The night was indeed beautiful. It looked as though there wouldn't be any problems, aside from the duel between the Oni and Dragon. The stars twinkled overhead, distant little lights in a sea of dark. A quite relaxing spectacle for most that would be out, though most students were attending the ball. Some though, like Adria were enjoying their time alone for whatever reason. Normally, Montagne was one of the safest campus' in all of the region.

Unfortunately, even for well defended fort, sometimes something sneaked through. And sometimes, humming a tune to yourself attracted the attention of said somethings doing the sneaking.

In the darkness, something moved.

Adria would first hear the sound of growling. Next, the sound of something heavy walking along the ground, walking closer. As soon as it was close enough, Adria would be able to see what exactly it was.

A Chimera.

But not what one would expect a normal chimera to look like. It was a lion or at least it had the and two front legs of one. But it was more like a centaur, with two human like arms and shoulders with a torso connecting to a lower half. It had several long, sharp horns growing out of its mane, it's back two legs looked like hooves of a goat, or some other animal. It's tail, was that of a living serpent. Whatever this thing was, it was not something that was naturally made.

Either way, it seemed the beast hadn't noticed Adria yet. Perhaps it couldn't see well in dark, from the way it was sniffing the air and listening. It was difficult to tell if this beast was friend, or foe either.

The Cursed one of the Serpent - at least that is what those who know her heritage end up calling her. Apophis isn't exactly a popular deity with the populace, and neither is she.

Compared to the other gods and demi-gods? Incredibly young.

A ceremonial Khopesh, her staff, and a simple dagger

Powers:
Umbrakinesis: - The ability to manipulate shadows. She's not very skilled in using it for combative purposes. For defensive and stealth purposes though, she's fairly decent at. These abilities do not work in extremely well lit areas, or absolute darkness. After all, shadows thrive only when Light and Dark are in balance.

Shadow Form: About as simple as it sounds. Qel is able to make herself one with shadows, and even move short distances through them. She is not immune to damage in this form, however. She can still be damaged if one knows which shadow she is hiding in. However, she can move from shadow to shadow.

Shadow Shield: Another simple technique. She surrounds herself with a shell of shadows to ward off damage from any sort of magical attacks.

Chaos Manipulation: As a child of the Serpent of Chaos, Qel can control the forces of chaos herself on some level. She however, is young and unskilled at most forms of her abilities. This can be incredibly bad at times. She is, however trying to get her abilities under control so she doesn't accidentally harm anyone with her abilities.

Chaos Empowerment - To put simply, the more chaos is being caused, the stronger she becomes. Durable, faster, stronger. This can lead to a very dangerous snowballing effect. After all, chaos typically begets more chaos. This puts her in a very tricky position in a fight. Any destruction, infighting among comrades, and other things will only make her stronger. Of course, as soon as the chaos stops - all power she gained will be returned to zero and likely leave her feeling completely out of it.

Thought Reading/Suggestion - If she focuses on a target, she is able to understand their thoughts on some level. It's not perfect mind reading, and she doesn't know exactly what they are thinking but she can understand basic emotional thoughts such as 'hate' 'annoyance' 'love' 'passion'. She, should she desire, may also insert thoughts or suggestions into other peoples minds. It's not mind control, and someone can easily just ignore the thought and pass it off as a random occurrence. (She's not going to be influencing any gods at all, though she may be able to put a small thought in a weaker demi-gods head.)

Discord - She can cause disagreements between others. Of course, she can not create something from nothing - there must already be a seed of distrust/discord within the group for this ability to work. She can not currently control the amount of discord she causes. It can range from a minor disagreement, to something that could cause a war on a global scale if she isn't careful.

Most gods will be immune to such meddling, however.

Enhanced Physical abilities: As a demigod, she has increased physical abilities of what humans naturally have. That said, she isn't going to be winning any contest of skill when it comes to physical combat or abilities unless she's been literally bathing in chaos.

Honestly, this young, somewhat innocent looking girl is the last person you'd expect to be the daughter of the Snake of Chaos. Or possibly, she's exactly what you'd expect from a creature exactly of chaos. Standing at a mere five foot four, she's not the most impressive of people. She has dark chocolate colored hair with dark skin, and usually wears a white dress with a golden colored tiara and neck ornament. She has light blue eyes, and has odd markings on her skin.

It is clear she dresses in order to emulate those of Ancient Egypt, before it fell to the Romans.

However, due to her inhuman heritage this human guise is simply that. A guise she uses around humans so she can fit in better. Her true form, is that of a half woman/half serpent creature, with her lower half becoming that of a serpent. Her lower half is covered in dark purple scales, and her eyes take on a more serpentine appearance. Her hands attain sharp, venomous two inch long claws for fingernails, as deadly as any serpent, with fangs equally as deadly.

Dancing, reading, writing, learning, music, Her father...
Chaos, watching a good plan come together, women, The struggling of those caught in a trap.

Dislikes:
Peace, Ra (he has repeatedly tried to kill her father, thinks he's a big meanie), Ma'at (ew, peace), Cold things, men.

Highly intelligent

She is fluent in several different languages and can also read and write in them.

Somewhat athletic, though she's not going to be winning any parkour or running contests.

The restoration of Egypt as an independent country, and reinstatement of the Pharaohs. Through any means necessary.

Personality:
At first, Qel seems like a fairly friendly young girl. She can get along with most people, granted they don't mind having a curious girl constantly interrogate them about things. Otherwise, she's pleasant to speak too, intelligent and friendly if a bit on the promiscuous side. She usually wears a smile on her face and can be all giggles most of the time. She is completely loyal to help a cause and anyone she considers a friend.

That said, as far as gods are concerned she is only loyal to her father, Apophis. She absolutely loathes Ra and his ilk, fearing they might one day kill her beloved father - and in that respect would likely kill her one day as well.

History:
Being only fifteen years old, Qel unfortunately does not know much of the outside world. Apophis raised her by himself within his home in Duat, the underworld of the Egypt Pantheon. There, she was taught the way of the old Egypt, Ancient Egypt before it was taken over by the Romans and their empire. She was taught how to control her heritage as a serpent of Chaos and how to speak to snakes - who would become her only friends in Duat during her time there.

For Fifteen years she studied and practiced her abilities.

And then her father told her - go forth, and bring chaos to the world.

And she intends too. But not in the way some might expect. Causing the fall of the biggest empire in history...would be quite glorious, no? She could even probably gain the help of the other gods and demi-gods in the Egyptian pantheon...

But of course, such a plan requires time...and she is young and still mostly unskilled, but she is confident in her abilities.

Apep is chaos incarnate. He has control over the primordial muck that the first beings of the world were created from. From simply existing he warps the standard knowledge of how the world. He can cause earthquakes simply from moving his massive body, and his roar can cause the entire underworld to tremble in fear. His gaze can cause others, even gods and demigods to feel fear and overwhelm them with paralyzing fright. Mortals would simply fall to their knees, unable to stand under his gaze.

His physical strength is downright terrifying as well, even to the gods.

Devours the souls of those he eats and kills, empowering him further.

Abilities List:
Terrifying gaze: Paralyzes mortals with fear. Even Gods and Demigods are not immune from it, though they are able to resist.
Earth Shaking Roar: The roar causes the entire earth to tremble beneath his terrifying might. The earthquake caused, may lead to even other disasters.
Physical Superiority: He is incredibly durable, and his hide is almost impossible to scratch with normal weapons. Only high level magic from other gods and weapons specifically made for slaying gods will work effectively on him.
Devourer of Souls:He consumes the souls of those lost in the afterlife, strengthening his powers further. However, he must devour a great number for any noticeable effect to be had. He is however, able to drain the souls right out of living humans should he desire.
Chaotic Regeneration:Any cut or open wound would heal at an incredibly fast rate - but the regeneration is not perfect. Amidst battle he cannot control what regenerates. If he loses an arm, it will regenerate quickly but instead of an arm, he might end up with a mass of snakes as an arm, or some other animal or creature.
Chaotic Disaster:To put simply, by just existing Apep causes natural disasters. Storms, Volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, etc. His very existence causes the world to shudder and tremble. Most of the time, this ability is heavily suppressed.

The snake of chaos, is a massive being that inhabits Duat. Reaching almost a mile long, the snake has a hide made of something tougher than steel. He has a bladed tail, sharp enough to cut stone to shreds. Two large, venomous fangs extend from the roof of his mouth.

Standing an am imposing six foot four, Apep is not a man most would wish to trifle with. He doesn't often take this form, since he has little interest in conversing with mortals or other gods, which is the only thing he would use this for. He is clean shaven, with short black hair. He has dark colored colored eyes that have a serpentine appearance, and wears golden earrings with a gold circlet around his neck. He wears little clothing - only a skirt with a gold belt serpent shaped belt and sandals. He wears a gold serpent ring on his left had as well. Quite muscular in appearance.

Wanting something more and out of sheer boredom and curiosity, he decided he wanted to try this whole 'parenting' thing like some other gods did. So he found a human woman - a priestess of one of the so called 'Roman Gods' and well, kidnapped her and had a baby with her. Later, the woman gave birth to Qelhatat, though the woman died in childbirth.

He raised the child himself, donning his human appearance for the longest time he ever did for fifteen years. It was a trying, difficult experience for the god, and if some were observant they would notice an increase in disasters for the fifteen years he raised her.

For now though, he rests in Duat after he sent his daughter out into the world. He keeps in contact with her through the use of serpents.

Relationships:

- Can create earthquakes by slamming his trident into the ground

Standing at an imposing six foot four, Poseidon is a physically impressive figure. He has long white hair, with a long white beard accompanying his features. He has bright blue eyes.

Being ignored, fighting, those who would harm his cities.

Strengths:
expert at using his trident as a weapon, water based magic, Civic Affairs, incredibly patient.

Has a bit of a temper despite his usually friendly attitude.
Does not like being slighted, by anyone.
Stubborn, quite badly so sometimes.

Quirks:
Sleeps around. A bit too much maybe. With men and women.

The fall of Rome.

Protection of all of Rome and her cities.

Personality:
Poseidon can first come off as a rather relaxed individual. A friendly, jovial and a little on the calm and sometimes not so funny side. To Zeus and most of the other gods of the pantheon, this is the side he shows them most since he has more or less decent relations with most of them, save for Hades who he views with indifference.

Those of the other pantheons, however, are met with annoyance, disdain, and a little bit of arrogance. While he does try to remain diplomatic with the other pantheons, he thinks very little of them. As long as they don't bother him, he won't bother them.

If ignored or offended in any way, he is quick to anger.

History:

He gained control of the sea after having defeated the Titans with his brothers, Hades and Zeus who gained power of the underworld and heavens respectively. He, was given the domain of life giving water.

After, he and Athena vied for control of Athens, which control of he lost. This greatly angered him, and his temper got the better of him. He flooded the city, and afterwards the Athenians were sure to pay him respect as well, though they still kept Athena as a the main deity.

@Rune_Alchemist Accepted on one LARGE condition. He's Apep. He's going to be a tad too powerful. He can only be his snake form and those powerful powers can only be used in Dual. He's going to be bound there by Ra (And Ra by him; a old and ancient curse they've been forced to share) and Ra will suffer the same depletion of power. They can only use their Godly powers and keep a guise of human form up. But they cannot use their full and mighty power. This is part of the reason Rome gained control.

This is pretty accurate as we aren't in the modern era. There is no geneva convention or rules of war. If you don't burn their city, salt the earth, and utterly destroy their culture first, they'll do the same to you in a heartbeat. Given, submission rather than destruction was common, but not always.
