Well, I was thinking, she mostly absorbed electrical energy, but discharged radiant energy. Maybe she could absorb all kinds of energy, but there is not much energy to be had in a rock falling or a bike driving, so she would mostly look for major sources of energy.
She would put her hand on an electrical outlet, charged up and blast beams from her hands.
However I also thought, she could create forcefields for protection. And... don't quite know the logical explanation for doing something like that.

I'm going for a semblence of realism, but also gotta remember this is superpowers, and a colony on mars in 2200. I'm not going to expect EXACT science. I think the I like is absorbing electrical energy, maybe later on we can explore other sources which probably require more thinking on how to store it (As what's the use if when you want to use your power you need to be plugged in? A walking battery is much better).

But limits and all that can be worked on once we get CS' going.

There will be a being called the Watcher who will have a representative who will appear in the IC to train people however he's not going to be a factor till after whoeever is in prison is broken out. So before that you'll have to have been on your own. Also I like the idea that she needs to ABSORB the energy. It's a nice tidbit to add.

We'll see if we can get about 2 more people interested before I go making a OOC, I will be going to see Age of Ultron tonight though so time constraints :P

Force Abilities: Has basic training with Telekensis, minute mind control and senses. Has studied primarily in abilities that relate to the mind under her Master Tyrell Omi-Ren
Force Illusion: Can create illusions that can size up to a Venator Star Destroyer however she can only make one illusion upto that size, the smaller the illusion the more she can create simultaneously.

Battle meditation/Empathy: She can sense and then influence the feelings of others. Of vital use during battle.

Telepathy: Gathered from a conjunction of the above abilities she can get general readings of what someone is thinking and even implant some images into someones head.

Memory Walk: Ability learned by accident, trying to see someones memories she inadvertently went on a memory walk. While it isn’t the nicest of abilities she has trained in it and kept in an option for if needed in the future.

Brief History: First and only daughter off Rola the previous Queen Mother she was three years old when the Old Republic ships came into Hapan Space. Daughter to the Queen she came into contact with Tyrell Omi-Ren, a Jedi General who was in command of the battlegroup looking for a safe port. It was her interference, unknowingly due to her force sensitivity, that allowed him to be trusted as when she saw him she immediately trusted him and walked straight upto him to be picked up by him. While she can barely remember it she will never regret that decision.

Throughout her time growing up being groomed to be Queen she has been trained by Tyrell Omi-Ren to be in the first line of Hapan Knights, an order led by Tyrell Omi-Ren who only agreed to make it on the condition that when he felt they were ready the Hapan Consortium would at least see what the wider galaxy held and over time he came to call Hapes his home, and even started a family his son becoming close to Tala despite the fact he was five years her junior.

Her training grew, as did the Hapan Knights and eventually on her 21st birthday her mother decided to make her Queen. Much to everybody's surprise she announced her engagement to Tyrell Omi-Rens son, Koran. Since then she has excelled in her training and at stabilizing politics and finances throughout the Consortium, now it is time to fulfill her families promise.

Force Abilities: Exactly the same as Talas except for he can’t perform a memory walk and his illusions are a bit more refined and have better range.

Brief History: His history pre-entering the mists isn’t known throughout Hapes to any except his family, and extended family. However since entering the mists he has went about adapting the Jedi Code to what he feels is a more apt depiction and making the Hapan Knights thanks to the interest of Tala.

He has also married since entering the mists to a Hapan Women, which given Hapan politics has been an interesting experience for him however he has managed to open the views slightly of those he has come into contact with in terms of sexism especially after becoming the Father-In-Law to the Queen Mother his importance has increased. The Hapan Knights have now officially replaced the Commandos as the elite force within Hapes, their number may be small but he ensures that they are well trained and disciplined, with the assistance of his former Padawan the Mon Cala Dob and fellow Jedi Lucila Harrow the order has grown to encompass almost fifty Knights.

With the upcoming mission to leave the Hapes Cluster it is rumoured that he will be commanding the mission.

Admiral Koran Omi-Ren

Age: 20
Force Sensitive: Yes
Force Abilities: Core Abilities, has tried to perform Electric Judgement however has only succeed in creating lightning when extremely angry/annoyed/emotive.

Skills/Traits:
Impatient: Unlike his father he doesn’t want to take his time, he wants to solve the problems, whatever they may be, quickly.
Quick on his feet: He may be impatient but he can think quickly to come up with a solution in a jam.
Out of the box thinker: It’s where he lives.
Respectable: Won’t order anyone to do anything unless he’d do it himself, which commands a certain level of respect.

Brief History: Growing up alongside the princess was likely to be tough, but despite it all they ended up becoming the best of friends and later that blossomed into love. However during his training to be a Knight he became impatient. He didn’t want to think of a way around the problem he wanted to solve it the quickest way possible, this has only worked for him so far as he can think quickly on his feet.

When him and Tala began to get close they decided to keep things secret, technically he was the son of an outsider. However when Tala became Queen she felt it would become too tough to keep things secret, and it was then that they decided to announce their relationship and even get married. Surprisingly there was little fallout with this decision, primarily as the Hapan Knights had become so powerful and respectable due to Tyrell Omi-Ren and as such it was seen as a smart choice.

In marrying the Queen Mother he has been awarded a position over the entire Hapan Military, which is a tough responsibility. He is torn between his arrogance and his caring and for the past two years has done everything he could to try to become a better leader, however Tala still needs to step in on occasion or even his father. Though when his father does it he needs to be careful to not undermine his command, it is a complicated situation…

Hapan Knights

The Hapan Knights are an order of Force Sensitive soldiers trained to perform the most difficult of tasks that the crown needs done, as well as devoting themselves to the Queen Mother and her protection in times of conflict (as they are better trained than the Royal Guard). They are lead by Tyrell Omi-Ren, Dob and Lucila Harrow and their number has reached almost fifty fully trained members battle ready.

Lessons are held different than in the Jedi Order and typically take a “classroom” setting approach. With those who have had several years of training go out with the newer pupils to enforce the law on how to use abilities in the field. Due to low crime rates quite often the conflict that arises is simulated.

They wield a lightsaber with an artificially coloured crystal, typically a royal blue however their armour itself is a redish colour and somewhat reminiscent of the armour the clones used to wear.

Brief History: Follow legends canon up until the end of the Clone Wars.

"Welcome to Mars! We do hope you enjoy your stay with us here-"

Mars, the year 2200. First we went to Mars, colonized the moon and then we went even further and colonized Mars. Terraformed it ot the best of our ability so that at the very least a mask wouldn't be necessary when venturing outside. Though watch your step, gravity isn't as strong as it is on Earth and there is a constant stream of immigrants not everyones body is adjusted, only those whose families have lived for several generations upon Mars have adjusted making everyone super strong by comparison and giving them the ability to leap tremendous distances.

Though this is all normal and the problems faced with setting up a colony on another world. What isn't normal is what in the future will be called the Mars Incident. The cause hasn't been discovered if their is a cause but people throughout Mars seemingly at random have been gaining extra-ordinary powers beyond that of normal humans. Mutating into so much more, some of these side effects are visably obvious in terms of physical changes however some adjust only the inner workings of a person. Telekinesis, telepathy, the ability to create fire all these abilities have been documented and so much more and it has become a threat. While at first this was seen as spectacle someone loosing control, or going mad, with power changed everything. Now powered people are hunted, imprisoned and the entire planet is under quarantine. Though there are mysteirous goings on behind the scene, as the investigation continues....

So basically I wanted to take a spin on the typical Super-Hero RP. Set on a mars colony, depicted above and yet to be named we will be playing either individuals who have been imprisoned due to having powers, people just discovering their powers or even non-powered people either helping those with powers or leading the investigation. Both those with powers and the Government authority want to know what is going on and why this is happening. Whether they want to stop it, cure it or replicate it is yet to be seen. More importantly, will freedom be earned? If so, how will life be changed?
