Sei's mostly harmless. She has a vast arsenal of rapier wit but that's about it xD

Unless you give her reason to do something...she has the know how on how to go about messing with peoples lives through rumors, blackmail, and stuff like that xP

nothing really that's a plan. I just think Makoto would make a good first little victim interviewee for Sei to ask possibly uncomfortable questions too.

I'd have to see what Makoto is doing first though, of course, and might wait until a few other people have introduced themselves so I can have Sei try to butt in at the most inconvenient of times xP

...like say, hanging upside down from a tree or badly disguising herself as innocent bystander or other object (Trashcans are surprisingly roomy!) while taking a picture of Mura and her...'activities' xP
