Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

"Eh?" Claire turned to Maple as the other girl approached her. Her number? Well, sure! "Sure! Here ya go." Claire quickly gave her number to Maple. "I think ya should probably hurry up and leave though. You guys kiiiinda made a mess of things here, heh." She chuckled. "But hey, feel free to call any time! If I'm not busy being awesome I'll probably answer." Ralia quickly patted her on her head though, getting her attention so she wouldn't get too distracted from her goal for coming here in the first place. "Anyways, catch ya later! Gonna go nab me a feisty one! And tell Ellyn not to scowl so much. She'd be cuter if she didn't!~" With a final goodbye to Maple and Ellyn Claire dashed off into the castle.

OOh, there were so many to choose from! Machop were abundant, along with Timburrs and Meditites. Hmm, she had thought about getting a Meditite for herself, but she could always just go to her dads place and find play with her dads Medicham. She also spotted a Mienfoo or two, along with Panchams, Tyrogue, Chimchar and Riolu. There were just so many to choose from, Claire didn't know where to start! None were immediately catching her eye, either. She couldn't spend all day going through all of them either. If only there was a way to make them come to her instead...

Hmm...

"Ah!" Claire grinned, walking quickly into an area with a lot of pokemon. Letting go of Ritz, she fumbled around in her bag for the castle medal for a second before finding it and giving it one last good look. "ALRIGHT!" She shouted loudly, holding it confidently out for all the pokemon to see. "Whoever wants to be partner to the future league and contest champion, I am now taking applications!"

"Rrral!~" Ralia gave a little cheer, waving her hand in a mildly exaggerated and comical fashion.

"Ah..." Sing? She had lessons, but she could never do it in front of other people. "I-I, uhm...c-could..." She stuttered out, face reddening in obvious embarrassment. She had been told she had a beautiful voice when she could actually manage to sing loud enough for other people to hear, but she could never actually do it in front of other people when she knew they were listening. "B-but not well..." More importantly she couldn't stay here for long. They were just passing through on their way...to well...who knows where?

"Can't stay for long...and can't go back." She frowned before quickly adding. "F-for awhile." She fidgeted uncomfortably where she was standing again. "...but i-if you don't mind I would like to hear it again before we leave..." She supposed she could try singing too, but no way could she manage to do it while there was anyone else around and she doubted they'd leave her alone with the noble.

The question completely caught Isabella off guard, causing her to freeze slightly where she stood. Oh yes, it had a prince. Two, in fact. Her younger and older brother, to be precise. Not that she could exactly tell Zavra that entirely. That would imply that she was a princess, and Valora had been very clear that she not mention that to anyone needlessly. She could understand it was for her own safety, but Isabella was not good at keeping secrets or hiding things.

"The land is wonderful!" Isabella replied quickly. "The castle sits next to the ocean, with the church not far from it." She took in a deep breath. Oof, this was the most she had ever spoken to anyone that wasn't someone in her family. She was feeling physically drained from all of this. Oh dear, how was she going to handle the dinner like this? "The church is beautiful...you can hear the singing of the choir from all around - all the way to the tops of the castle." She looked a bit unsure as she continued speaking, face reddening in mild uncertainty and embarrassment. "...It reminded me of home - y-your singing I mean."

~Isabella~

Oh, the girls enthusiasm was almost infectious and she felt herself relaxing a bit. Not enough to get rid of the stiffness of facial features, but at least she could perhaps speak a bit louder and more clearly than she had before. Where to begin, though? The Monarchy was a wonderful place, no matter what the other kingdoms said about it.

"Uhm, It's the Raerith Monarchy." Isabella replied, attempting a smile. "It was named after the old king who founded it." The smile faded as she thought of the 'Highstorms'. What exactly were they? They didn't seem at all natural. If priests from the clergy were here they'd likely condemn this place as cursed by some demon or the divine spirits. After all, a place with divine protection could never experience such disastrous storms as this, could they? "We've...never heard of a Highstorm. The divine spirits protects the land from such disastrous storms."

Oh, should she ask about her singing now? She didn't want to come off as overly forward or rude. Ooh, maybe Zavra would like to hear heroic tales of her brothers and father? She didn't know how to go about asking or beginning to approach the subject though.
Isana Seiger

Isana merely glared coldly at Elise. She was looking to start something, obviously, but Isana had no intention of fighting at the moment. She just wanted to be done and out of here. While she might have roughhoused a bit with Elise had they met anywhere else, for now she just wanted to get through this with as little conflict as possible. So she ignored Elise, instead focusing more on Vivian and Emily. The two at least seemed like they both wanted to get this over with and go home without getting too much into it.

"Because," Isana replied with a grunt to the question of why she thought this was a ploy to get them together. "Seeing you morons is giving me high blood pressure and detrimental to my own health, that's why." It was a sarcastic wise-ass reply to be sure, but she thought she could afford to be a little sarcastic with this. If the others had a problem with her attitude, they could get over it.

"...but more seriously," She continued with a sigh. "Simple. They gave us monsters we couldn't fight by easily ourselves so do the math - unless any of us had a death wish, it'd be obvious we'd go and find another Justice Heart to help. Don't ask me why." She grunted, ignoring the two neanderthals...'posing'. "Or we'd just fight and either destroy half the city in the process, or exhaust ourselves." To what end though? Isana hadn't a clue. Maybe whoever it was had some bigger plan in mind. Maybe she was just overthinking it after watching to many mystery shows and objectively terrible anime. Could go either way, really, but exploring every possible avenue here was better than simply writing one off as wrong.

Heh, maybe they were banking on them not helping each other and having them end up being a scapegoat for damaging the city in some way. Well, whatever.

"Either way, if we're going to be investigating we should go in pairs so we don't get jumped again like this." Isana said, glancing over at Alice. She still didn't look like she was doing to well. With a sigh, Isana walked over and grabbed the womans ear and gave it a gentle tug to get her attention. "If that's what we're doing, then I'll take Alice and look at some of the old haunts. We can come back tomorrow evening after finish our investigating."

Plus they could shop for that couch while they were out too.

Isabella nodded as she was told to give her a few minutes. Oof, she was nervous. Whenever she met other nobles she was always a little ball of anxiety. She couldn't help it, really, so she remained silent as the guard looked her over. Standard making sure she wasn't an assassin after all, probably. She had seen it done many times herself. Wasn't exactly something uncommon being nobility and all that. As the minutes ticked by, she managed to get her nerves mostly under control, and took to playing with the cloak around her a bit, her face relaxing mildly so it wasn't glaring so much.

Of course, as soon as the door opened and she was addressed she froze completely, trying not to jump out of her armor.

"Isabella." She replied simply, an emotionless mask being worn on her face as she replied. With that done, she followed the servant into the room - and was quite impressed with the decor. Girly, a little ostentatious, but fitting of a noble. It reminded her of the extravagant hallways of the palace back home, making her feel a little homesick but she quickly quelled the feeling.

She could never go back and had to accept that.

Thankfully, the young lady in question was quick to introduce herself and make Isabella feel, at least mildly better. She had to refrain from laughing softly at her eagerness. She took a few deep breaths, trying to calm her nerves. It wasn't her first time speaking, but it was never easy. She'd need a bath herself after this.

"I am Lady Isabella Calder." She quietly replied, voice soft and would have been barely audible if anyone else had been speaking. Breath in, breathe out. Despite her best attempts to put on a friendly face though, it was still as tensed as it ever was in these situations making it seem like she was being overly serious, and perhaps a little unfriendly.

"I come from a Monarchy quite a distance from here." She closed her eyes, inhaling and exhaling again as she continued. "So far that we've never even heard of this place."
@Shiyonichi

Can confirm here that I gave Pyro permission to assume Fumi said that.

The other two guys quickly chimed in on their opinion of Manaka as well. One called her creepy, while the other seemed to take a more level headed approach. Ooh, they both had some cool looking digimon with them! Not as cool as his own, of course. Should he have bought his out? He kinda wasn't really thinking much on the subject when he came here. In hindsight, he probably should have done as Dinohyumon suggested and at least had one of them out.

Oh well.

Before he could make a rebuttal though, Manaka started speaking as she opened a terminal. Something about his account name and easy encryption? Fumi was distracted momentarily by the reveal of Manaka's digimon to pay attention at first. Oh they were both so wonderful looking! He turned to look at the two of them. He quickly walked over to the two digimon as they finished their grand reveal.

"Creepy? No no how could they be creepy they're both cool!" He clapped his hands. "Ooh, I hope Lekis and Dino are as cool as you two one day!" he giggled, only catching the last words of Manaka's sentence. H-huh?! Delete his account?! She wouldn't be that cruel, but best to apologize anyways.

"Ack!" He immediately turned to face Manaka, face red with a bit of embarrassment and waving his arms lightly in front of him. "I'm sorry beautiful leader lady please don't!" He would be in so much trouble if his account got stolen! Not just from well, in general the bad stuff associated with that. Mostly from his dad. He was on thin ice with his parents as it was, he didn't need any more complications, but it seemed like his apology was good enough for her causing Fumi to sigh in relief when she closed the terminal.

Of course, that left one small problem. Fumi turned to Manaka.

"Uhm...leader lady!" Fumi raised a hand, waving it in the air as if he was a kid in a classroom with a question. "What exactly is Jormungundr?" He asked simply. Dinohyumon said something about some sort of hacker group or something, but he didn't entirely know the details himself. Fumi was objectively, new to the world of hackers and aside from experience on his Digifarm raising Digimon, he wasn't well versed in the inner workings of EDEN.

"A-ah...!" Isabella nodded her head yes in response. So the person singing in question was a noble? And...she was singing in the bath, then? Isabella smiled a bit at the thought. So someone else did it as well! Hehe, take that oldest brother! It wasn't childish! Oh wait...actually, would they have been a child? Isabella's amusement quickly turned into mild shock that her brother may, in fact, have been right. Well, whatever. He was a kingdom away and wasn't here. Ah wait, thinking about useless things again. She should introduce herself.

"Isabella." She softly introduced herself. "I-if it's not...trouble."

~Isabella~

"...!" Isabella took a quick look around. She wasn't lost, she was a few steps away from her room she had been given. She could still here the chattering of the guards. A few silent seconds passed as she pouted.

"N-no..." She replied quietly in a mildly childish fashion, face a bit red from mild embarrassment. She might have gotten lost in the gardens still, but she wasn't that bad with directions! She couldn't feel too upset at the suggestion, really. It was true she wasn't the greatest but it was still mildly embarrassing to hear. "I'm not...that bad..." She reaffirmed, though that sentence might not have the effect she wanted it to have. Not that she'd give the guard much time to reply - she glanced back down the hallway.

"The singing...who was it?" She questioned, making her intentions likely a bit obvious - or at least she hoped they were. She wasn't sure her nerves could take much more of this talking.
