- Lukas, Gwynn, and Maoin -

~Afternoon, Day 4~

Well, so far the day had been less than spectacular. Maoin was still afraid of her, though she had expected that. She had given the cat a few pets that morning in hopes of improving her mood, but it was a wasted effort so she just told her to stay put and keep the place clean and have a dress ready for her when she comes back. Unlike yesterday, she decided to attend classes. She had a few ideas in her head about how to improve her magic casting, but she would need some time to get the proper control over it. Now though, she was actually looking forward to this so called date with the guy known as Lukas. Mostly for free food, and perhaps because she had a chance to get Maoin to...well, at least behave a little like Maoin.

"Hey, Maoin." Gwynn said. "Got that dress ready?"

The kitten looked up as her mistress returned, then nodded. The black haired girl walked over to a tall closet that the long dress she had worn on the date with Prince Swen was inside of. The cat was naturally curious about why her mistress wanted to dress nicely. Her mistress usually required quite a bit of pleading and barganing on her part to even consider putting one on.

But was it really her place to question her owner? The kitten looked into the other eyes for a moment, before returning her gaze to the floor. The pain had subsidded over the past two days, but every once in a while she could feel it throbbing slightly as a reminder of her disobedience. A timid voice tried to steady itself, but failed. "... of ... yes mistress ...

Gywnn's own eyes turned to the floor briefly in brief guilt, but she had to at least appear confident here, didn't she? At least, if Maoin saw her depressed for some reason she was pretty sure the kitten would feel worse. Well, standing here wasn't getting them anywhere.

"Well, alright then. Lets get this over with. You know I hate these things, but I wanna look somewhat decent." She would then let the cat dress her in the normal fashion, even if she still wasn't comfortable with it.

Maoin, of course, nodded obediently and started to undress and redress her mistress. Gwynn's clothes fell to the floor with surprising speed, and the servant began to strap on the dress like she had three nights before. Her mistress would probably notice her timidity, but she was doing her job correctly at least. If she wasn't stopped, the dress would be on within minutes.

Afterwards the black haired girl headed over to look at various makeups, before looking back towards her owner with a nervous eye. "... mistress ... would you like me to ...?" At this point, the cat was almost sure of a complete no answer. Her owner had always hated being dolled on for some reason.

"Fine." She sighed, internally cringing. "But just a little, alright? Don't go overboard." Now that was out of the way, she was going to tease Maoin just a little. Or at least, attempt to. Try and get her to be more like...Maoin. Really, she would have just liked wearing what she was wearing when she had met Lukas. But well, she wasn't going to stop Maoin.

"I'm surprised you're not asking why I'm suddenly asking to be in a dress."

The kitten blinked a few times, surprised that her owner wanted to be dolled on. Even a small touch up was a lot for her mistress, but the familiar started doing as she was asked and started carefully applying the makeup, ensuring that it stayed in the 'just a little category'. "... If my mistress does not wish to tell me, it is not my place to pry." In truth, the cat was a little curious about what her owner was doing ... but after that night at the library, she had learned her lesson. If her mage didn't want her to know something, then she wouldn't pry too far. Although her eyes were focused on her owner's face, there was an obvious look of submission in her eyes.

"Normally you'd be all up in my business or something." Gwynn replied as the cat applied the makeup. That said, this conversation was going less than well. She would give the cat something to get her curious enough to possibly ask with who. "If...I told you it was a date?"

The kitten paused for a moment as she applied the makeup, hearing her owner. Well, that was interesting ... by this point, Maoin was trying to decide what her mistress wanted her to do. "Do you want me to attend you, mistress?" The black haired girl was a little glad her owner had decided to go out with Swen again. The prince was nice, and the kitten felt that the two of them in the long run would be a good match.

Well...she hadn't exactly thought of bringing Maoin, but maybe this was a good chance! She'd normally likely drag her along regardless anyways. Although, it wasn't with Swen so she didn't know how the cat would react. Which was also good - maybe it could end well? Who knows. It was certainly worth a shot. She was still going to do what Swen suggested...eventually, of course. But for now she at least wanted to see if she could at least do a little on her own.

"Well, obviously." She grinned. "I dragged you along on my last one, so you're coming on this one too!~"

The kitten finished her work, nodding after a few seconds as she seemed to be satisfied. She put away all the makeup supplies, looking towards the cabinets. "... Do you wish for me to change then, mistress ...?" The black haired girl was dressed in the maid/servant outfit with her small collar, as always. She did have a few more fancy pieces of clothing, but she hadn't really wore them yet. All of them were short dresses that ended just above the knee, but some of them didn't look too much like a servants garb. The collar would always designate her as belonging to Gwynn though, and it would take a lot to get her to remove it.

Now, there was an idea.

"Hmm..." Gwynn hummed, a small smile forming on her lips as she observed the cat. "Why yes, I think you should definitely get changed." Really, she was maybe just a bit over dressed. After all, she didn't even know if Lukas was actually a noble or not. Not that it mattered, really, Lukas was actually a pretty cool guy...his lame flirting aside. "And since we're short on time...off with your clothes!~" She grinned, moving fairly close to Maoin. "Come on, I'll help!"

Despite her state of being scarred of her mistress, this caused the neko to react somewhat normally. "M-mistress!? Of-of course." The cat began to reach for the ties to her dress, starting to undo them. The girl was still capable of being embarrassed, made obvious by the blush running down her face. The noblewoman had been naked in front of her servant many times, but this was the first time the other way around.

"Hey hey, none of that now~" She chuckled, gently swatting away the cats hand from the ties, more out of habit then actually thinking about it. "I'm the one dressing you here. You just sit there and lemme do it, alright?" Gwynn worked fairly quickly getting Maoin dressed, though she fumbled for a few minutes getting Maoin's clothes off. She wasn't exactly the best person to do this, but she wasn't gonna let Maoin get in her way with this and soon enough the cats clothes came completely off. The girl covered herself as her owner removed her clothing, the blushing spreading as blood rushed to her skin. She didn't make a move to stop her owner or interupt her work. She forgot to actually get the dress ready before taking them off though, and the cat was now standing naked in front of her.

....right. Maybe should have gotten that ready first.

Thankfully, it only took her a few short moments to pick one out for Maoin. A solid colored bright red dress that ended just below the knees. It wasn't as fancy as hers, but it was at least better looking than the servants outfit and after a few moments, she was done.

"Annnd there we go! All done." She said with a grin. "Well, someone looks nice, heh. Better not steal the spotlight from me once we get to where we're going."

The girl breathed a sigh of relief after her owner finished. Truthfully, her mistress was better suited to other tasks, but the girl avoided issuing a complaint. As she finished looking at her dress though ... she felt ... odd. She hadn't worn anything but the servant's uniform practically her entire life, so the thought of going out in public in this thing hadn't been really considered.

"... Of ... Of course, mistress." Surely she didn't look that good, did she?

"Hey, don't sound so reserved! It'll be fun!"

Gwynn quickly hurried out of the dorm, with Maoin silently following. If this went well, then there was a chance she could get Maoin to stop being...well, this. Swens words still echoed in her head, but she was nothing if not stubborn. She had to at least try something on her own first. After all, Swen said time may be a major factor as well, which meant that if she could continue as normal...things might return to normal? Right?

She hoped so, at least.

And soon enough the two of them were standing in front of the Library, waiting on Lukas. She still hadn't told Maoin that she wasn't going out with Swen like she likely thought, but that was just to see her reaction. Get something out of her other than this quiet obedience of hers. Even if it as just a small glare, or look of dissatisfaction. She'd take anything at this point.

The day for Lukas was the same as the prior days - attending school, cementing himself as a better swordsman and telekinetic user via training, reading his assortment of books, and of course the most apparent item on this list! Dating. Cracking his neck as he exited the bathhouse, he felt clean, refreshed, and ready to go! Of course, he still had to meet the daily quota of flirting with myriads of beautiful ladies... which was a lot more forced than it had to be... and he also had to meet with a gorgeous lady later today...

Entering through the window, he threw his shirt onto the bed fit for a lord and lady. Discarding his pants in the same fashion, Lukas began digging through his closet, thinking of whether or not he should wear his... formal attire... or his usual wear. "I think I threw up a little," he exaggerated the thought of himself wearing formal attire.

While this was one of the the things bothering him, it wasn't one of the main reasons for why he was a little nervous. Gwynn automatically pointed out he was a noble, which meant she had to be one herself as not a lot of common folk could tell just by body language or fancy language.

It had to do with your damned clothes and looking like a friggin' peacock.

Going to his closet, he retrieved one of his fancy clothes and looked at the mirror with some vexation. The garment golden lining, elaborate swirly patterns, shapes, and crosses going down the piece vertically. The shade's and hue stayed nearly constant, deviating for brown and white features. The sleeves went down directly to his wrists, along with some golden trim around it. Along with that, the pants were a matching white hue, though, they lacked the details of the former.

"Ugh, should I really," he mumbled to himself. If anything, he would go the way he was dressed up today... but he had to make some form of impression that was well ordained... other than the day before... and of course he would need to retrieve those numerous stacks of coin he had.

Putting a hand to one of his eyes, obscuring it, he grumbled to himself in defeat as his mind was conquered by certain logistics. While he could do this on his own, he did find it somewhat difficult to get in due to the lack of helpers to assist him. Taking longer than expected, Lukas put on the white gloves before walking to the mirror to look at himself.

His first reaction was to of course scowl at himself. Furrowing his brows, he awkwardly moved about in this attire, mumbling over how he couldn't believe he was doing this. After waddling around and slowly accustoming himself to the clothes again, he snapped his fingers. In an instant, most of the bags containing money began to float above him. He honestly had no idea where they were eating, but decided to take a lot of it just in case Gwynn had a large appetite... that and she mentioned ordering the most expensive thing.

Which was a little asinine for him to agree to... then again, what was he expecting? He was a little to translucent. Taking a look outside, he realized that he was going to be a little late at this rate. Swiftly grabbing his blades and adding them onto his well being, Lukas jumped out the window, further remembering why he disliked these clothes as he began to float to the ground with loads of money floating in the sky. How inconspicuous.

Using his magic, he made himself move forward at a swift rate, managing to recall that Gwynn requested him to meet her at the Library... hopefully she hadn't left just yet if she was already there...

And thankfully, she was! As he arrived in a swift fashion, he began to tone down his mental movement, no longer floating a few millimeters above the ground but actually walking. As he approached, he couldn't help but notice another lovely looking lady beside her... well dressed and with cat ears... questions for later. Walking up to the duo, he gave Gwynn an affable smile as he came closer.

"Hello Gwynn, sorry for keeping you waiting."

"Oh hey, Lukas." Gwynn replied with a grin and a friendly wave. "You better be, you took your sweet time gettin' here ya dummy." She teased. In reality, they had not even been waiting for a few minutes. As Gwynn greeted him, she noticed just how well dressed he was. He must have been from a pretty wealthy family after all. Pfft, if he was trying to hide himself being a noble, he really should learn to move more like a commoner and not carry himself so confidently. Ah well, not like she could really comment on that.

"Anyways! Lukas, this is Maoin. She's my familiar. Maoin, Lukas." She gave them a brief introduction before continuing. "She'll be coming with us, by the way." She didn't sound like she was gonna give Lukas much room to object if he wanted too.

The cat eared girl blinked a few times as the one named Lukas was mentioned. This ... this wasn't her date, was it? The neko didn't bother to mention her surprise, only frowning slightly at the circumstances as she looked towards the ground for a few moments. Not wanting her mistress to see that however, the girl simply took a quick once over at the man before giving a quick curtsy quietly to the man, doing her best to avoid disturbing their date.

As her mistress had mentioned, it was her job not to steal the show ... although she felt the Prince deserved the attentions of her mistress far more than this overdressed peasant. In fact, she felt a little overdressed for the ocasion as well.

"Maoin, huh," he spoke up, sizing up the smaller girl, tapping his lip with his index finger. Studying her posture, she seemed a little demure with her head tilted towards the earth. His eyebrows were raised as she did a little curtsy, still not speaking a word. Giving her a genuinely tender smile, he bowed down, giving Gwynns partner a polite greeting before returning to his original position.

"It's a pleasure to meet you; my name is Lukas Deboir as Gwynn said and I look forward to further interactions with you and your lovely lady, of course." With that said, the boy extended a hand towards her, wishing to shake it. She may of been nervous, or there could of been some tension... just call it a gut feeling, but he wished to diminish that completely.

After a moment or two, the black haired girl respectufully shook his hand. Her mistresses date seemed to be well mannered at least, although bowing to a familiar wasn't neccessary on his part. Her eyes drifted back towards the ground after a few seconds, hands idly rearranging a fold in her dress.

"... also, you don't have to act so nervous! I don't bite... don't know about you though, but Gwynn... well... let's just say I'm gonna be on top next time." He chuckled, giving the two a saucy wink with a mischievous smile. The kitten could probably run wild with her imagination, but Lukas was fairly certain Gwynn could interpret that as their duel the prior day...

... probably.

As for the kitten, she looked back and forth between the two before lowering her head back to the ground, blushing slightly. It wasn't her place to say anything ... but ... that was interesting. The black haired girl tried to hide her emotions, but a small blush made it obvious what she was thinking.

Gwynn simply wore an impish smile as Maoin's thoughts became apparent. She'd go with that line of thought for now. She was gonna make it her mission to get some reaction out of Maoin this little date, and she'd succeed! Or at least, she was gonna try. Really hard. She was confident in her abilities to pester someone until they snapped.

"Oh?" She grinned. "I don't think you can handle being on top. Or do I need to remind you how much you liked being under me last time?" If that didn't get the cats imagination working in overtime just a bit, then she didn't know what would. "Oh, and you better have some place ready, or I'ma take us to the most expensive place I can find."

Well, that elicited a blush!... which meant she was thinking of perverse things. Only then Lukas thought of how this could backfire if she eventually decided to speak up... which honestly worried him. He smile seemed to crack for a moment at the very thought, along with other items that followed after that would probably cause him to freak out or ponder if this was some sort of set up... If not for the comment announced by Gwynn.

Raising an eyebrow, Lukas stared at the girl, smirking a little at her retort. Looks like this was something he was going to have to play along with then... alright, he could work with that.

"Me? Not handle you? Please, you couldn't even go one round before being tuckered out... sad really, as you looked like you were having a lot of fun. I was planning on going all day too." Lukas had a playful, but smug look etched on his face as he glanced at the girl with a coy smile... of course there was also the restaurant to attend to.

By this point, the familiar had learned to stop looking between the pair, but her mind was really questioning what was going on. Surely her mistress hadn't ... is that what her owner had been doing when she requested she remain in the room? The girl started shifted from one foot to another, blushing more as she thought about the situation. The neko had her doubts, but she remained quiet about them.

... and of course she mentions picking out the most expensive place to eat... to be honest, he had a feeling it was Di Voglia, considering that place was really frickin' costly. He could probably handle it, though, he had a better idea of where to eat.

"Oh, don't worry - I have an idea of where we can eat; a charming restaurant that exclusively has everyone who works there use some sort of magic. I'm sure you'll both find the place to be quite whimsical." It was less expensive but it had glorious shows and a couple of other things going for it.

"Please, the only reason I was tired was because I was already going at it all morning with someone else." Gwynn replied to Lukas with a smirk, though before she could really get into it Lukas mentioned where he would be taking them. Well, she wasn't going to be too choosy. Free food was free food, and she wasn't gonna turn any down.

"Great!" Gwynn gave Maoin a small impish grin as she spoke. "Heh, maybe Maoin would like being on top next time, eh? Anyways!~" She started walking, heading out of the campus. "Let's get going, so lead the way unless you want your wallet to be hurting."

Maoin blinked a few times as her mistress smiled, confused by the suggestion. "... if that-that's what you want, mistress ..." The kitten was looking away, and her cheeks were obviously red. The girl would never disobey an order and was afraid of saying no, but her eyes were drifting for another reason as well.

After swishing slowly as she thought about it, eventually the tail went between her legs and her ears flattened slightly, wondering what her mistress required of her.

Lukas' smiled faltered a bit at the young kittens obedience, finding it rather peculiar she couldn't exactly tell they were merely jesting... or was it something more. While he did catch the comment over Maoin being on top, he thought she would at least object to that if she knew they weren't joking. It was somewhat jarring. Of course, before he was able to ask, they were both off with the boy wobbling behind for a few moments before he began leading the duo.

As he escorted the duo, he decided to go into detail over the restaurant, not sparing any knowledge he knew about the place. "So, this place is called the Arcanus Amari - the owner is an illusion mage who has manipulated the inside of the building to look like you're dining in the depths of the ocean." He looked over at Gwynn, hoping that would catch her attention before continuing on. "The floor appears to look like sand, with imprints here and there, along with some starfish and other types of sea creatures dwelling in the area..."

Looking at the kitten, he hoped the girl didn't get too excited over this prospect since he was no stranger to cats having an affinity for fish. "So, anyways... er, never mind, I'll let you two see for yourself. We are almost there." As Lukas pointed that out, he nodded his head towards the building. The front of it didn't look like too much at first as it seemed like any regular tavern. Lukas, however, beckoned them to follow him in, giving them a welcoming smile.

The kitten looked around briefly, excited at the prospect of getting fish but soon returned her eyes to the sandy floor, but simply went along with them otherwise. Some of the 'fish' going around her feet looked tasty, but the kitten resisted the urge to jump at them.

Gwynn followed Lukas inside of the place and quickly realized, she was really overdressed for this place. Secondly, this place looked absolutely amazing. She had always liked the Sea...and well, water in general. That said...it seemed a little, gaudy? Not that she particularly cared, though.

"Wow, you weren't kidding." She said taking a look around the place, eyes looking over at Maoin. She looked like she was enjoying herself, at least a little. That was good. "I think we're a little overdressed for this place, though." She laughed, giving Lukas a grin. "So, where we sitting? This place better have some good seafood or I'ma smack you."

"I agree... maybe next time we can come in our swimwear; I kinda hate having to wear this garb anyways," he chuckled as a female server beckoned them to follow her. Taking after the woman, she seemed to flow as much as the 'water' in the restaurant itself and lead them to a table that was eight feet away from the sand-like stage. "For the two lasses and lad," she cheerfully exclaimed before setting the menus on the medium sized oak table.

Lukas managed to avoid walking through a 'fish' as he pulled out one of the chairs, offering Gwynn to take a seat. Once she sat down, Lukas would do the same for Maoin, keeping his usual friendly smile displayed.

"I can seat myself, thanks." Gwynn replied, somewhat unimpressed sounding, not commenting on the swimwear comment. with a small huff as Lukas pulled out a chair for her. Well, that wasn't a good sign. She wasn't entirely one to like being doted on and she'd make that very clear right now. Though, the blond had to admit that this place was pretty nice - lame obvious illusions aside, at least it got the atmosphere down right. Not that she was one to care for such things, but as someone who loved the sea and any sea related things, she wasn't gonna be happy if they botched something.

She leaned on the table, looking across it and giving Lukas a grin as he sat.

"So. Lukas Deboir, pretty nice place here." She said taking a menu. The seafood sounded absolutely delicious - she almost wanted one of everything. The alcohol sounded pretty good, too. "I hope you don't take all your dates here. I might be offended if you did." She grinned. It was mostly a jest - she didn't care at all if he took all of his dates here. Not like they were in an actual committed relationship or anything, or would ever be.

The familiar looked at the man as her chair was held out, almost unsure of what to do. First, this guy had stopped her from waiting on her owner, and now he was holding a chair out for her? Of course, normally she would be expected to sit in it ... but she wasn't the man's date. And it wasn't his place to be generous to her. The kitten circled around the oaken surface, sitting in the remaining chair on her own.

Avoiding eye contact with the other two, the neko immediately began to scan her menu. On the bright side, they had plenty of seafood.

Well, minus ten points for Lukas as he nodded, at Gwynn, before attempting to usher the kitten into her seat... if only she didn't blatantly avoid the boy which caused him to frown slightly. So far his date didn't exactly like having things done for her already from what he discerned with her voice. "I'll be sure to commit that to memory," he noted to himself in his mind for both ladies. Still, it did make him wonder - did Maoin actually know he wasn't Deboir, but Kunze?

Taking a gander at his menu, there were so many things that he hadn't even tried before! Sure there was an occasional fish or two that he dined on, but above all, everything was just so foreign to him! Before he could ponder on what to order piped up, exclaiming that this was a nice place to dine before joking over him taking all his dates to the same place.

Raising an eyebrow, Lukas stared at Gwynn as if she was insane, but not before responding in a nonchalant tone. "Well, aren't you a special snowflake." He struggled to keep a straight face before completely finishing his comment. "Then again you do have control over ice..." With that said, he returned to his menu, though he seemed to be a little to into it, almost as if he was reviewing his hardest for a test.

"Say, Gwynn, Maoin, what would you two exactly recommend? I haven't exactly had a lot of seafood before... and all of these items sound really good."

"No idea!" Gwynn replied fairly quickly, eyes scanning for the most expensive thing she could find on the menu. "I'll eat pretty much any seafood, heh."

She had pretty much meant what she said about that - she was gonna buy the most expensive thing, and she was gonna enjoy herself thoroughly. It didn't take her long to find the item she wanted, thankfully. She wasn't gonna order just food, either. Something nice to drink. A place like this surely would have some good strong, alcohol and not the fancy wines that expensive place Swen took her too had.

"And of course, Maoin! Buy whatever you want." With that, she ordered what she wanted and ordered some strong alcohol to go with it.

Maoin looked up as her owner purchased something to drink. The kitten remembered her order from earlier that week, and thought for a moment about what she was supposed to do in the situation. Nervously, the cat looked up at the older woman. "... mistress ..." She gulped slightly before countinuing her statement.

"... the drink, you told me not to let you ..." As was the theme this week, the kitten's ears were down and her tail still as she tried to remind her mistress of the orders she had been given. If her owner resisted, she wasn't exactly sure what she was supposed to do.

Gwynn simply looked over to Maoin. This was a good opportunity to try and get a reaction out of her. She of course, had forgotten the order and normally she probably wouldn't continue to drink if Maoin told her not too. At the moment though, she just wanted Maoin to stop being so depressed.

"Eh? But drinking is fun. You gonna stop me?~" She gave Maoin an impish grin as she spoke.

Guess he would go with the item on the menu that mentioned squid... of course, as he put it in, he also ordered some nice, soothing tea to put his nerves to ease. While it wasn't exactly easy to tell he was still a little nervous about this whole thing. As the duo put in their order, along with drink... before catching the nervous girl stuttering.

Raising an eyebrow, Lukas turned his attention to the younger of the three, eyeing the girl as she began to sputter out a couple of words. He could easily infer from this, despite the jumbled up structure, what Maoin was probably trying to say and looked at Gwynn with an accusing look.

"Hold on, Gwynn... why is Maoin saying that she has to keep you from drinking alcohol by your request... did something happen last time when you were drinking?" Lukas stared at her with a quizzical look, hoping to garner some sort of answer from her.

"Oh, I may have just...gotten a little excited." Gwynn replied with a grin to Lukas. He sounded like he was gonna try and stop her too. Lukas was losing some major points at the moment, which wasn't okay at all. She thought he was pretty decent from first impressions when they had been sparring, but from that tone he sounded like he was gonna tell her no.

"Why?" She looked at him, grin fading into a frown that would obviously mean that if he tried to tell her not too, then they were gonna have problems.

A little too excited eh? Someone didn't drink in moderation from what he discerned and from the looks of it, she went from completely friendly and impish to downright almost wanting to murder him with that frown on her face. Maoin was... staying completely silent in this situation which wasn't helping out either... even that felt a bit strange to him... a little too timid.

Regardless, he did want to stop her, but soon thought of other consequences that could transpire if this was all a set up. He was at a moot point for now but decided to roll the die on this one and take a third option.

"Eh, I'm just curious." While he did have a serious tone, nothing else was, he wasn't exactly going to stop her unless he really had to. "So anyways, there's something I'm curious about Gwynn. Judging by your cool accent, you both aren't from around here, right?"

"Then we'll get along juuuuust fine!~" She replied with a friendly grin just as he asked another question. "And uh, quit with the lame puns already." She replied with a mildly annoyed huff. She could handle one or two from herself since well, she had the right to make lame puns about her magic. But hearing it from someone else was just annoying. Then again, that's probably why she liked saying them in the first place.

"And figured that out all by yourself, smart one?" She continued. "Yeah. Ireland! Not important though." She didn't want to elaborate too much on her origins as a noble, or get into too much detail about anything else. Not to mention, their food arrived and it smelled absolutely delicious and she was more focused on eating now than making intelligent conversation. She of course, was also brought the alcohol she ordered.

When someone usually says it isn't important, then it usually turns out to be important in the long run... but much like Lyssa's horns, he wasn't exactly going to press her on the issue. People had their own secrets to keep and quite frankly, he was fine with that. Though Ireland, eh? There were some opportune moments for establishing an alliance through marriage there which would possibly benefit both households, depending on who they were marrying.

Regardless, the food had arrived and Gwynn seemed more then ecstatic to devour her food. Lukas began eating his... and honestly, it was pretty dang divine for the most part. Of course, while he began to chow down, he often at times looked to Gwynn and then back to Maoin... and at this rate, he honestly didn't feel like eating at this rate.

Setting his fork aside he began to rap his finger on his side, not before looking over at Maoin. She still seemed to be in a gloomy mood for the most part and Lukas honestly couldn't help but feel bad...

"Hey Maoin, about earlier... we were just teasing you... though, you do look pretty adorable. I'm starting to wish you were my date now instead!~" Lukas glanced at Gwynn for a mere moment with a smug look on his face before turning and giving Maoin a quaint smile. Noticing her ears were down, Lukas extended an arm out and began to gently pat her head, but not before speaking in a soothing manner.

"I'm not one for fancy garbs, but truly, you and Gwynn look gorgeous... so relax; you don't need to act so tense... you've been wanting to play and or eat the fish from the time we came in, right?"

Gwynn laughed at Lukas' statement about him wanting Maoin as a date instead of her. She wasn't going to say anything. In fact, instead she gave Maoin a smirk and an impish grin, trying to urge her on to at least answer Lukas.

The kitten's plate of fish sat untouched, the black haired girl's attention instead focused on her mistress, her owner's drink, and the guy who was talking to her about ... the neko blushed slightly as Lukas started questioning her and petting her, and noticed the grin from her mistress. The blush soon disappeared however, and the girl felt even worse. It was Gwynn's date, and she had been specifically instructed to not steal it ... and she just wasn't interested in this peasant. "... my mistress deserves your attention far more than I do. She is your date ..." The pettings and attention only made her worry more about drawing attention to herself.

Before Gwynn reached for it though, the kitten decided to follow her specific orders from a few days prior, reaching across the table and gently grabbing her owner's drink, placing it in front of herself to confinscate it. The neko shivered slightly in fear, but still held onto the drink, unable to look at her owner and instead looking at the floor.

"Oh come on, Maoin." Gwynn replied with a roll of her eyes. "You like being pet. Or you gonna tell me you don't like it when I do it?" She grinned. Gwynn didn't get long to tease the cat though, as she had did what Gwynn had told her to earlier - not let her drink. Gwynn was glad the cat wasn't completely...well, scared of her. She was following her orders, but it was at least better for her to have done that then not at all. Though, of course she wasn't gonna remain silent about the cat taking away her drink.

"Aww...I wanted to drink that." Gwynn replied, pouting slightly. It would have been moot if she couldn't keep the cat talking, though. "You never let me have any fun, Maoin."

This was the perfect time to tease Gwynn for the most part... though he still couldn't help but feel like he was missing something for the most part. Regardless, he coyly smiled at Maoin before turning his gaze over to the lady of the hour. "Well then, you raise quite the point Maoin! Maybe I should pet her instead.~" He chuckled only for a moment before reaching out, and began petting her as a joke.

...what.

For a few seconds, Gwynn just stared at Lukas in complete silence, trying to process what was happening. She was being pet, in a fairly similar manner to how she normally pets Maoin. And then her face turned a rather adorable shade of red that was quite rare to be seen on Gwynn, though she didn't seem entirely too put off by the action.

"W-what are you even doing? Can you not?" Despite her words though, she seemed not to make much of an effort to stop him from doing it. In fact, if body language was anything she seemed to like it somewhat.

At this, the kitten looked up, seeming confused. She blinked a few times to make sure she was seeing properly, but there was Lukas, petting her mistress. There was something off about this ...

Lukas couldn't help but begin widely smiling, unable to keep back his laughing at the moment. The look on Gwynns face was priceless to him as she had the biggest what etched on her face. Of course, she eventually turned a shade of red herself which in turn caused a domino effect due to Lukas noticing this. His laughing did diminish before remembering they were in a public area and everyone was probably looking at them like they were lunatics.

He too began blushing a little, trying to push such an embarrassing, but most likely true thought out of his head as he responded to Gwynn. "I dunno, you look like you're enjoying it a lot Gwynn! Maybe I'll do this just a bit longer." There was a mischievous glint in his eyes as he continued to pet the now flustered Gwynn for a minute or two before finally he decided to stop.

"Y'know, I didn't really take you for the petting type," he said, still smiling from that little event.

Petting...type? Her face only turned a brighter shade of crimson as Lukas spoke. He was doing this on purpose, wasn't he? She frowned, trying to think of something witty or flirty to say, but she couldn't think of anything. All she could think of, was that he was annoying her and she wanted to shut him up.

"I have no idea what you're talking about." In a nonchalant manner, one of her hands left the table and rested at her side. The other picked up some fish, and brought it to her mouth. Casually, she formed a small sphere of ice in the hand under the table...and aimed it right where Lukas would regret doing that.

Lukas... honestly was in a lot of pain right now. His face was a lot redder at the moment and it wasn't due to embarrassment... hell, THAT was the least of his worries. He was honestly crying right now and was slightly pissed off as he held his groin with two hands. Barring his teeth, he barely managed to muster up an angry smile that quivered.

"Hope you're enjoying your food Gwynn," his eyebrows furrowed as he sat there. It was sudden and very unpredictable as the food his date ordered was suddenly smudged all over her face in one quick movement. "Have a mouthful..." While he wasn't exactly in the right mindset, he suddenly realized how badly he might of screwed up... though, it didn't stop him from keeping his smile and giggling, despite the agony in his loins.

But eh, she kind of deserved it as that hurt like HELL.

Maoin, seeing her mistress attacked, immediately jumped to her defense. Within a second the cat pounced on the man from across the table and started slugging him across the face with all the force she could manage. The chair quickly tipped over from the combination of her pouce and her sluggings, but that didn't stop her.

"Do NOT hurt my MISTRESS!"

She wouldn't stop until the man was clearly out of commission or until somebody pulled her off.

Well, she should have expected retaliation in some manner, but eating a face full of food? Not exactly what she expected, but at least it was delicious. That said, she wasn't gonna take that sitting down, nope. She was gonna take this plate of food, and throw it right at his face. This date was turning out pretty entertaining after all, wasn't it? It would have been a pretty high note to end the date with an impromptu food fight. Unfortunately, she cleaned the food away from her eyes just in time to see Maoin pounce on Lukas.

Her first thought was how impressed she was the Cat was doing something other than sulking. That and, well, Maoin was looking pretty good beating up on Lukas' face like that. It took her a few seconds to process the entire situation. She hadn't expected Maoin to go off like that. It wasn't as if her life was in danger and It was mostly just a playful banter between the both of them...but how could she have known that?

"Maoin! That's enough!" Gwynn shouted, quickly getting up from her seat. She rushed over to the cat, grabbing her from behind and easily pulled the light cat off of him. Once she was off of him, Gwynn released her, keeping a firm hand on her shoulder as she gave her a slightly concerned look, though her voice was filled with some annoyance.

"Jeez, Maoin I appreciate trying to protect me, but that was nothing to beat up on Lukas for." She said. "You alright, Maoin?" She turned her head to Lukas. He'd be alright...probably. "You alright down there too, Lukas?"

The girl simply looked down, obviously ashamed for having obviously failed her mistress ... again. A little blood covered her hands, but the man was probably in reasonable condition still.

For the sullen way she was acting, Lukas honestly did not expect Maoin to suddenly fly from her chair and just tackle him. Before he knew it, he was on the floor getting smacked around, almost unable to comprehend what was transpiring. His family jewels were still on fire and he honestly couldn't focus for the most part. While the hits were pretty weak, she sure knew how to fight back!... wait... shouldn't he be figuring a way to get her off?

... right...

Before he could get his act straight and use his own strengths to get Maoin off of him, his torso suddenly felt a little lighter, though his head was still spinning for the most part. Now both of his heads were hurting for the most part, but Lukas was able to discern who plucked the kitten off, along with her words despite his vision being a tinge blurry.

Groaning, Lukas put a hand to his head to try and stop the swirling before coming back. Staring up at Gwynn, she questioned if Lukas was alright down here. Of course, as in pain as he was, he could lighten the mood. "I... I don't think I'm gonna make it," he weakly replied, his hand shakily going up. "I... I need mouth to mouth to recover from this..."

He chuckled through the pain as his body began to soothe itself; the aching discomfort slowly disappearing. "I'm fine, thanks..." He extended a hand upwards, hoping the girl would pull him up as he smiled back at her now messy visage.

Gwynn sighed in relief. She was glad Maoin hadn't hurt him too seriously. He must not have been hurting that much if he was still making lame jokes like that, at least. She gave him a grin and helped him up. Once he was back on his feet, she gave Maoin an affectionate pat on the head.

"Sorry. I didn't expect Maoin to go off like that or I wouldn't have...well, hehe, instigated that." She cast a sheepish smile over to the cat. "Really, I didn't know you could even do that. That was actually kinda cool even if it was at Lukas' expense, heh."

The cat, obviously, enjoyed the petting and praise, although she was still pretty embarressed about having to be pulled off by her mistress. She was about to start apologizing ...

"Get OUT!" The angry manager approached the party. "Do you damn students have nothing better to do!" The illusion disipated as the entire reasturant was staring at the party of three, various images of the ocean dissapearing. Through sheer force of will, they all soon found themselves kicked out on the street.

On the brightside, the man had been in such an angry rush that he had forgetten to ask for a bill.

Maoin simply stared down at the cobblestones, ashamed of her reaction that caused her owner to get kicked out of the reasturant with great speed. "I'm ... I'm sorry" Aside from Lukas' well bloodied nose though, the man had only suffered temporary damage.

Well... this had been the second time he came face to face with another pissed manager off and so far it was not looking good on his records. Aside from getting excused from the restaurant, Lukas had half a mind to go back and apologize for his inadequate behavior. "No need to be, it wasn't your fault!... just, give me a sec." Immediately, off the roof of the restaurant came hordes of money which followed Lukas directly into the building.

Well, this was new. She had never been kicked out before. It was...pretty cool, actually, and she wasn't that concerned. Not like she wanted to come here again anyways. More importantly, Maoin was sulking again. She placed her hands on her hips, face still covered in small bits of food as she hadn't exactly had time to clean up in the restaurant.

"Ugh, come on Maoin don't apologize for every little thing you do. It's annoying. We were probably gonna get kicked out anyways. If you hadn't pounced on him I was gonna throw my plate at him."

Exiting the building, he was glad to have cleared that up; he was a man of honor and wasn't going to avoid dodging the bill. Of course, while the manager was still vexed by their actions, he did accept the payment, along with a tip Lukas presented for accidentally causing a scene. Sighing in relief, Lukas walked outside, rubbing his blood caked nose. While their actions were inordinate, he was smiling at the duo.

"Remind me again never to invite you two to another diner," Lukas responded jokingly with a half smile on his face. Sure he was worried about other things, but above all that wasn't a bad night... save for getting hit down there with some ice.

"What? Can't handle the both of us being on top?~" Gwynn replied jokingly in response to Lukas. "Can't blame ya. Maoin may look cute and adorable, but she's 100% feisty tiger." Another joke, and a grin towards Maoin. That said, it was getting rather late and if she wanted to get the food out of her hair and face, she should probably go change clothes and get a bath.

"Anyways, thanks Lukas. It was fun. I'll see ya around, alright? I'ma go take a bath and get out of this stuffy dress. Come on, Maoin."

The kitten blushed slightly as she was called a tiger, but otherwise kept her eyes to the floor and nodded. "... of course, mistress ..." As expected, the black haired girl followed her owner obediently and would probably help bathe and change her later that day. The kitten looked towards her hands. I could probably use a bath too ...

"Ugh, I know what you mean about stuffy clothing; later..." As soon as he separated from the duo, he recalled one thing. Before either lady knew it, he was in their presence once more. "Also, if anyone asks... I'm the son of a merchant, not a noble." After her response, Lukas would depart from the group after saying for them to have a good night, heading directly to his room for a change of clothes and to the bathhouse on the males side.

Alright, I'll try to have my app up some time today!
Sweet; guess I'll take my time working on my new character while doing collabs :D
- Lukas Kunze & Gwynn Foghlú ~

~Day Three, Afternoon~

Gwynn had decided not to attend classes that day. Not because she didn't want to attend, only because she didn't think she could handle class at the moment. She was too...distracted. She wasn't exactly the best student but even then she at least tried to pay attention even if she wasn't the most attentive. She spent all day so far at the training fields. The fields were simple enough. Several Arena like areas both inside and outside, were students could practice any abilities they wanted too so long as things didn't get out of hand. A few others were here besides her, of course, but for the most part people had dispersed and had left to find lunch.

Her sword for now, had been cast aside and she was focusing more on her magic. She would need it to defeat an opponent like Aetheria. So far, she wasn't making much progress. Her normal ice projectiles just weren't enough. She needed someway to attack from a distance that wasn't a ranged attack.

...that made more sense in her head, but well, she knew what she was trying to do. At least after the talk with Swen she was feeling more focused, though not entirely better. She sighed, looking around the training field. She wasn't making any progress like this. At least no one had bothered her. For now though, she should probably take a break. She was a bit tired from being up almost all night and only getting a few hours of sleep...plus, she was more than a little hungry.

That wasn't too bad of a lunch! Meat and vegetables always tasted delicious for the most part! Stretching, Lukas let out a soft ah as he traversed towards the fields where the golems and training dummies were. It was a pretty good time to train for a bit since he would need to stay on top of things for the most part...

Plus, he had no idea where Lyssa ran off to. "Probably ditching class," he grumbled, somewhat annoyed by her mannerisms of having fun instead of taking life seriously. They were attending this school to learn how to hone their magic abilities, along with having an education, not just to mess around... eh, who knows... maybe he was being a little too uptight?

... nah.

Regardless, upon his arrival, the fields were almost devoid of students. Taking a look around, he took note of one student who looked like she was weary from this all. Of course, she also had the appearance of a noble, so that wasn't too good. Rubbing the side of his head, he decided to approach the girl and do what he needed to do to keep this curse under control - flirt.

"Heya, you look pretty hot and not just from all the training you've been doing I bet," he spoke up, giving the girl an impish smile and a wink. Brushing the strands of hair from the front of his eyes, he made sure his stature was proud, bold, and obviously daring. There weren't enough nobles around to warrant him as a Kunze, so he could be ok for now.

Gwynn hadn't really been paying attention to the guy approach. The fact he greeted her with such a cheesy and obviously flirty line and carried himself like an uppity noble? Granted, he wasn't dressed like one, but she could smell a noble a mile away simply from how they carried themselves. Well, she laughed at his idiocy. She wasn't such an easy mark, especially for some noble brat.

"Wow that was terrible." She replied with a laugh. "I didn't think anyone could flirt that badly." She shook her head, giving him a smirk. "Next time, just say hi and we'll get along just fine. So if you don't mind you noble brat, get lost or you'll be getting a little more than a cold shoulder."

Lukas couldn't tell if that was a success or not, but for one, he could denote one thing.

This woman had somehow denoted him as a noble right off the bat, despite him trying to act in what he thought was a courtly way. This wasn't exactly what he planned at all. Immediately after the comment, his smile dissipated as he put a hand to his hip, raising an eyebrow on the matter.

"Noble," he uttered, speaking as if he was genuinely confused on the matter. "Sorry, but I'm nowhere near being one as much as it would be nice..." He looked off to the side, scratching the side of his head as he slouched just a bit.

Also, get lost? Ouch. He wasn't going to step down, not so easily.

"Hey, I can chill out, alright; don't need to act so frigid and send me away," he spoke, chuckling a little in response to her set-up. Of course, he could only assume she had some control over the cold with that comment of hers.

"My names Lukas Deboir, yours ice queen?" He smiled back affably, awaiting some sort of response as he refused to budge from his position.

What...was this guys problem? Gwynn simply stared at him somewhat in disbelief. Those terrible jokes aside, she was pretty sure this kid was one hundred percent noble. The blond didn't really know how to react at first, and simply folded her arms across her chest. She didn't want to deal with his bullshit right now. She really didn't want to deal with any nobles uppity bullshit.

"Okay, first of all, the name's Gwynn." She didn't add her last name to that. "And you 'Lukas' reek of uppity noble, and I don't want to deal with some noble brats flirty bullshit right now...so get lost." That said, maybe he wasn't. She really didn't know and was working on a few hours of sleep, a bad mood, hunger, and her generally normal snarky behavoir.

"But fine," She sighed, giving a shrug as her hands fell to her side. "Maybe your not, but I'm not in the mood for small talk right now, so still...get lost." It was then, a thought occured to her. Maybe she couldn't think of better ways to use magic, because she wasn't in an actual battle against another opponent. A small smirk formed on her lips. Well, this was a good idea. "Heh, unless you think you can take me in a fight."

His cheerful demeanor began to wane over the chat he was having with he, giving him the impression that something was obviously wrong. His smile began to falter and his eyes began to droop as he began pondering why she was acting so... irritable. Ignoring the uppity nobles comment for now, he pondered on what to say as she began to shoot off whatever was on her mind.

Suddenly, an opening presented itself to him - when she began leering at him with a smug grin on her face. He didn't exactly know what she had planned, but he could try to intercept it. "Er, Gwy-"

That was cut shorter than sliced ham as she decided to try and bring up the idea of a challenge - Lukas versus Gwynn. Of course, he was a little surprised by this, as he saw more nobles issued battles the other day versus commoners. Hmm... along with her comment, it did take one to know one. Putting a thumb to his lip, he began to tap it for a few seconds before setting his bag off to the side, grinning.

"Not a lot of commoners challenge one another to a one on one duel, you know," he grinned, taking his position. "As much as we would need a teacher for this, I'm sure we can keep things regulated."

Putting his hands to his hips, he was in the middle of thinking over something, until he got a horrible idea - a wager.

"This might just be a minor fight, but how about we make a wager to spice things up?" His grin became a little more wicked as he glared at the girl, before his voice became a little more stern. His gaze softened as he issued what he wanted.

"If I win, you have to go on a date with me; how does that sound?"

Gwynn stared at Lukas. A wager? Well, she was all for making things interesting. But a date? Now that was...certainly interesting. She was technically engaged so...going on a date with someone else was probably not a good idea. If Maoin was here she'd probably tell her not to. But Maoin wasn't here, and she didn't think of Swen as anything other than a friend. So her parents be damned. She didn't care one bit.

"...A date. With you?" She laughed again. "Well, alright then Lukas. If you win, I'll 'go on a date' with you." But that meant she should get something if she won...but what, exactly? She didn't particularly want anything from him, nor did she know anything about this guy. She smirked, having quickly decided on an action. "So, if I win...you let me test my spells on you for a week. No complaints."

Testing spells on him? That sound particularly chilling, but he wasn't inclined to decline the offer. Smiling confidently, he stared the girl down. "I don't think I would mind the 'testing' if it was from someone like you," he grinned closing one of his eyes as he drew one of his blades. "I accept the deal Gwynn... so..."

Assuming a fighting stance, Lukas planted himself firmly in the ground, that lax stare turning hard as that smile vanished. Gripping his sword firmly with one hand, he honestly didn't know this girls strengths, so he had to gauge it easily. "Let's dance."

Rushing forward, Lukas began the first stage of his assault with an uppercut slice, wondering how the girl might react in this situation. Despite her confidence, he didn't want to exactly destroy that too quickly due to the circumstances he was in.

Gwynn smirked, good! She could use a good fight to get her mind off things. And considering he looked to be like a swordsman, this was gonna be easy. She didn't mean to brag, but her swordsmanship was some of the best and she wasn't of the opinion she could lose to anyone her age when it came to it. Unfortunately, she didn't have her sword for this, so...she was going to get creative. While nothing beat a good steel blade, something else entirely could definitely work. As Lukas went in for an upwards slice, she quickly formed a long, thin, icicle in her hands. The cold would have likely bothered anyone else, but for her it was nothing more than a small discomfort.

The icicle was thin, but ice was more difficult to cut through and damage than one might think. She blocked the strike with ease, the thin blade catching Lukas' blade as it cut into the ice slightly....and started forming around the blade. With her free hand, a blunt shard of ice formed, and launched itself right towards Lukas' stomach, intending to wind him.

Drawing his second sword in the midst of his uppercut, he was thinking of launching his blade up just to throw her off and lunge forward... of course that wasn't exactly happening with what was planned.

As soon as the sword got stuck, Lukas knew this girl meant serious business as he watched the ice form over the blade. He would of tried to attempt to draw it out, but this girl probably had something up her other sleeve if she was just using one hand for this attack. Letting go of the frost coated blade, he barely had enough time to notice where her other hand was.

Quickly using his other blade, he brought it up, barely having enough time to completely block it. Instead, the shard of ice glanced off to the side as it hit the edge of the blade, flying right into the stomach of one of the target dummies. After that, he briskly jumped back, grasping his blade with his two hands as he distanced himself from Gwynn.

Gwynn smirked, glad that her little plan had worked out so well. It put some distance between the both of them, and it even cost him one of her swords...and gave her one. She dropped the ice in her right hand, making it fall to the ground with a dull thud as she grabbed the handle of Lukas's blade, intending on using it for herself.

"Not bad, noble." She smirked as he distanced himself. "But your not the only one who can use a sword. In fact, I like to think I'm better at swordplay than magic. So I hope you really do know how to use that thing." That said, she wasn't going to be using her sword for this. No, she was going to focus on her ranged attacks. See if she could get creative with them. Her standard ice spike wouldn't work against Aetheria, so she had to try something else.

Gripping the sword firmly in her hand she swiped her hand forwards in a horizontal fashion, five spikes of ice forming and launching themselves in Lukas' direction. He should be able to handle that alright, but if she could do something else...with the sword in her hand, she pointed it at Lukas following the ice spikes. She focused her magic under Lukas' feet, hopefully having its intended effect.

Unfortunately, the results were less than spectacular. It was semi-successful, but it wouldn't be harming anyone. Instead of the giant spike of ice jutting upwards she envisioned, more of a small spike of ice about knee height formed, likely only good enough to cause someone to trip.

As he held his sword, he listened to her monologue as he was far away from the girl. Honestly, it was the middle of the battle, not time to speak like you've won; Lukas was rolling his eyes durring the whole speech. The moment he stopped distancing himself was the moment she stopped speaking and began her next method of attack. Leaving the defense, he acted on the offense, moving forward as the girl sent out shards of ice at him.

Moving forward, he held his sword up, ready to deflect... if not for the unnoticeable piece of ice that formed beneath his feet. His eyes widened in shock as he began to fall towards the ground. He didn't have much time for reaction as he quickly went into a roll, recovering from his blunder and dodging the shards of ice in the process without realizing it.

Well, at least it had tripped him up. Well...if she was having trouble forming something from below...then something from above, might work better, then? Pointing the borrowed sword upwards and giving it a flourish, several shards of ice formed in the air above Lukas...and began pelting towards him like large chunks of baseball sized hail. She doubted such a move would work on someone with a defense like Aetheria, but it was a useful trick she had just improvised nonetheless.

As soon as Lukas executed his roll, he was ready to try and deflect those ice shards, only to feel some pressure on his sword as it rose above his head. It tilted sideways as he looked up, only to be greeted by a bunch of OTHER larger icicles raining down on him. Quickly pushing himself forward, he kept his sword above his head, deflecting one of the thick blocks of ice to the side and began dodging the hailstorm.

Dashing towards her, Lukas mustered all of his strength and used his telekinesis in tandem to launch his sword forward at a brisk speed that would be difficult to deflect. While there was the risk that he could kill her, she displayed her magical prowess and claimed to have some skill with the sword.

So he humored her as he avoided the barrage, weaving side to side as he let his mindful control over the blade go. Now he just had to leave it to physics to let this whole thing play out.

The counterattack, Gwynn had not been expecting. She had also not expected the fool to toss aside his only other weapon. What an idiot. But fine, then. He wanted to lose, then he could lose. That said the sword was flying pretty fast towards her, so she had to react quickly. She barely had enough time to sidestep the speeding sword, in fact the blade grazed her clothes lightly. If she hadn't dodged that...well, she'd like to not think about it.

Instead, she was about to win this.

As he ran at her, a thin layer of ice formed on the ground under him. Its effects were immediately obvious. The uppity noble slipped, and fell on the ground on his back. Immediately, Gwynn left her stationary post and stepped onto the ice, years of ice skating and practicing balance upon ice paying of. The blond quickly skated over to the Noble...and jumped on top of him as he slid to a halt once the ice melted. She straddled his chest with a smirk, pressing the pointed end of his blade into his neck. Lukas was likely getting quite the view. Gwynn was sweating just a bit from the exertion of all of her training that day, and was breathing heavily.

"So, how's it feel to lose?" She smirked from on top of him.

Lukas wasn't expecting the floor to quickly turn to ice as he fell onto his back, sliding on his posterior. Grunting in some pain, he barred his teeth, as that slightly hurt and dazed him somewhat. Even so he could still win this despite his misstep. Before he could get up, however, he found himself on the bottom of what looked to be a... very interesting situation. Thankfully, he managed to weave his blade from midair and guide it towards the back of the girls neck.

Of course, he couldn't exactly say anything else as he lied, there. Closing his eyes, he chuckled a little, letting loose knowing full well the battle had ended.

"I dunno; I usually prefer to be the one on top, but this works as well," opening them, he smiled, averting his eyes from her nicely rounded chest, looking straight at her. Lukas could see it, but she didn't. Moving his eyes, he stared passed her beautiful visage, as if he was glancing into the sky.

"You're pretty good, but I would say it's more of a draw at this point..." Making it more apparent, he pressed the end of the now floating blade into the back of her neck, being careful not to paralyze her.

"Say, wanna go another round Gwynn, or are you tired after one round," he teased, winking at her giving her a huge toothy grin.

Gwynn blinked. A draw? What did he mean by that? It wasn't long before she felt the end of the blade in her neck. Telekinesis? Well, that was surprising. Also kind of funny and somewhat annoying. She grit her teeth, glaring down at Lukas for a few moments before laughing.

"Well, I'll admit, I wasn't expecting that." She replied. "But ya know, I'm actually kinda tired. I've been at it since at least...I dunno, five this morning?" She exhaled, a long breath leaving her lips, dropping Lukas' sword next to him, stretching. "So uh, I'll take an IOU on a round two, heh." Right, she should probably get off. She stood up, reaching a hand down to help Lukas up from the ground as well.

"So, since we tied...how about you take me on a date and you become my training dummy for a week?" For the moment, Maoin and Swen both were shoved to the back of her mind. She actually had enjoyed that, and she had accomplished distracting herself, at least for now.

"Sounds good to me; this is the first time this has happened to me," grasping her hand, he accepted her help, smiling at her the whole time as she helped him up. A hot chick who was skilled in fighting and could easily hand his ass to him just as he could hand hers to her... now that is hot. Once he was off his back, he began brushing himself down, but not before her mentioning what they could both do.

Eyeing the girl, he nodded in agreement, finding this whole prospect to be exciting. "Ah, of course! I wouldn't say I'm too much of a dummy, considering my magic and the fact that I found you," he stared at the fallen sword, using his mind to quickly put them into their sheathes.

"So how about... training partner instead of dummy?" He looked at her softly, giving her a quaint smile. For now, he could worry about Lyssa and Luna because today was a great day.

"Pfft, nope, still training Dummy for now, Dummy." She replied with a chuckle, giving him a friendly punch on the shoulder. "See ya tomorrow then. I'll meet ya in front of the Library - oh and better bring your money, I'ma buy the most expensive thing on the menu." With that, Gwynn made her way to the bathhouse. She wanted a nice soak.
Quick everyone, collab on what they had their characters do with other characters :^)
Might jump in, might.
I'm not exactly feeling this whole rp anymore... I've honestly tried to get a post in, but I just don't feel the same hype I did a long while ago.

Sorry for holding you up @alexfangtalon, but you can go on without us. Maybe I can roleplay with some of you next time, but regardless, seeya all later, and good luck with this rp!

Lukas was remarkably happy by the response Luna gave, tilting his head back with a larger than life smile. In his eyes, Lunalel became two percent hotter with that statement, adding even more to certain attributes he admired. "That, and not a lot of people in my social class garner a proper education; no need to squander the opportunity," he chirped in, even though Lyssa had admitted to defeat.

... but he could only find the sparring match that was to transpire to be a interesting one. While Lyssa was his first friend, he did feel more inclined to be in support of the knightess due to healthy skepticism... but then again...

Tapping his lip with the nail of his thumb, he looked to the ground for a moment, pondering on the previous night. She mentioned herself beating up a bear, created a farfetched story, and had horns... that were not on her head today.

That was one difference he noticed from the latter eve.

Regardless, while they were off to head to class, with Luna gesturing to come along, he decided to try and walk ahead of the group... though, stopped upon hearing a few gossiping hens off on the side. He acknowledged the girls presence by eyeing them inquisitively, before smiling a little. While there was a glint of mischief in his eyes, he could make practice somewhat interesting.

That and the two female L's had agreed to sparring against each other today.

They had a considerable... hold on, before either of them had fun, weigh the consequences; there could be unwarranted attention. Say something else...

"Looks like you've garnered a few admirers Luna," he stated, smiling just a little as he nicked his head to the side, holding his head up with his hands shaped like an L or C. "Both male an female... though I wouldn't be surprised if even Lyssa had a few admirers too." He chuckled briefly before winking at the pink haired lass.

"Anyways, I look forward to watching you two in action later today.~"

The morning and afternoon classes flew by at a swift rate, though Lukas did ponder on why two of the teachers suddenly decided to not show up, even after the second day of classes nevertheless! Poor attendance or duty maybe? Myriads upon myriads of reasons could only fly into his head fleetingly before resuming what he previously was doing in class - note taking.

Riveting.

He oft noticed Lyssa was asleep in class; that possibly something he could talk to her about so she wouldn't get in too much trouble. As much as she seemed nice, Lukas wasn't exactly sure she was getting a great amount of education... and he was plenty sure she ditched class some time in the afternoon, as evidenced by the distinct lack of pink haired lasses in class.

Eventually the school day had come to a close for the most part... which meant it was time for training. As he stepped into the area, he pondered on where to go next. Lukas couldn't exactly spot the duo, despite his stature, which meant they probably went off to some training grounds? It would be a good time to get a good grip on the areas of the school if he couldn't exactly locate them.

Rubbing the back of his neck, he elicited a slight sigh as he passed down the steps, progressing through the crowds of peasants and nobles alike. As he moved through, he couldn't help but get the feeling that someones eyes were locked on the back of his head, piercing through his skull. His eyes jutted back to notice a group of blue blood taking glances at him as they moved before focusing on another person. Frowning, he couldn't help but feel somewhat... bothered by them... then again, it could be his paranoia switching on.

Regardless, as soon as he was far enough from them, he sat down off to the side and jutted the details about those nobles he had never noticed before; they were possibly upperclassmen, at most as they had older, much more distinct features.

From what he described, he was the shortest of the trio, though he seemed the most imposing and readily alert out of the three. Dressed in radiant red with green pants, he seemed to be the most well dressed, though it was a tinge bit too fancy.

Next was a lady who appeared much similar to Lunalel in knightly aspects, though, she appeared more stylish which distinguished her from the blonde haired beaut. She lacked the essential part of armor that protected her torso, but other than that, she looked well defended, though, appeared bored.

The final man was rather strange in retrospect and stood out like a sore thumb. His hair appeared to be dyed a dark shade of blue; generally most of what you saw on him was blue, aside from the white clothing; looked way to tacky. Seemed to be way too flamboyant and outgoing towards other nobles.

Closing his book, Lukas stood up, dusting himself off as he brandished his booklet before stashing it away. As discretely as he could, he began to traverse back to his personal dorm, but ended up catching wind of two nobles he saw in class chattering wildly. There was a bewildered look in one of their eyes, while the other just shook her head.

"... I mean it's a rather alarming story, isn't it?"

"Relax; I was here last year and they were immediately expelled right off the bat, despite being of said heritage... plus they only targeted peasants, so you should be fine."

Staring at the two, that raised an eyebrow for a few mere seconds before he lost interest in the rumor being spread. He saw them as nothing but trouble, turning from a mere ant hill to a smouldering volcano. Of course, one of the girls took note of him as he turned his head away, frowning as he patted his hip in a rhythmic fashion. Lukas didn't exactly catch hold of this as he traversed passed her, unaware she was descending in on him until he felt a delicate hand grasp his shoulder before shaking it.

"Hey, hey you! You're a peasant, right?"

Jolted by the sudden approach, he didn't turn his head quite yet, even though she kept acknowledging his existence. Eventually, the hand came off as he turned around, though the older girl pulled her back, scolding her for acting in such a brash way before apologizing for the way her cousin acted.

"Hey, no need to be so formal, though, I'm kind of surprised that you're apologizing for the way she's acting instead of berating me for not responding right off the bat," Lukas smiled, waving off the whole thing. Putting a hand to his hip, the woman could only squint her eyes, frowning at him.

"She was acting unladylike, and possibly surprised you; as much as I distaste saying it, you wern't at fault here," she replied with a hmph before telling the younger girl to be off to not bother themselves which such trifling matters, like interacting with someone as lowly as him. Well, at least they didn't scorn him right off the bat? Rolling his eyes and shrugging, he began to walk down the same path the duo were traveling before the younger piped up.

"Hey, just to give you a fair warning, there have been some be- mmph!"

"Quiet; we don't need silly rumors to start up again, especially things that transpired last year."

Lukas could only raise his eyebrow, wondering what they were exactly speaking about. "So what happened the prior year exactly?" He tilted his head to the side, staring at both of them with wide blue eyes. The more excitable and frailer of the two was shut down while the much more harsh lady began explaining.

"Some nobles didn't like the idea of certain people like you attending the school, so they went around beating them until said peasants would leave the school. It lasted for a day or two before they were ousted. Their actions were unacceptable and shamed us all, but they had one fair point." She raised a finger before stopping, Lukas coming to a halt too.

He felt that slender finger press against his chest as the girl looked at him with disdain. Lukas eyed her warily, staring at the way she was positioned, denoting it to be of a rather passive aggressive stance. Taking one step back, he leaned a little back as he frowned back at the girl, furrowing his brows. Her mouth was open, ready to fire off whatever ideals she had, but instead bared he teeth and refrained, leaving Lukas rather befuddled. However, she then mumbled something else that Lukas didn't catch and backed up before dragging her cousin away.

Lukas shook his head, putting a hand up to it, pondering over what she might of spewed under her breath. Leaving it alone, he sighed before walking the other way as he continued to explore the school, thinking on the topic of the beatings. Tapping his thumb against his lips, he stared off to the sides as he mapped out the campus mentally. As he continued around, he spotted a garden that was adorned with different types of beautiful flowers, ranging from myriads of different colors. Kneeling down, he couldn't help but smell a few, taking in the ambrosia of nature. He knew the next best place to take those two! Maybe he could pick a few for both of the lovely ladies... if it wasn't against school policy; didn't want to risk getting in trouble for such a minor misdeed.

Though, he did have to admit he was able to identify some of the flowers such as the Alpine Rose and Edelwiess. They reminded him of his homeland, though he didn't have enough time to dote on such things as there were other important endeavors to attend to.

Passing by the few starry eyed students who occupied the area, he passed by what looked to be a young man petting a... piece of roman cabbage as he sat on the ground. Lukas couldn't help but stare at the boy as the noble departed from the area, shaking his head at what action the boy was taking. "Strange boy," he mumbled before going on to seeking the training grounds.

...

...

After thirty minutes of seeking the place, he finally found it. The only thing that made it stand out was the large plot of land barely had any sort of grass growing on it, had a couple of training dummies for physical endeavors and large golems that had an hue within their eyes, ranging from purple to red. Their bodies looked no more than a slew of brown to a light shade of caramel. They lacked any mouths or distinct features other than their glowing eyes.

As he entered the area, he found most people hard at work, ranging from a few lower class civilians flinging elemental balls to nobles practicing their own magic, such as one drawing something on paper before releasing it to attack said golem. It appeared to be a swell place to fight it all out, however he lacked any sort of equipment, namely his swords.

He could always use one of the logs on the outskirts of the area to chuck and smash the golem, but it just wouldn't feel right without his weapons of choice. As Lukas discerned the vicinity, he passed on by two mages dueling with one of the teachers supervising the small event. Feeling the ring on his finger as he watched briefly, he decided to head back to his dorm, feeling the ring that was wrapped around his finger. It was time for some training.
Alright, so set him up for some trouble with two certain people, neat.
