Fortuna City – East Gate, on the roofs.

@Sho Minazuki

Kosara was at a slight loss at what to do right now. She did follow her senses from the Devil trigger to this gate, but it didn’t appear her target was here after all. This was a problem and she also didn’t really feel like leaving this gate alone just like that. Sure the traitor was her main objective, but every little enemy she could destroy was just a bonus! Also stopping these doors would be indeed grand to stop the insane flow of enemies. Sure weak enemies weren’t much of a problem, but in great numbers their swarming ability was rather problematic since she lacked the weaponry to take on too great numbers at once.

She had a little bit of time though, the enemies around the gate had not yet noticed her since well she was on top of a few story buildings. She pulled out her small crossbow and quickly began charging it’s attack. After a few seconds around the weapon air started swirling with rather high speeds, causing a quiet howling, before she finally pulled the trigger and aimed right in the middle of the enemies down there.

Following the small impact and wind explosion in the middle of the enemies, she jumped also down, her sword in the ready to tear as many buggers as she can. She was going to cut her way through the crowd of fodder and destroy that gate!

Alright Natasha’s headache may have been a killer one, enough to put a lesser man to bed, but she had suffered such and worse before for days and weeks on ends. It wasn’t enough to dull her senses and she clearly noticed the reactions of the twins that entered.’ Those two are suspects too… judging by the way they reacted, they knew who I was. That means they were in the forest earlier and recognized me.’ The hunter thought, but pretended to not even pay them any attention for now. They were going to get their few minutes of fame later… That noted, she quickly also remembered the face of the girl with the twins. Good chances she was one too. After all the attack news she got, stated that the number of brats at the forest back then was pretty big.

“No, don’t worry I’ve already got used to it…” Natasha said with a smile.” No need to apologize, Anastasia. I will probably just drop the article depending on what that Riley girl shows me later.” The reporter said with a shrug. She knew full well that the brat would lead her to a surely clean place away from where the real attack happened. That was fine and she was going to play the role of being fooled then.

‘So her name’s Cassandra? Good to know.’ Tasha made another mental note. Gosh she was already hated so much in this town! That was fine, she preferred her prey to hate her, to fear her, to desire her dead! That way they would make stupid mistakes!
"I guess I will try to be as humane as I can... get me the surgical glue." Ray stated and once it was in his possession along with the rest of items, headed over to where their cute little prisoners were. Xerox was hte first one to have a go at the bastard and then was Heloise, Ray/Rachel only hoped she would have what to torture when his/her turn comes. She also wondered how much time was left on the male transformation. Should be that much left actually... Didn't matter, when her turn comes, she was going to show Mako a thing or two of his own medicine.... mixed in with some of hers.
@Nyxella Nope, died a long time ago sadly.

‘No…’ Noelle thought in horror as she was pushing herself at the wall as the aids of that man entered the room. At present all she knew was that they abducted her and the rooms were locked in pretense for their safety! She feared this.” No… I didn’t want any of this…” She barely whispered, causing the air to stir.

“NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! GET AWAY! I WANT OT GO HOME!!!” She screamed, causing the entire room to be flooded with high pitched sound again. Clearly sending the men into great pain as she did.

“JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!” She continued to scream in pure horror, unable to look at the men anymore, who by now would be near unconscious. This whole situation, the place, the people, all of those only fared her extreme fears and horrifying memories. She simply felt all alone in a place that seemed connected only to pain and torture to her.

Clarice left the plain about half an hour ago now. The cab ride to her hotel took quite a long time, but considering it was noon and the streets were busy, it couldn’t be helped. Finally she found herself La Grand Hotel Amethyst. A very recently built five star hotel of the highest quality of service. Naturally the only place that would really suit her in this undertaking.

“Good day, miss. How can we help you today?” One of the women at the reception asked when Clarice approached.” I want to rent a room for a few days.” She replied. Clarice had money, her work in the past as mercenary was always for big jobs that paid a lot and not to mention her father was also not poor before he passed away and left her the fortune of the family. Of course there were also all the favors people owed her. Especially the owner of this hotel, cause well he knew who to ask for help next time he passes through a military zone.

“Do you have preference for the floor, honorable customer?” The receptionist asked, starting to type things in the computer, probably checking the free rooms and such.”I want the penthouse.” Clarice stated to the full shock and surprise of the receptionist. Currently the cop was dressed in rather normal clothing and the penthouse was naturally incredibly pricy. The woman appeared visibly conflicted as of how to act and Clarice just sighed, pulling her mobile and dialing someone. After about half a minute of small chat with someone, she gave the phone to the receptionist. The girl took it in confusion and about half a minute later she returned it, her face filled with fear.

“YES, RIGHT AWAY! I WILL SEND PEOPLE TO ESCORT YOU TO THE PENTHOUSE!!! HERE’S YOUR KEYCARD!!” The girl said in fear while Clarice simply took the keycard, from the receptionist's trembling hands, and without waiting for the escort made her way to the elevators.

“What happened, why do you look like you saw a ghost?” One of the other receptionists asked the first one.” She… I… the boss said we fulfill every her requests or we lose our job. Supposedly his secretary will come in two hours to personally take care for that lady.” The girl stated, throwing a look at the glass elevator that was ascending towards the top floor.” Who the hell is that woman?” They all said in a single voice.

Ten minutes later, Clarice had already made herself at home at the penthouse and the room service had already arrived with her orders. She sat on the big couch by the huge windows that overlooked the city.” Hmm, the wine’s truly not bad.” She said, throwing a look at her laptop on the nearby table, still running a face recognition software for the dart shooting brat.

Interacting With: Thomas, all others of the merry gang… plus some really unexpected orcs!

“No… any more spells and you may not recover properly… your condition will get much worse than it is now!” She replied back to Thomas with rather quiet, but stern voice. She was concerned about him, he seemed rather ready to act and get himself into even worse state.” Unless situation is REALLY bad, you stay put.”

“Thomas… not now…” She softly whispered and looked around to see the reactions of the others to the sorcerer’s speech about what could be done about the undead. Frankly what they really needed was indeed the cause of the undead and to deal with said cause. Probably a necromancer…

The way the talks continued though surprised the witch. They were offered to stay at the orc village for the night. That was both great and dangerous from what she had heard. In theory a safe haven for the night would be great, but then there was also the fact he mentioned they may be attacked by undead. Which if they had village walls and more fighters would be manageable. The problem was if the orcs turned on them while they were at the village. That was pretty much a death sentence at best.

“We could use the safety in numbers for the night if undeads are really on the prowl…” The witch said, throwing a look around to the others of the group. They had an injured man with them, not to mention they were far away from the human settlements that if they stumbled onto an undead group at this point they could very well be outnumbered and swarmed.
