So apparently, if you use a tooth with a filling in it to chew toffee, the toffee can become sicky enough to pull the filling out.

As the conga line neared the solid wall at the end of the secret passage, Brutrumukk performed a U-turn, leading the line back the way it came. As he did so, Brutrumukk noticed that the tiny old woman on his head had stopped laughing. "Finally got it all outta yer system, eh?" Brutrumukk asked as he took the tiny old woman off of his head. "Just what was it what 'ad you laughin' so 'ard?"

Leaves on the Breeze became visibly uneasy as Cascade pressed her for more information regarding what happened to the attacker who had left Plasm in the state they were now in. The tabaxi then breathed a sigh of relief when the water genasi's attention was drawn away by Aura's question. Eager to change the subject, Leaves was quick to answer Rala's question. "We have them working to fix the damage they caused at the moment." She explained. "Just head towards anything that was set on fire during the battle and you'll be sure find a few. They won't give you any trouble. They're pretty glad to be free of genie oppression and they have us to thank for that."

"An' I weren't even tryin' all that 'ard." Brutrumukk said.
"But where does it lead...?" Fellwing asked.
Before anyone else could answer her question, the people within the portraits suddenly sprung out and started doing the conga.
"Come join us for the conga! Conga conga conga!"
"Only one way to find out." Brutrumukk said as the conga line formed up behind him. "Come on everyone! Let's conga!" With that said, Brutrumukk began conga dancing his way into the secret passage.
