So I have been on the Guild for a long, long, long, long, long, long, LONG time. I first joined the OldGuild around, my best guess would be 2012? I've been active in the Star Wars scene on the Guild since then, there have been very few games based around that genre that I haven't at least nosed my way in on. My very first game was a Star Wars game and that's what actually really got me into the Star Wars Franchise.

It's weird to think but I am such a major Star Wars nerd these days, yet before I was on the Guild I wasn't. I got into a Star Wars RP, got onto the Wikia, and then away I went into a spiral of nerd-om that I currently live within. I've grown since then, I game quite a bit, I write when I can. I have a wikia full of a lore to my own original creative universe and play around with some 'cool' comic book nerds.

I do have such a fondness for the marvel/netflix themes though. Talk about summing up a character in one song.

Yeah I'll admit they're great. THAT Daredevil intro, is just sooo good. I think the difference is Marvel does it's character themes but music doesn't play as big a part of the episode, at least that's how I view it. Whereas Musics a really big part of the Marvel shows, except for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and it's not as definitive (but still certifiably awesome).

Now.

Time for the real question

Which Kingpin? I gotta go and say, while I loved the Netflix series of Daredevil. Kingpin just didn't seem right to me, whereas the 2003 incarnation nailed it. Also went to prove that when casting you can venture from the source material a bit, and doing so will wield some amazing results. As a kid, the Kingpin from the movie scared the bejeebus outta me. Just so... threatening and calculating.

The one from Netflix well, I won't go into more just encase someone hasn't seen it yet.

Prove it!!

I would, but I'd rather just share this:

You gotta hand it to Blake Neely. I like the Marvel shows (Especially the Netflix as Marvel lets them go darker), but the DC ones will always win out purely for the soundtrack. I suppose even Super-Girl. Though that's only due to obligatory mention.
@Sep Sad to hear man, you're always a joy to RP with, hope you can keep the SW flame alive.

As Ellri says, I just need the right spark.
-ignore, i did not post my post here by accident-

You totally did, but I wasn't here to catch you out like last time.

-curses-

Also I've told @Morden Man but I'll throw it here incase there are any Colossus fans (Heh). I do have arcs in mind for him, but I want to say that they will all be tweaked slightly more than simply being in a DC/Marvel verse. I also need to tweak them due to the fact the Cold War is over as is the USSR (Which obviously plays a part in most of his solo original arcs, being written when the USSR and the Cold War was a thing).

It makes it a bit challenging to write some of his fun arcs, but I feel like I'm up to it.
@Dblade26 Blue Beetle for President 2016!

Though if we're talking 616 Tony then that's a big fallacy. If we're talking combat training then he's had plenty of that from the likes of Steve Rodgers, Rhodey, SHIELD, ETC. On top of that he has far more suit-based combat experience than Bat's, which has to count for something. And, as D quite rightly points out, Tony's top-tier suits are ridiculously powerful. To beat Tony at his best, Bats would have to come in his best too, and I don't think it would all that cut and dry.

Depends, if 616 Tony was at the same point as Frontier Tony it would be a similar instance.

Though you have a point, it also depends on Batman. If it was a random fight and he was caught off guard I'd give it to Iron Man but with preparation I'd say it'd go to Bats.

Though you have a point, it depends on IC occurrences.

It's all speculation in the end.

I'd like to think so considering that's his whole hat, but I suppose it depends on how much prep time Batman has had.

I think Batman in a reasonable suit could beat Iron Man in the best suit.

As Iron Man (for the most part) just relies on his suit and doesn't have any training or anything.
We need to have a Super-Suit convention.

Have all the smart people with Super-Suits meet up and compare notes... which would then up in a competition and someone would end up with a broken suit.
@DrewVonAwesome its the only field in any media that Banner gets to beat everyone else in everytime.

Let him have this :L

I mean he is smart in other fields but Gamma energy and radiation is his baby.
Don't forget @Callmechaotix but I figured as much. We've been talking a little to the resident Doom about a possible story involving Doom and the Fantastic Four but I think we'll stick with the super skrull plans, and go to Doom after that.

Is he still around? It's hard to tell when all F4 posts are collabs.

I feel like with all the Skrull stuff I will need to speak to Ded about Avengers Arc order... not going to replace Arc 1 but it may come up sooner (Not saying what arc).

Though yeah it's just to give Banner a direction right now and a possible idea for something to happen later.
