Vain stands a little over six feet tall. Beneath his armour, possess a muscular, athletic build. He has quite angular features, with a square jaw. His hair is kept short, almost in a crew cut, to prevent it being pulled while in close combat without his helmet, and to make the helmet go on easier without having to worry about lengthier hair. His tan coloured skin is almost always hidden beneath his Beskar'gam. Which is black with gold accents. Around people, he doesn't trust, or Jedi, he normally keeps his helmet on to hide his eyes. Eyes that had turned a deep red from calling on the dark side.

Real Estate
Vain Wren owns a small, remote estate on the Planet Krownest. It is out of the way of most of the settlements on Krownest, letting Vain kind of do his own thing. It consists of a humble shack and a barn. Within the barn, Vain stores a Speeder Bike which he uses to get to the nearby settlements from his estate. There is also a workbench in the barn which Vain uses to tinker with weapons. Should his estate come under attack, Vain can arm the many mines hidden beneath the snow from his wristlink, making it a great ordeal to attack his outpost.

Vain is a skilled fighter after years of training as a Mandalorian. His own particular fighting style focuses heavily on a constant stream of attacks to keep the enemy off balance while varying weaponry quickly to create openings.
His years of training under Clan Wren and other Mandalorians, Vain became quite the marksman and close-quarters combatant. It quickly became apparent he had an affinity for throwing weapons. Focusing his combat training on weapons and tactics that suit close to medium range to best exploit his use of throwing knives. He also learned Teräs Käsi from the Holocron.

Thirteen years ago, was when Vain confirmed he was force sensitive. It was early in his career as a mercenary that he took a job for the Crimson Dawn crime syndicate. Something about the way he moved and was always one step ahead made the Syndicate suspect he was Force Sensitive and offered to sell the Holocron to him after they tested to see if he could open it. After opening the Holocron, he bought it and began his training as a Sith. Becoming what many would come to call a Hedge Sith.

Most of Vain's weaknesses are inherent of the dark side, but further pronounced as he never had a proper teacher. While calling upon the powers of the Force, he can often lose control of his emotions. This loss of control is quite concerning for Vain, and as such, tries to limit the use of his Force Powers while in combat, at least until he gets a better grip on them. Additionally, calling on the dark side has made it rather difficult to form relationships or friendships with Jedi. As such, he tries not to use his force powers around Jedi, or take off his helmet.

Vain is a hard man to get to know. Especially if you are aligned to one of the Force Wielding Organisations.
Being a Mandalorian, he keeps up the cold, heartless exterior in battle. He sees it as his duty to keep the reputation of Mandalorian Warriors being unrivalled up. However, amongst other Mandalorians, he is generally a good guy. If you can look past his red eyes, and general secrecy about how he acquired his force powers, he will gladly share a drink with you and regal you with stories of him using said force powers and mighty battles he has taken part in.
This is a very different story with Jedi. Since the Shadow Council attacked his farm three years ago searching for the Holocron, Vain became jaded towards people who aligned to Force Organisations. His mind corrupted by the Dark Side, he believes others will come for the Holocron as well. He currently believes the only thing stopping the Jedi Enclaves attacking him is the Mand'alor keeping them in line. With a firm belief that the other Force Organisations will try again once they learn of the Holocron, or get the balls to attack Mandalorian space.
It will take a lot of work to get Vain to trust a Jedi.

Vain Wren was born to Clan Wren, House Vizsla.
Born on the snowy world of Krownest, as a Mandalorian, his early years were spent training. He never suspected he was Force Sensitive, just that he had quick reflexes and was a model pupil. Even in training, something always seemed more brutal about the way Vain fought.
When he finally earned his armour, he had it forged into black and green. For Justice and Duty.
He served as a Mercenary for various organisations with his father. Until he was eighteen, which was when he started going by himself. When he was twenty, he did a Job of the Crime Syndicate known as Crimson Dawn. This was when his life turned upside down.
Crimson Dawn noticed Vain's force sensitivity and tested to see if he could open a Sith Holocron. A task which took a bit of effort, but he managed to get it to start opening up. Not enough to reveal any information, but enough to confirm he has strong in the dark side. They offered a trade. His ship for the Holocron. Since Vain had no emotional attachment to his ship, he agreed. Trading his HWK-290 light freighter for the Holocron.
After being dropped back on Krownest, Vain returned to his farm and began trying to open the Holocron again. Training in relative secret to prevent the Jedi Enclaves or other Jedi Orders coming after him.
Three years ago, the Shadow Council found out about the Holocron and snuck into Mandalorian Space in a stealth cruiser. They managed to evade all the Mandalorian patrols and land on Krownest. Sneaking through the snowy landscape, two troopers and a Dark Jedi attacked Vain. The fight was drawn out and hard, but Vain managed to just come out on top. He dismantled their gear, sold their ship, and put their bodies in his heater as Bio-Fuel. He decided continuing to use the Holocron would keep drawing unwanted attention, so he buried it under his shack. It was at this time he changed the green on his armour to gold.
Now he joins the odd mercenary crew, not wanting to get his own ship, as he knows of his own skills as a pilot. He doesn't work as much as he used to, as he tries not to get involved with Force Users unless he is in service of the Mand'alor.
