The Queen of Hearts, Amor, Etta

She's a healthy 28...But she'd never tell you that.
Love is the name of the game. The way the Queen of Hearts plays it, is through seduction. From her perfectly made up face down to her stiletto clad toes, everything is meant to lure people in. Etta is constantly in tight, minuscule dresses that hardly leave anything to the imagination. The only time she is ever really dressed is when she is in the midst of battle, wearing her suit of armor.
There are definitely two sides to every coin- or card, for this matter. The Queen of Hearts is soft-spoken,
warm, inviting to any and all who don't know her. The air about her lures people in, making them feel all warm and fuzzy inside. She absolutely knows the importance of body language. Once she has you in her claws, the card is flipped. What was once a sweetened heart becomes a cruel, oozing pool of loathing. She envies the innocent and is determined to capture every last unscathed heart for her own personal collection.

There was once upon a time when the Queen of Hearts was just a little princess, all innocent and caring. Too many betrayals and heartbreaks can change a person.
Wonderland was once the perfect home for young Amorette. She grew up the only daughter to a lesser known Queen and King of the land,
yet their kindness was well known. They were in peace with the White King and helped to monitor the outer lands of his kingdom. Her parents always affectionately called her their little love, their darling heart. Everything was absolutely wonderful in Wonderland.
And then it wasn't. When the early death of her mother occurred, a twelve year old Amor was left alone with her grieving father. Their home slowly turned into one of ruins as he refused to leave his room. The money soon ran out and the young princess was left to fend for herself as the help went off to find other employment. Her father soon perished from a broken heart when Amor turned fifteen years old. The love she once had held for her parents quickly turned to loathing. Loathing for her mother leaving her all alone, loathing for her father for not being the dad she needed. The innocence in her heart began to shrivel.
The young princess didn't know where to turn. She turned to stealing from the local shops just to have food in her belly. On one such encounter, she met a man who soon promised her the world. Amor could feel her heart beginning to heal as it finally found somewhere that she would be loved again. Two years into the relationship, her heart was shattered when she found out that she had been the man's secret.
He had a family all on his own. It was then, at eighteen years old, she was determined to never let anyone in.
So she returned to her family's home. It was still in ruins, but the outside appearance meant little to her. In it's decay, she recognized her own bitter heart's twin. As she became more ruthless, she was able to secure those in Wonderland who held blackness within themselves.
They became her new family. With her new identity, a new name had to be decided. Princess Amorette became Armorette la Demence, for she was born from the madness. She despised those who had love in their hearts and knew that it was her mission to relieve them of their burden.
While the White Queen and Red King were busying themselves with Alice's, Amorette wanted to make the entirety of Wonderland bleed. They weren't there to assist her when she needed help. Nobody batted a lash to the lone starving child. Wonderland would pay for it's crimes.
She had heard tales of a woman long ago- Wonderland children's version of a scary story. This woman had captured the original Alice and was known widely as the Queen of Hearts. She was a vile creature who held such power through the land. When Alice was finally able to escape back to her home, the Queen of Hearts just seemed to vanish. To this day, nobody really knows where the woman went.
Amorette wanted to revive the terrible legend. What better than to bring a Boogey-man, so to speak, to Wonderland? It was so she decided to pick up where the old broad left off. But...where would she stand in the new world?
She knew there was an ongoing battle between the royal siblings. While the White Queen would help those in need, the Red King would capture the Alices' to solve the mystery. It was known that the Red King wanted to find his way to Alice's world- but where would that leave Wonderland? It would be ripe for the taking.
It was decided. Amor would bide her time, allow the two royals to battle it out between themselves. If the White Queen was victorious, Amorette knew she could swoop in when she was injured. If the Red King won, he'd be gone to Alice's world. Win, win for the Queen of Hearts. She would take her time to build her army of madness.

Etta is only interested in stealing hearts, not mending hers.
