@AtomicNut "Are you sure you're a missing nin and not just ignored for not brooding enough?"

I didn't say that it did. I was always stubborn and lazy. I think it amounts more to maturity than it really does to experience. Back when I started out, I was just a little kid. Back then, I lived for the games - both RPs and actual, you know, videogames. Now I'm adult with kids of my own and this is something I do when I have a moment to spare. Sometimes, that amounts to several (OOC) posts a day. Other times, it means I disappear for a week or two because I just don't have the time to spend on something that actually consumes as much time as roleplaying can. I think that's the difference. I really understand now, that people have lives and roleplay on the side, instead of having a life on the side of their roleplaying.
.:EDIT:.
Oh, and I dislike A's entire concept, which makes his relatively small part in the series irrelevant. I dislike the character, not his role.

Perhaps. I think I'd more likely say I'm too stubborn and lazy to keep applying for RPs that just go belly up right away. As mentioned, I've been doing this for 15 years. That's a long time. I've grown tired of starting over all the time, so I fan the flames of a dying fire rather than just building a new one.
Besides, I don't think a few days is a long time. I'm sometimes gone for weeks and none of my usual comrades (like Halvtand) bats an eye at it 'cause they know I'll eventually return and get right back into it.
