because he always feels that if he knows how to use the weapon himself, he can better forge it for his customers. His favorite type of weapon is the sword, but he's also learned how to effectively use other weapons, such as the staff, spear, and Naginata.

【History】
Tatsuya's father comes from a clan of reknowned blacksmiths that originated from Mizu no kuni. They were known as the Kajiya Clan, and it's said that it was members of their clan responsible for forging the blades of the Seven Ninja swordsman. However, sometime after the rise of the Seventh Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki, a faction of the clan separated from the main branch and left Mizu no kuni, for reason's that very few outside the clan know about. The faction soon splintered off from each other, settling in several different lands across the world, keeping the name of their clan where ever they go to show that they still pride themselves in their linage.

His father, Katsuo, was born and raised in Konoha, living there for 17 years before he decided to travel to Kirigakure in order to find out more about his heritage. It was there were he met his wife-to-be, Katsumi Terumi. She was an eccentric inventor, and often considered to be the black sheep of her clan due to her . . . odd mannerisms. While the two didn't get along when they first met, their mutual love to create eventually formed into a relation ship, and after a 5 years, Katsuo returned home with Katsumi to Konoha with her father's blessing, where they were to be happily married 3 years later.

Fast forward 10 years in the future to the birth of Tatsuya, their second child and first born son. Tatsuya's early years where tough at first, as he was a rather weak baby, but he pulled through, eventually growing healthy and strong without any complications. Tatsuya soon spent a great amount of time with both of his parents in their respective workshops, and while he tended to lean towards his dad's work then his mother's, he found both of them interesting. As soon as he was able, he would assist them in every endeavor they undertook, no matter how small a task they gave him to do. His family was a happy and connected one, for the most part.

The only real conflict ever presented before him was his father's staunch resolve to deny him from becoming a shinobi. Katsuo had seen both his father and brother become shinobi, only to die meaningless deaths and only him and his mother around to mourn them, and he didn't want Tatsuya to become just another forgotten grave in the cemetery, killed before his time because he was nothing but a pawn for the Confederation to use at their leisure. Tatsuya, on the other hand, was adamant about it, wanting it more than anything else. Finally, Katsuo agreed to let the boy become a shinobi, but only if he could make a weapon that would impress him, and not a second before. The task was seemingly impossible for a then 10-year old Tatsuya, but he went at the challenge with a determination that blazed liked a wildfire.

Using Kajiya sealsmithing techniques, as well as his own talent and skill with the tools available to him, he worked on numerous weapons, each a good viable weapon, but never reaching Katsuo's standards until one day, 4 years into the agreement, when he presented Ketsui to his father. The blade was spectacular, it's functions both practical and unique to it. It was a weapon deserving of the name Kajiya, and true to his word, Katsuo finally allowed Tatsuya to be a Shinobi, though he still doesn't like the idea.
