Backstory is way longer than I planned it to be. Yikes.

Edit: Updated to include the stuff you wanted.
Okay, randomized super powers? Sounds pretty fun actually. Where would we be rolling for powers? Like Superpower Wiki is usually pretty good for that.

Jaakuna Aka
Location - Iwagakure / Interaction - @Spanner - Anybody in Iwagakure

Clones had spread out over the village, all running some kind of distraction operation. Though their purpose was pretty minor, they where a massive pestilence to the average shinobi. But, one clone had taken a seat on a rooftop to watch it all go down, right next to Hikaru. The explosive kid was one he'd noticed before, since Jaakuna's clones had been so active around the Forest of Death. "Not bad, huh? I plan to make the whole village like this." Jaakuna grinned, easily hoping aside should Hikaru choose to attack the clone. "You see, I don't have anything against Iwagakure... Okay, that's a blatant lie, and you know it." Shockingly friendly for somebody who seemed to be causing a mess. The clone jumped down to the rooftop under the one where he and Hikaru had begun to sit comfy, grinning with all his teeth showing. "So, how about it, kid? You want to entertain an old man? Maybe give me the good ol' one two. Or do I have to start philosophizing about how Iwagakure is a shit hole. Because I can only be so honest in a day and I don't want to waste it reminding the world how dumb this village is."

It's a long, complex story, but Jaakuna Aka was still a leaf shinobi at heart. And that included an overall hatred for the village of stone, referred to as Iwagakure. He couldn't help it, the whole village pissed him off. It was the history probably. Fact was he fought Iwagakure for years. And at one point he even... Oh wait, that might be spoilers. "And hey, I've got a deal to make with you." He waggled his fingers playfully. "Make the fight good, and I'll give you a gift. Could be anything. Could be life even! But, I know a strapping youn lad, so disinterested with life that he just watches as people die doesn't care about that kind of stuff." If anything, he may just end up trying annoy Hikaru to death. "So, favorite color? What you being all grim for?" Then just now, something important was finally noticed.

The clone had a scroll on his back. On that scroll was a very clear seal, the one that explosion corps of Iwagakure used. It turns out the clones sent by Jaakuna had a second agenda, collecting all the sacred and forbidden scrolls in the village. That one in particular had a blood soaked scroll, probably from one or two men who had tried to stop him from taking it. "So, how about it?" He smirked, tapping his prize. "Beat me, and I'll give you this scroll. It'll probably be useless to you, but hey, somebody has to love this kind of shit, right?"
@Tuujaimaa Unfortunately we are not accepting any kage level ninja at this time. We will be denying Kyoka for the time being.

Ocha Kyusu
Location - Iwagakure / Interaction - @Seraphicide

"Well, when you put it that way..." Ocha smiled, as if entertained by this whole ordeal. The weapon pointed in his direction didn't really seem to worry him, which became shockingly obvious when it fell apart into water. Sitting off to the side, in the next cell over, was Ocha Kyusu, the real one this time. He smiled, showing off his teeth when he did so. "I recommend you not threaten my water clones. Though you clearly knew that wasn't me, correct?" Utilizing the water clone technique, and his illusionary mist, he had created the most convincing clone in the next cell over, while erasing his existence from where he sat. But judging from how he still remained in the blast radius of Seijuro's threat, it was overly clear that the puppet master too enjoyed games of a sort. "Very well, to spare the people of Iwagakure from dealing with your presence any longer, I supposed you and I could have our discussion at your base." He stood up, pushing the door open as he did. Walking over to Seijuro, he placed his hands on his hips. "Though, if the Tsuchikage had cameras listening in on our conversation... Maybe you'll be kind enough to help me out later now that this... Attempted kidnapping proves my innocence." He rolled his eyes at the wall, though it was directly situated at one of the cameras.

"Now make it fast, I have things to do. A village to run. Sano can testify to it. Running a village is haaaard." He was all smiles as he opened up the large puppet's torso. Taking a step inside he sat back, getting rather comfy despite the dangers. The Mizukage was aware that if this was an assassination attempt, they'd probably have nuked the building in one go, rather than try to get him into privacy. This metal puppet clearly for his own protection, and to make it so he isn't spotted during the escape. Worked for him, kinda. "Keep in mind, if your tea quality isn't any good, I'll be leaving." He added, as a little quip of his own.

Jaakuna had to admit, his opponent was good. Back and forth, they seemed to dance together pretty well. He anticipated each blow as the cloak of the nine tails began to manifest around his body, increasing his speed as his attacks chained together. He even managed to get in a cartwheel at one point, which was always a joy in a close range fight. "Purple, really? I've always been partial to red. Purple is more a royal color to be honest. Hard to pull off." Jaakuna teased at Kisuke while swiping his fan through the air and over his opponents head.

He got lucky to be honest. He sensed the attack through Kisuke's emotions before it came, giving him a nanosecond of extra time to react. His grip loosened on his fan, and he let it fall. Grabbing the handle as the fan came between him and Kisuke, just as the spear came rocketing out. The spear tore through the fan, and suddenly there was a hole on Jaakuna's left side. Not a particularly large one, but large enough that it hurt. It hurt a great deal, and cracks began to grow rapidly along his body as he leapt away. Hand on his side, the wound began to rapidly heal, as if stitching itself back together using the rest of him as glue. The splattering of dark colored blood that hit the ground made his mortality questionable, but the need to avoid injury made it clear that he sought to avoid injury.

"Personally? While I'm here I want to pick up where I left off. I want to be Hokage." Jaakuna said, now fully healed in the short time span. But the cracks along his body where noticeably more defined by the experience. "Yeah, I know that won't happen. Heck, I fully expect to die by then. But, living again? I might as well have some more fun with it." He was already moving, attacking up close again. But this time with fire. When Kisuke would move to avoid his first strike, one of the wisps that followed him would be expended, and a wave of fire burst out. A distraction though, since his goal was to get past the shinobi and make his daring escape. "Now my question for you, and swear to honesty here... Who do you work for, really?"

Nousagi Hyuuga
Location - Amegakure / Interaction - @Ganryu@Seraphicide@BladeSS4

"Well, captain, promise me you'll do a good job." Nousagi grumbled, directing a fair deal of resentment in Tashiro's direction. The water user seemed more like baggage to him, but the choice for team leader seemed obvious enough. He at least respected Kurin's judgement, since the Senju was set in inherit his clan's leadership. Tashiro seemed ready to inherit nothing. Turning to his radio he hit the button to contact Kai.
"Kai, did you make sure to follow the attackers? You're probably the only sensible person here." Nousagi added that last bit on a whim, and mostly to spite Tashiro who he know could hear him. "Yogensha told us they've stopped at a cave, but judging from... Well the scenario I believe she's just trying to distract us." He added that last bit once they had left the village, knowing that the anbu had now left them to their own devices. "But, inspecting the cave may be just as useful, though... That decision rests entirely on our NEW leader. Dirt boy is going to be leading. I guess Kurin decided to give him a chance to prove himself." Nousagi chuckled at the idea.

But, he paused. His eyes narrowed and he turned to look behind himself. "Are you going to just follow, or do you want to join us?" He smirked, having spotted the boy from earlier. Kaito, the name had managed to stick with him. "Or, maybe you want to waste my time with a rematch. I could always use some proper exercise if you get my drift." He respect Kaito, a tad. Anybody who was brave enough to not only fight a Hyuuga, but declare a desire to steal away their future was worthy of at least some respect. "After all, I'm sure our brave leader needs an actual strategist, right?" He directed that jab at Tashiro, who may actually benefit some from having Kaito on the team. After all, Kaito would redirect some of Nousagi's mistreatment.

Kurin Senju

Kurin had to admit, that while he wouldn't have introduced the Konoha squad to Yogensha in such a way, Tashiro did well. Honestly, they hadn't even expected the terrorist organization to be there yet, and their arrival was timely at best. Luck it seemed was at least partially on the team's side of thing. Continuing his map making, Kurin finished their predicted path, expecting them to take the least amount of time possible in their current path. With Nousagi's help, he rolled the map up, just as Yogensha seemed ready to bring them on a tour. The map was stowed away into his bag, furled up alongside radios and other such things that the team would use.

The rain outside stormed, and filled the air with a kind of electricity. Kurin was thankful the duo had worn thick cloaks, as that may well protect his spores from the rain. And yet, he couldn't help but wonder if Yogensha was actively working against them. The need for a tour seemed unnecessary, especially if time was a necessity. But... It would be rude to decline, and with Konoha's current relationship with other villages being so tightly wound up, it would be disastrous if he publicly declined something that the leader of Amegakure seemed so interested in doing. He gestured for Nousagi and Tashiro to follow, and down the winding metal halls of Amegakure the trio went. Kurin following a few feet behind Yogensha, curious about what she might want to show them.

The room was small, comparatively. Smaller than the office, but bigger than an apartment room. But Kurin took a deep breath, eyes wide at the treasures that rested in this room. But it wasn't such trinkets like pearls that drew his attention, but the collected artifacts of many villages. It seemed Yogensha's tendency to collect didn't end at shinobi, and expanded into history. With the ninja world as hectic as it was, such museums where a luxury many clans did not have. And yet, his attention was drawn to the back, and he stood before what may very well be the most important items in this collection, at least to him.
"I have no desire to repair such a thing." He said in reply, eyes upon the gunbai of the Uchiha clan. The symbol of the red eye'd clan could still be seen, no matter how damaged or broken it had become. The Uchiha and Senju had been rivals for so long, and despite how obvious it should seem to put such hatred away, it was difficult. How often had he been told stories about the atrocities the Uchiha had committed in the old times. All oral stories, given by his grandfather.

Finally, his attention moved to the heritage of the Senju clan. His hand open as a shard was given to him. Given he supposed, due to its significance to his clan. And yet... The power that remained deep inside, twisted, coiling, natural and beyond a doubt the height of Senju technique. He turned the shard over in his hand, gazing at how intricately it seemed to have been carved, despite being the size of a small scroll. As his fingers brushed along the shard... He was alone.

The room was gone. The thick, acrid scent of smoke filled his lungs, and his armor weighed heavily upon his back. The crackling sound of fire was everywhere, as around him a forest had been pulled from nothing. The air rung out as he had fallen to his knees, unsure when admist the mayhem around him. Before him lay the body of his enemy. An Uchiha, judging from the armor and symbol etched onto it. They where crawling towards each other, a blade in both their hands, as if ready to kill the other without hesitation. He rose, shaky to his feet, spitting blood to the ground far below them. The Uchiha did the same, hair matted with blood and hands trembling. Kurin's fingers tightened on his blade... And then-

The room was back, and his hand was squeezed tightly around the shard. As if the chakra from it pulled him deep into the past, to the last moments of the man who had created it. "Thank you." He said, after the longest pause. The shard never left his hand as he bowed, and for a moment he could have sworn he was in Konoha, bowing to his rival in respect. "I will let the Hokage know of your decision." Turning to Tashiro and Nousagi, he began to leave the room, and as anbu from the hidden rain approached, he followed them out of the building. It seemed, this was over... For now.

"Tashiro, I will be sending a messanger hawk to the Hokage. I want you and Nousagi to meet with Kai, use the radios I gave you." He said, keeping their meeting brief. "Go to the location Yogensha gave you, and if you see the enemy, don't engage. Nousagi, I expect you and Kai to watch the enemy, and for now, Tashiro will be in charge." He didn't choose Tash to lead because he felt the water user was the best choice, but out of a need to balance the team out. Nousagi was too prideful, and may lead the group to do something reckless. While on the other side Kai was never a choice at all, since giving one of the Hyuuga's branch clan that kind of control would not sit well with Nousagi either. Instead, picking Tashiro was the safe bet, as he could rely on him hopefuly to make the right choices for the team. "Tashiro, if you need help, radio with your coordinates, and I will be there as soon as possible, do you understand?" Whether or not Tashiro replied, Kurin was already off, as time was not on their side. He expected the group to learn as much as they could about the terrorists, as they where not prepared for a long battle, and Kurin had... Other things to think about. As he clutched the shard in his hand, he could have sworn he was in a battlefield again.

This was something he had to indulge himself in.
@McFazzer I am a mod, but Syn, the person who made this post is also capable of giving your character a look over. ZeroXposure is also a mod, but you'll probably get better luck sending the PM to me or Syn. Since we're usually more active.
@McFazzer Weapon users are fine. Probably in the late game you'll be weaker, but at the moment a weapon wielder like Tenten would fit in well. One character uses explosive tags jutsu, so they're still pretty viable. And with plenty of weapons littered about, getting a really cool one is 100% likely.
@McFazzer@Zapdos

It's honestly really easy. Since not every chunnin qualified to take place in the jonin exams, or just didn't show. It's easy enough to add in a flashback explaining that they where helping evacuate civilians. It'd be easy enough to go "I was at the exam, but I dropped out early." heck, chances are you could always make an ANBU or something.

Generally, hit the mods with any questions you have, and we'll get back to you quickly. We're really easy to work with, and we're always open to new ideas.
@Shard We recently started a fresh arc, and the information portrayed in that little blurb above is all the current major events. We're easy to work with and can help you get your character to squeeze naturally into the events.
