So I have been on the Guild for a long, long, long, long, long, long, LONG time. I first joined the OldGuild around, my best guess would be 2012? I've been active in the Star Wars scene on the Guild since then, there have been very few games based around that genre that I haven't at least nosed my way in on. My very first game was a Star Wars game and that's what actually really got me into the Star Wars Franchise.

It's weird to think but I am such a major Star Wars nerd these days, yet before I was on the Guild I wasn't. I got into a Star Wars RP, got onto the Wikia, and then away I went into a spiral of nerd-om that I currently live within. I've grown since then, I game quite a bit, I write when I can. I have a wikia full of a lore to my own original creative universe and play around with some 'cool' comic book nerds.

A sense of betrayal and confusion, confliction and fear, radiated from Mevenn. She trusted Mach with her life, like she had all the other clones. That however did not change the fact that they had turned on her. They had been her brothers in arms, they had served together faithfully throughout the course of the Clone Wars. Then they had just turned on her, as if none of that had mattered. If nothing they had done together mattered, the times they had saved eachothers lives. Lay side by side in the rain, camped down trying to get what little sleep they could while the war marched on around them. All of that was gone.

She took a deep breath, centering herself. "I was in the woods. I was fighting some form of darkside user, he spoke in riddles. The end of the Jedi, that we had already won the war. I didn't think much off it, I just assumed he was some form off new Separatist soldier, some form of adept to counter the numbers of the Jedi. Or maybe some former acolyte of Count Dooku, perhaps his would be replacement?" She shrugged. "Once I was finished with him, the rest of the squad showed up. Without saying anything they attacked me." Mevenn was glad for her helmet at this point, as tears were beginning to form in her eyes. She silently wished she hadn't removed the voice filter on the helmet, as her voice began to crack up.

"It was me or them."

A sob escaped her.

"They were my brothers, and my friends. I had no choice." Mevenns head dropped, shame filling her.

PART ONE: ROGUE TAKEOVER

LIGHTNING IN A STORM

If Weather Wizard was feeling nostalgic after getting out of prison, then he was just going to love the reunion she had planned.

Iris ran against the winds, as she reached the edge of the storm the air became cool. She could feel the wind fighting against her, trying to push her back. Rain began to fall, splashing off ground as it struck the harsh surface of the badlands. She ran straight at Weather Wizard, intending to take him out before he even noticed she was there however as she started to get close Iris noticed that he raised a hand to the side and a massive gust of wind hit her right side. She went tumbling away, feeling as if she had just been hit by a car. Rolling with the wind she came into a crouch looking right at Mardon.

“Give up now Mardon. I’ve already beaten you once before, don’t make this worse than it has to be.”

Pushing herself onto her feet as there was a clap of thunder she charged Mardon, a bolt of lightning striking the ground behind her. She felt the surge of power as the electricity dissipated into the ground.

Snart crouched behind the seat, pushing his feet against the seat behind him. Bracing himself as the bus shook from the impact, he nodded over at Mick who stood up suddenly, running down between the rows of seats and out of the door. He could hear the sound of flame being thrown from the modified flamethrower Heatwave used. Standing up himself, Leonard Snart walked down between the rows of seats. Stopping to pat their driver on the shoulder. “Good job, Overdrive.”

The kid looked up at him, through that emotionless helmet and nodded. “I’ve done my part.”

“Now we’ll do ours, five minutes. Keep the engine running.” The sounds of alarms could be heard by this point, he looked down at the watch that sat on his wrist. By all estimates based on her takedown of Mota, takedown of Heatwave while he was enhanced by the Silver Surfer and her subsequent injured travel time to New York they had approximately ten minutes where it would take her to beat and subdue Weather Wizard, learn about their current operation and then arrive in time to stop it. Five minutes gave them a safety net, should Mardon fail to hold her for a full ten minutes. Besides, the job shouldn’t take too long anyway.

Iris jumped into the air to try and grab Mardon, she had initially moved in for a punch but the wind had picked up behind him and raised him into the air. Obviously since the last time that Iris had thrown him in jail he had decided to go out and learn some new tricks. Jumping into the air she could see the smirk on his face as she was obviously going to fall short. Arms at her sides she spun them, casting herself into the air after him.

The two collided in a mess of limbs as he knocked her off course, the two falling onto the dirt. Rolling to the side as she heard a particularly nasty gust of wind coming towards her she winced as he back was hit by a shower of hail. It felt like getting hit by thousands of BB Pellets. Iris pushed herself back onto her feet and focused on the vibrations within her body. The pellets dropping straight through her without hurting her. Iris smiled as she looked at Mardon. “You’re not the only one that’s learned new tricks Mardon.” She spun as the pellets continued to pound into the ground, bouncing up and away. Carving into the ground. Iris turned and started to run around Mardon, a vortex starting to form around him.

“You’re not the only one who can do that trick Flash!Electricity flashed and sparked as he raised his Weather Wand into the air and began to spin it around in a wide circle, counter to the spin that Iris was doing. She groaned as the wind pushed back against her, thankful for the suit being at least somewhat aerodynamic. Lightning cracked all over the Badlands as the two vortexes fought with one another for supremacy. Iris could only hope that the weather was contained to the Badlands, and that it wasn’t affecting the city when she wasn’t there to prevent any major damage.

“Think about this very carefully.” Snart gave nothing away in his body language. Gun held in one hand, raised unwavering at the guard standing in front of the door deep within Iron Heights. Behind him Heatwave guarded the rear, a corridor of scorch marks marked their trail into the guts of the prison. Now they stood before what had to be the highest security door in the place, with only two minutes to go until the five minutes were up. After that Overdrive would leave, and they’d have no quick exit. “We’ve tore through this entire facility to get here. Now you’re all that stands between us and what we came here to get. I have a timetable to keep, open the door and you won’t get hurt. Mess with my timetable and you won’t be able to collect your paycheck next week.” The guard turned, hand shaking and placed his hand on the scanner. It flashed green before there was a loud buzz and the door opened.

Avoiding smiling Snart walked through the door, nodding at Heatwave who planted the butt of his gun against the guards head with a crack. There was a whooshing of running water as a tidal wave came towards him. Snart was unmoved as he raised his gun in the air in a sign of parlay, and his other hand in a gesture to stop. The tidal wave stopped inches in front of his nose before reforming into the shape of a man.

“Who are you?”

Mevenn thumbed the activation stud on her lightsaber, the green blade receding intot he hilt as she let go off the Clone. Instead using the Force to lift over his weapons, clipping the blaster to her utility belt and sliding the pistol into the holster. She nodded her head to the Clone, indicating that he should go first. "I'm ready for anything now Master. Nobody else is going to jump me in the same way that they just did. No-one." She walked up the ramp behind the Clone Trooper, the little astromech droid belonging to their droid whizzing up to greet them. Obviously worried about the fact that the war was rapidly approaching the ship, and all of its occupants.

Mevenn hung back, shaken to her core belief. What kind of order could cause the Clones to betray them? They had worked together for years, some of them since the beginning of the war.

"What's going on Master? Why do I sense such fear, and suffering? Why can't I sense my Masters presence?"

You know it.

Glad it looks like they're giving time to some of the less used characters from last season, though. Wonder Girl was basically just set dressing for season 2. No Tim or Barbara and a shot of Damian makes me :angry_emoji: though.

Gib Tim screentime >:(

People are saying it apparently isn't Damian, other people know Bat-Brats better than me, who else can it be? The look looks very Damian.
<Snipped quote by Sep>

Ahem.

Blue Beetle tho. <3

I'm more set off by the fact that apparently Wonder Woman in that universe now has that awful turtleneck costume they've been giving her in the new DC animated movies. Seriously, WTF is that supposed to be? I get if they want to get away from the old swimsuit costume, but what part of "Amazon warrior princess" includes a turtleneck and Jeff Hardy arm-stockings?

Who knows?

Was that, Damian Wayne Robin I saw? Oh boy, I'm sure there'll be some vivid opinions here about that.
Most of the camp by this point was deserted. Either due to fleeing the Separatists that were at this point no doubt advancing, or the Jedi running at them from either direction. Especially after Mevenn had just singlehandadly destroyed one of their towers without actually using a physical weapon. As Kresst approached with Mach she grabbed the Clone with the Force, tripping him and sending him to his knees. "The Clones are the ones that betrayed us!"

Mach grunted as he had the wind knocked out of him. Grunting through bared teeth. "Commander? What's going on?"

Mevenn pointed the end of her lightsaber at the Clone. "The rest of the squad attacked me, something about following orders."

"Sir, that can't be-"

"That is right!" She sighed. Swallowing her emotions, getting angry at this point wouldn't help their position. Still applying pressure ont he Clone with the Force, she turned to Kresst. Though her face was concealed beneath her helmet, the resignation still carried through in her voice and her aura within the Force. Mevenn was scared. "What should we do Master?"

Abilities:

Combustion
Pyrokinesis
Telekinesis
Run/Jump

More will be added as we go on probably.
Mevenn limped her way back to the cruiser. Wounded. Droid ships continued to break through the atmosphere coming down to the planet. She could only hope that Kresst hadn't been killed in whatever altercation he had been dealing with within the temple. She had sensed the disturbance in the Force, the rush of the Darkside coming from where the temple was. The loss still stung her to her core, her brothers in arms. Friends, allies. People she trusted more than anyone else had turned on her. In the past she would have turned to her master, but she couldn't even sense the connection to the old Ithorian anymore. The bond between Master and Apprentice was usually one of the strongest bonds a Jedi could form, allowing an almost sixth sense to exist between them.

Instead she felt isolated, there was no caring warmth for her when she tried to seek out her Master in the Force. Only a void filled with pain and fear. Mevenn hoped that was her own insecurities altering her judgement, that the connection was just there but her perceptions were being clouded by the darkness that existed on this world.

All she could do was hope.

Breaking through the treeline she saw the ship and sped up towards it. Her danger sense kicked in as she heard people shouting, Mevenn rolled to the left, right hand pulling her lightsaber off it's clip at her hip and igniting it sending a stray bolt of blasterfire back to its source as various shots began to ring out in her direction. Mevenn turned to face the turret, set up in the ruined tower, blocking blasters with her lightsaber. Unable to redirect them back at the target due to the sheer volume of blasts that came towards her. Focusing on the blaster energy pack, she poured energy into it through the Force. The pack exploding collapsing the tower. The screams of those that had been within the tower pierced the air, and she could feel the wave of heat approaching her.

Running towards the ship she felt a familiar presence in the Force, looking up from the opposite direction her heart skipped a beat as she saw Mach and Master Kresst rushing towards her.
