Personality: though little emotionless, quiet and little ditzy, Shelley just a sweet, kind and curious young lady who just want to see the outside world and make friend.
Bio: Shelley Frank don't remember anything from her past but flashes, like two people screaming, blood, fire and someone chopping her up but she can't tell who it was. All that Shelley can remember was that her finger was twitching, her eyes opening, lighting and some guy was screaming "She's alive! ALIVE! HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!"...Shelley thought it was the most weirdest thing to woke up to.
That guy that Shelley just saw when she woke up was her creator (she call him her father but her creator want her to call him master or just creator) and he told her that she greatest thing he have ever created but there one problem, her vocal cords is damage, which means she can't speak normal. So to better to communicate, her master taught her sign language.
Over the years, Shelley have been in the lab for the rest of her life and her creator keep teaching how to be a Mad Scientist but Shelley just doesn't listen, sure she love science but she doesn't want to be obsessed with it. She want to go outside, make friends and be free.
Her frustrated creator just have a enough with Shelley sweet and curious personality, there was the only way to make her a mindless Mad Scientist monster that her creator want her to be and that was to take her to Blackwood High to become a monster!
