Huh, Brindleshade is going to mentor Skypaw, with a personality like Brindleshade, she will be a great mentor to young Skypaw. Rainstripe does wonder if she gets a apprentice soon but she doubt it, she worry that the kits won't understand her or she won't understand them, due to their lips moving too fast. Rainstripe walk toward the young kit and give him a pet on his head with a warm smile.

After the meeting, Rainstripe see a flick of Silverflight tail and informed her, Flamepelt and Branchfall to patrol the Birchclan border to the Oak Dens, she give Silverflight a nod and then move her ears toward the entrance, instructing Branchfall and Flamepelt to follow her.

Sheesh, poor kid. He has no strength in his body. Connie thought while walking out of the inn. Since freckles didn't find the pack location, Connie best bet was to talk to the locals around, but where? Pageturner? it seems like it closed, Common Grounds? No, Connie hates the smell of coffee...And the noise of teenagers. Baptist church?......Nah. It seems like the only placed that seems to be opened was the bar, Metal Gear Liquid.

Connie walked toward the bar and saw that there is a smash window, she wasn't sure if that was there before or it just for decoration. Connie give the door a slight three knocks and then opened the door and walked right in the bar. "Hello?" Connie called out "Anyone here? I was hoping for a drink, if that ok. But since there is a smash window here, should I just leave and come back later" Connie asked, she hopes that employees were here, maybe then she will talk to one of them and asked them about the forest

The morning sun shines on to Kate face, they let out a morning morn and then pull their cover over them, hoping the sun would go away but that didn't last long when Sister Lark cheerfully wake up all the sleeping witches, her morning tone reminds Kate of their father, when he wakes up young Kate every morning for school "Hmmm...Just give me five minute, dad. I want to sleep mor-" Kate stop themself to realize they are not at home anymore, they are at the forest, full with angsty teens and just get flashbang last night. With a big stretch, Kate then say "Welp...Let's start the day."

When Kate enter the house, Lark announce who is rooming who in the summer, Kate knew about this part, their mother told them about this one time, one of her roommates brought her boyfriend into the room one night and let's just say....She didn't sleep that night because of the noises that her roommate and her boyfriend were making,

Kate walk toward the board to see who they are roommate with, when they see Cassandra name, they smile, finally someone that they recognize and it's ain't Summer! Kate look at the another roommate name and they frown a little bit, Hana Song is going to be their and Cassandra's another roommate. It's not like Kate hates Hana, they think she is the nicest girl in the house but after looking at Hana flawless healing magic, they just feel....Indifferent toward her. Kate then look at Rowan disappointment face, they find Rowan name and then makes a 'oof' face, she is roommates with Summer. "Man...That unfortunate....Well, good luck with living with her for the summer, Rowan. You are going to need it." Kate jokingly say to Rowan, giving her two thumbs up.

Kate feel their stomach rumbling when they spot the pancakes on the table, they haven't eaten anything last night. After grabbing four pancakes and putting maple syrup, Kate decided to eat outside at the front porch since they are still tired from last night. Kate walk out outside, sit in porch chair and start eating away their pancakes and just enjoying the peace and quiet while hearing the nature of the forest.

As Kate almost say something back to Isolde, before they even reaction, the book just flashbang in their face. It's was like one of those forget-me-stick from one of those man in black movies, Kate vision was pure white and their ears were ringing from the bang, then slowly their sense of seeing and hearing went back to normal. After the book close and fell to the ground, Kate was just standing there in full shock, trying to progress what just happened, then Kate take a deep breath and breathe out. "...…….You know what? I think I'm tired" Kate casually say while picking up the book and hand it back to Isolde "I had enough craziness for one night, so, um......Goodnight." Kate then carefully flop on to their sleeping bag while their mind trying think what the fuck just happened.

While trying to fall asleep, Kate open their eyes for one second and then they spot something in a distance. It has glowing yellow eye, two ears and a long tail, Kate adjust their eyes to see it cleaner but then, the shadowy creature was gone. Man, that book did something to me Kate thought, or maybe it wasn't and they know why but that creature look oddly familiar somehow.

Ding, Dong, Ding, Dong Luna hear the noise of her clock and also hear the people walk by, it's time to work. Luna put on her red dress, her earrings and her special necklace, she hop downstairs, open up her front window curtains that shows mannikins wearing her dresses and flip her sign that reads "Open, come right in, darling~" Luna look out through front window to see the people walking past her store, some past customers she had and some not but hopefully they will enter the store soon enough. Luna then grab some a needle and thread and start sewing a beatutiful white dress, one of her customers wants it done by tomorrow, let's just hope this girl has money in her pocket.

Luna then a bell ring while she is stitching up the top of the dress, she thought it was a customer but then she starting to sense something, something that make her blood boil. Without looking away from her dress, Luna play with her needle a little and then, out of nowhere, she flick the needle off her hand and it hit the wall, scaring the customer who is very british and very familiar to Luna.

"Holy shit!" screamed the customer "Bloody hell, Luna! How did you know it was me?!" "Even though it been six years, I know what your blood smell like." Luna say to the customer "It smells like wine, alcohol, raspberry and, hmmmm, what that another smell? I sworn I smell that flavor before, what was it?.....Oh right! Betrayal." Luna coldly said. The customer groans "Oh come on, Lulu" Luna blood cringe when she used that old nickname "I was only twenty-five, my mind was on the money~" The customer say while she pull the needle out of the wall "After that day, I feel the guilt deep down inside and it was telling me to meet you in person. So my dear Red Mood, Can you ever forgive me?" The customer kindly to Luna, Luna smile at her, she does have the way with words but sadly, that doesn't anymore "As much I'm a polite and nice lady, I'm sad to say that I don't accept your apology, Rebecca James." Luna say as her eyes glow bright red.

Rebecca nice façade finally fall off and she was back to her real, arrogant, self, she sighs and flop on to the scarlet sofa "And get your sorry butt off of my sofa and tell me the real reason why you are here." Luna snap at Rebecca while she return to her dress making duty "What? Can a old friend vist a old friend? Can she just relax in this god-damn tow-" "You're running from the law, are you?" "Yes" Rebecca finally admit. Luna roll her scarlet eyes, of course Rebecca is running from law, she been running from the damn law for a long time "...And owls." And owls, always running away from the ow-....Owls? That word made Luna stop stitching "I'm sorry, owls? Did you say owls?" Rebecca look up at Luna, realize what she just say "Er, um, sorry, just rambling some thoughts. So I just want to lay low of awhile until I found myself a another town to live in, so can you find in your vamp heart to let me stay."

Luna look down on Rebecca with her cold eyes and then sigh, even though this witch betrayed her, she can't kick a old friend out of the curb. ".....All right, Becca. You can stay here." While Rebecca was smiling ear to ear, Luna walk toward the side of the store and grab a broom and dustpan, the vampire hold them right in front of the witch. "If you became my cleaning lady for my store." There few seconds silence between the two supernatural beings, Becca finally stand up from the sofa "You know what? Since I am new in this town I'm going to walk around to get the hang of this place. Great? Great. I'll be back, bye!" Before Luna begins to speak, Rebecca was out of the store and into the streets of North District.

Luna sighs once again, of course she would ignore any jobs and responsibilities. She walk back toward the unfinish dress and resume sewing "....Arrogant witch..."

And from what she can tell, this is some vampire district and it not the only district that have vampires here. Rebecca feels like she is going to fit right here in Serpent’s Snag.
