so here is a question: can i write she took part of a few off world missions in skirmishes with the lucian allience? Cause as much as I'm sure trietes work(yeah right I bet the lucians try to break it every time they think they can get away with it)

Like the Goa'uld/Asgard Treaty it doesn't stop all fighting. It just goes to the point where they go "You leave these worlds alone, and we'll leave those worlds alone." and then theres a lot of leeway with it. So yeah you can have had skirmishes with the Lucian Alliance, and the treaty is a new development (I forgot to put on that it was officiated in 2014). So it has only existed for two years anyway ;)

okey, no problem with that but about the rank, should I just lower it?

It depends, me and Forsythe need to discuss it when he's back. Blacks rank is from an old RP that died, and it's been a couple of years since that assignment so we're thinking of having the Character promoted. We don't want a Doctor outranking the Captain ;) Though if you want the Colonel in your name you could go a Lt.Colonel if you want to lower it the now.

Is this a Multi National Force like Atlantis?

Multi-national, Multi-planetary ;) As long as if you're from another planet you're either from an ally or have a good reason :P. Though yeah, there will be poeple from all over the world.

yep that was pretty much the idea lol go to get degree; get degree; become military; and I imagine the military has a post doctoral training so it all works out lol

It does, military forces now a days have a lot of training programs. So that works, it just wasn't too obvious.

as for the family thing, well the idea was her family were military, so as compromise between her and familly she both became a doc and join military for everybody to win~ I think the fall out between her and her family will be somethign not connected to story like, maybe a boyfriend... or trying to ahve her marry or something stupid like that that usually causes the familly frictions in animes and tv shows.

and okey I will think of what will happen in that gap. ^_^

Well I think the best way to do that then, which makes sense would be maybe she starts University to become a Doctor then gets pushed into signing up when she leaves a qualified Doctor?

History: Miyako was born in a military family. As such from an young age, she knew she will end up in the family business so to say. Still combat wasn't a thing she was attracted to as much as medicine. So as compromise, while she still joined the military for her family, she still finished her medical degree.

In kind of a rebellious phase, a few years after joining the military, she went ahead and got herself those tattoos after a huge falling out between her and her parents. Things escalated to the point where she was disowned, but she paid that no mind. Instead of getting hang over that incident, she concentrated on her career.

Slowly, but steadily she escalated through the ranks until she reached the rank of colonel, which she took as great honor for herself. One day she was approached by some higher ups with a proposition.'Was she willing to join a some kind of project.' According to them this was going to be a one time proposition, if she was to refuse it now, she will never be approached or see the two of them again. Seeing how she already broke ties with her relatives a few years ago and the fact herself had no family, Miyako decided this was only the natural progress forward so she readily said yes. That was how she joined the SGC.

Personality: Miyako is in general very calm and collected person. She is very hard to get agitated or angry, but once that fuse has been lit, explosion is bound to happen. She likes to spend time among people and have nice chats with them. Another thing she likes to do is spar whenever it's possible. Be it with weapons or just hand to hand, she enjoys every kind of fight as it proves excellent way to relieve stress. As practitioner of Kendo, her main strength is sword fighting, though the experience and knowledge she acquired with the sword proves useful in hand to hand combat too as her reflexes are fast and her vision sharp. Another weakness Miyako has is towards alcohol. She likes to drink sake, though the military regulations make it difficult to drink freely, so that's mostly reserved for when she is off duty.

2) A Degree in Biology, and a Medical Doctor that can perform surgery at 31... in the Military? :P Might want to cut one out (Probably biology) doesn't mean you can't contribute to any medical problems. Like Fraiser or Beckett did.

3) You can't train to be in the military while at university, at least not in any country I know ;) A way to really spite your family, if that's what you wanted to do would be for her to join the Military... and then to become a medic/doctor.

4) Theres two gaps, I personally only care about one. Between joining the SGC and being stationed aboard the Nyx what did she do to prove herself worthy of joining such a small team?

I do have some questions. :)

1. What's the status on the Pegasus Galaxy/Atlantis, is that galaxy fully explored and be able to play races from there?

2. Is the whole SGC Program still a secret from the general pupblic?

3. What happend to the Destiny from SGU? (Never saw the finale from that.)

1) I'm going with the Stargate Atlantis: Legacy Books. Great books (Newest one was released last month) Atlantis is back, kicked the ass of an all powerful Wraith Queen (With the help of other Wraith who they're now allied with and have a Protected Planet type treaty, as well as a new drug) and the Vanir are being more proactive. I can't tell you how this arc ends as I just got the new book. Depends what Race you want to play.

2) Currently, yes. Almost every country in the world is in on it at this point but the world still isn't aware.

3) I'm going with the assumption Destiny did the 3 year trek between the two galaxies and everyone is safe and well and have still made the decision to continue with Destiny's mission rather than trying to waste time turning it around.

I know that DRONES: OP, ASGARD BEAMS: OP... I mean an armada of ships couldn't take down a single ori ship... 1 ship with asgard beams took it down single hand. :3 I understand I was just curious.

Okey another question. Let's say I make a japanese character. Will she be able to take a katana on board or everything must be armi supply?

If it's some kind of ceremonial sword deal that isn't carried around all the time/taken on missions I see no problem.

History:

Phil had an average childhood, in a middle class home born into a farming family in the borders. He began studying physics and became really interested in it during high school. Even in his early years at school he became engrossed in science, in his spare time he would find out as much as he could from either books or television. His focus even began to turn towards planes and how they worked. There was always a real desire for knowledge driving him. So he focused on Engineering and Physics throughout his high school years. Getting his advanced highers in both Mathematics and Physics. He then moved onto university.

During his university years he did a BCS in Aeronautical Engineering in glasgow. Though wanting something more near the end of his course, when he began looking into doing a course in theoretical physics. It was always his dream to build something or design something to go into outer space and this was his ticket. After over a decade of upper education he had his doctorate and plenty of knowledge under his cap, now it was just time to use it.

Having being picked up on the radar for some of his comments on “testing” papers posted online by the SGC he was quickly scooped by by the people at Area 51 working on the X-301. While he didn’t initially see the ship for months, and was instead working on prototype and theoretical equipment eventually he was granted clearance to know what was actually going on, and finally knew why he was being allowed to see this research despite him being a foreigner.

After the 301 failed, he was moved onto the project for the 302. Which was meant to be the first human built aircraft, which later succeeded however after that he was moved between various projects. Working on the X-303, studying Goa’uld Tel’tak and learning Asgard technology from the Asgard themselves. However after moving around a lot, doing various work to construct or refine ship designs and a short time on Atlantis he found himself assigned to the IOA vessel the Catherine Langford.

In this posting he was required to oversee some of the latest BC-304 upgrades as well as perform any duties required of him. Including the implementation of “FESS” in all the craft aboard the Langford after he put his prototype in a prototype “R-302” (Recon 302) which saved the life of it’s pilot. Eventually he went on to go help liberate Langara. When he began to make breakthroughs in the field of cloaking ships (Though only for small ships) Homeowrld Command was already coming up with it’s concept of the 307, and it’s purpose.

Lawson was an obvious choice, and since then he has been designing the 307 and helping to construct the vessel.
