[Shiny Keldeo]

Welcome! If you're reading this, than you decided to drop by for a visit and check out my profile! If not, then why are you still reading this right now?

The name's Keldeo, Shiny Keldeo. I joined the Guild about a two years ago after my first forum fizzled out. I thought I knew what I was doing with Roleplay when I came on the scene, when in reality I had barely scratched the surface of what I had to learn.

My first few RPs went bust, but with each failure I gained valuable experience to learn from, and eventually I started up a fairly successful RP known as Digimon: As the Lights Fade. However, it eventually went bust as over half the RPers, including my Co-GM, poofed and dropped without much warning.

Then came two of my longest running RPs. Pokemon: Legendary Guardians and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Shadows of the Past. Both were filled with great characters and I made a ton of new RP friends in them. Sadly, too many problems arose in both, and I was forced to shut them down.

I wasn't done with Legendary Guardians, however, and rebooted it to try my hand at it once more. So far, it's still going strong, thanks to dedicated people like Ninian and Light Lord, who've helped it stay alive through it all. I'm still not done yet, there's still more creative genius in me waiting to be tapped into!

Roleplay Information

I like to stick to Casual mostly. I've never tried anything in Advanced, but I just can't do anything in Free. I like to include way more dialog and information in my posts than I can post in Free.

I usually prefer to RP with Multiple Characters. It's easier for me to say more and do more, whether that being a Digidestined with a Digimon, a Pokemon Trainer with their Pokemon, or multiples of either.

Speaking of which, there are several subjects to which I usually work with in RP. The biggest being Pokemon. I'm up for (almost) anything, Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, or just being a normal Trainer is completely fine with me. Other interests include Digimon, Star Wars, and various other subjects that would be too numerous to name here.

Brent Ignia and Lily Meadows
[Route 701]

@Ninian @Light Lord
It seemed a minor argument had erupted between Nasir and Devon's other Pokemon, but it was quickly settled it appeared. They smiled at the mention of how nice it was traveling together. "Same here, travelling along isn't as fun as it is with some friends, and making new friends is one of the main things about a journey!" Brent nodded. "Yeah, my Brother has some friends he travels with in Johto, specifically this one Girl, her name's... Marie I think. They're amazing in Double Battles, I'll tell ya... but yeah, it's great traveling together. I was planning on finding someone to travel with, but I didn't think I'd be travelling in a group like this. Feels nice, though."

While Lily and Brent couldn't understand the conversation between Nasir and Devon's Pokemon, Chikorita and Cyndaquil could clearly hear. <I get it, so Nasir likes to take matters into his own hands a bit too much? It's just because he cares so much for you guys and Devon.> Said Chikorita. <Exactly. He doesn't want to see any of you getting hurt unnecessarily, but sometimes it is good to stand back and ask for help!> Said Cyndaquil. They kind of surprised each other by how mature they spoke, and then broke into a quick fit of giggling.

Then all of a sudden, Lily heard a voice, a voice only she could hear.

"Why... why are they after me?"

She stopped quickly, looking around her looking for the cause. "Did... did any of you hear that? Please tell me you did this time..." She said nervously. Brent stopped, carefully listening around him. "I still don't hear anything weird, what did you hear?" He asked. Lily was now very nervous. "It... it was a voice... something being chased... I'm not sure what it means..." Brent walked back, patting Lily on the shoulder. "You're probably just still nervous about this being your first day on your journey, you're hearing the wind and thinking you hear voices. It'll go away, trust me." Lily was still very unsure about it, but looked to everyone around her.

"Y... yeah, you're probably right. I am pretty nervous right now... I probably am just hearing things..." She said, but that wasn't what she thought. "I know I heard that voice, it was crystal clear. Now I'm starting to worry... what's happening to me?" She shook her head and started walking again, with Brent next to her, making sure he was now listening carefully. "I doubt Lily actually heard something like that, but it wouldn't hurt to look, right?" He thought as they continued walking.

Brooks
[Somewhere Near Route 701]

"I knew something was up! The place is trashed!" He said, standing over what looked to be a once very large and beautiful flower garden. It was rittled with holes, burn marks, and footprints. "There's only one reason they would do something like this... I have to stop them before it's too late!" He said, looking to his partner. "Let's go, we've got no time to lose!" He grabbed a Pokeball from his belt, tossing it out and revealing the Pokemon Noivern. "Noivern, get up in the air and try and find anyone you'd find "odd" moving through the forest!" He said, his Noivern nodding and taking off high into the air.

"And while he looks from the air, we'll look from the ground. Let's go, Feraligatr!" He said, taking off into the woods with his Water Type Partner right behind him.
Selena the Bayleaf
[Folio Town - Town Square]

@Ninian @Light Lord
Selena followed Devon out to Town Square, she'd spent more time there that day than she had in the past month she supposed. She looked around a bit, not seeing any sign of Mr. Brick nearby. Then she spotted him, or at least she thinks it was him, passing just out of sight near the Juice Bar. She was about to say something when she heard Devon's grumbling.

She turned to see him look like he was about to be sick, but instead of Vomit came Water, a Water Gun Attack to be specific. It headed right for the blue Kirlia with them. "Uh oh..." She said, turning her head not wanting to watch.

Breeze the Shaymin and Fuse the Luxio
[Folio Trunk - Town Path F7]

@Ninian @Light Lord @Lucius Cypher @Empour
Fuse listened to Gren continue to stubbornly persist that they go as deep as they can. "This kid... he's got no clue how serious we're being right now... if he makes one wrong step down in the roots he could find himself in a world of hurt, or worse... We aren't being cowardly, we're being smart, there's more to this line of work than he thinks..." Fuse thought to himself. Letho spoke up again, insisting that it would be safe. "I feel we should have talked this over with Glyph a bit more before we came down, at least then we would have had a concrete plan... and if Xicu is as bad as they say... I don't even know anymore... I'm not leaving until the jobs done, but there has to be a limit." He said in reply.

When he offered to go scout ahead alone, Breeze shook her head. "Not alone, you won't. I'll go with you if you do. My name may be Breeze, but that doesn't mean I'm a push over." She said confidently. Fuse shook his head, everything about this mission reeked of disaster. Letho whispered the last bit to him, and he couldn't help but agree. "You've got that right, I was just thinking that. That's the deal with kids his age, they really don't understand the dangers down that deep. The last thing I want is to have to go to his "Mom" and tell him... well... you get the message. It's up to you." He replied quietly.

When Karaha mentioned the Pokemon ahead, Fuse looked forward to the stairs, and sure enough there was someone... another Aron? Wait... Fuse swore he recognized that Aron from somewhere... "I think that Aron is from Folio... I can't place the name though..." Breeze floated up next to him. "Well, what do you think he, or she, is doing down here? And whoever they are, they look scared..." She replied.
Bryce Crest
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

@Ninian @Sketcher
As he neared the Pokemon Center on this route, he wondered if he was really doing the right thing by continuing on his journey. His Pokemon supported him all the way, but of course they would. This is Bryce Crest, a former Olympic Level Athlete now Pokemon Trainer. Dressed as if he were ready for the beach, wearing a pair of dark blue shorts and a pair of flip flops, with a white short sleeved shirt covered by a light blue jacket. A blue gem hung from a necklace he wore. His green eyes looked towards the doors to the Pokemon Center as he neared the building. He had semi-spiky tan hair which barely ruffled as a breeze blew past.

At his side was an oddly colored Flareon. "Well Maya, we're here. Let's take a breather, might even stay the night here, I have no clue how long it'll take us to reach the next town." He said to the Flareon, now known to be named Maya. She sighed. <Bryce couldn't be any less enthusiastic about this trip... hopefully that changes soon...> The Flareon mumbled before following her trainer inside.

As they walked in, there seemed to already be a few trainers hanging out in the main room. He didn't pay much attention to them, though. He headed for the far side of the room (With his easily noticeable but not detrimental limp), sat down at a table, and began grabbing out a few Pokemon Food Bowls from his backpack. "Well, time to eat guys." He said, bringing two standard Pokeballs to his hands and opening them up, releasing a Manectric and a Swampert. Both of which stretched out after being kept in Pokeballs for so long.

<*Yawn*... Are we at the airport yet?> Asked the Swampert. <Been there, seen it, left it, you missed it, Moss.> Said Maya, who was perched up on the Table to be eye level with the Swampert. <Easy you two, no need to start another argument here...> Interjected the Manectric, who had already seen many simple chats like this grow into full blown battles. <We weren't arguing, Striker!> The two said in unison, the Manectric named Striker sighing. <The one time you two agree on something...>

By now Bryce had the feed bowls out and filled, distracting them all from whatever had just transpired. Bryce gave off a genuine smile before returning to his thoughts on the Unova League Tournament a few months prior. "I can't believe, after all the work I put into being a trainer, and it seems I haven't grown at all... is it even worth it?" He thought. He looked down to his Pokemon. "They think it is, and I'll do it for them, but I'm not sure if it's worth it anymore..." He remained silent as his Pokemon ate.
Bryce Crest

Appearance: Coming Soon...

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Personality: Bryce was once a very confident, if not overconfident, individual. However, since an unfortunate accident and many failures as a trainer, he has become filled with self-doubt, almost a shell of his former self. He continues to move forward as a trainer for his Pokemon, and the now slim dream that he could one day make a name for himself. Around other people, he puts on his former persona of a confident, proud individual. But those who really know him know the real truth.

Hometown/Region: Dewford Town, Hoenn

History: Being born on Dewford Island, more specifically Dewford Town, Bryce had swimming pretty much in his blood. As he grew, so did his passion for the water. Every day he would be out in the ocean, honing his muscles and stamina. It was hard to get your name out today, there were few things to do so. But Bryce knew what he wanted to do, what he wanted to become. He wanted to be famous.

Unlike most kids his age, he didn't become a Pokemon Trainer on his tenth birthday. He didn't feel the need. He kept working out in the ocean for hours on end to reach the peak of performance. At Twelve, he suprisingly qualified for the Hoenn Olympic Team for that year's Summer Olympics, this was his shot, his chance, to get his name out. He kept practicing every day, nothing could stop him now...

The next thing he knew, he was clinging to life in Slateport Hospital. He didn't remember much, he was out swimming in a usual practice route when he was attacked by some Pokemon. The doctors connected his wounds to those of a Sharpedo Attack. He was hurt badly, and the doctors barely saved his left leg, which was injured the most. Due to his severe injuries, he had to forfeit from the Hoenn Olympic Team. He tried to recover, to become what he once was, but he would never achieve such a level again.

He became downcast, greatly depressed, he would never achieve his dreams now... Then, laying in his bed one night, he was mindlessly clicking through the channels on his TV when he stumbled upon a Pokemon League Championship Match. Someone had made it through the Elite Four of the Hoenn Region, and had come to challenge the Hoenn League Champion. He was amazed at the publicity the event held, and even more impressed when the Champion easily held his own against the challenger. The Champion at that time was Steven Stone. He had a new dream, to achieve that greatness in the contest he had so easily passed up years before.

And so he began his journey, connecting to his water past by choosing a Mudkip as his Starter Pokemon. He traveled across Hoenn, catching new Pokemon, and training them as well as he could. He challenged the Gyms, managing to collect eight Gym Badges just in time for the Hoenn League Tournament in Ever Grande City. However, he lost in the qualifying round.

At first that didn't stop him, and he went on a new journey through the Kanto Region. He continued doing everything as he had before, eventually gathering eight Gym Badges in Kanto and participating in the Indigo League Tournament. This time, he managed to make it into the top thirty-two. He was getting better. Then he went on to the Unova Region, continuing his process. He made it to the Unova League, but once again lost in the qualifying round. He became downcast again, feeling that he'd done something wrong. He blamed himself entirely for the failure.

He considered giving up, going home. But no, his Pokemon convinced him to continue moving forward. He decided to travel to the far off Viore Region, in hopes of finding the spark he had lost. Hearing of all the mystery and legend surrounding the region itself, maybe he could finally find something worth working towards.

On Hand

Legendary Guardian: Manaphy

Other: He has a quite obvious limp in his Left Leg, something that remained from the Sharpedo Attack all those years before. Even so, he doesn't seem to let that stop him, a sliver of his former determination continuing to shine through.

Even though he doesn't completely recall the event itself, he has developed a fear of Sharpedo due to the attack. Even glimpsing a fin in the water will often make him freeze and tense up.

When he travels to a new Region, he always takes three Pokemon with him. His Starter, Moss the Swampert, the first Pokemon he ever caught, Striker the Manectric, and his pride and joy, Maya the Shiny Flareon.
I'm happy to present to you the last of my Main Characters that I've created:

Ninian will be working on the Diancie Guardian whenever he gets a chance, but luckily we're a long ways off from that point. I'll be getting up some sort of starting post here in a bit for him, however he seems to fit into things.
@Iatos Yep. Right now it looks like only some of the returners are in this, maybe one new guy. It's already gotten about as far as the last trial did in about half as many pages...
Selena the Bayleaf and Ember the Quilava
[Folio Town - Glyph's Guild]

@Ninian @Light Lord @MagusDream
Ember started moving towards the door before everyone else, loosely carrying the bag Glyph had given her. "I'll meet up with you all in a little bit, I have to run home and grab something important." She gave a wave and dashed down the steps, out of sight, leaving Selena a little nervous again. She tried to calm herself down, knowing she was among friends still. That helped a little.

"Well, we don't want to keep Mr. Brick waiting, do we?" Asked Selena, the nervousness apparent in her voice. She looked to the Guildmaster once more. "Goodbye, sir, give Mr. Robel my regards as well!" She finished.

Breeze the Shaymin and Fuse the Luxio
[Folio Trunk - Town Path F7]

@Ninian @Light Lord @Lucius Cypher
"Letho, you sure have your own way of expressing things, I'll tell ya..." Said Fuse slightly nervously. "I'm still with Karaha on this though, unless we have something concrete to go on that leads us down deeper, BF8 should be our limit. It gives us a good safety net from BF14." His guard was somewhat lowered at the moment. Many Pokemon would have called it luck to have not spotted a single Pokemon in a Mystery Dungeon yet, but the Town Path of the Trunk was different. There usually wouldn't be any Hostile Pokemon along the way, but every so often some might trickle up from the Roots.

Breeze was moving forward as she would do in any Dungeon. She kept her eyes on corridors left, right, front, behind, sometimes even up and down. Hey, you never know... But she felt relatively safe having a Team again, even if it was temporary. A few memories of Team Windflower began to trickle through, but she pushed those away for the moment and focused on the mission at hand. She made sure to stay close to Gren as much as she could, if being a former Guild-Mon taught her anything, it's to stay close to your VIP when on these missions. That way they don't end up wandering off and getting lost, hurt, or worse...
Brent Ignia and Lily Meadows
[Route 701]

@Ninian @Light Lord
It seemed they had dismissed the sound she had heard, but she had an odd feeling, she couldn't explain it. She felt something was off about whatever it was that passed by, but she couldn't quite put her finger on it. She remained quiet for a while, trying to listen for the sound again.

Brent shot Celes a confused look at her response. "Uhm... I don't think you took that the right way. Sure, they'll probably be great friends, too, but I mean for battling partners. They're both on that same level of experience, I'd say." He said, trying to clarify what he had said before. He then became quiet as he listened to the forest around him. He could actually hear quite a few Pokemon around them. He checked his Pokegear.

"There's quite a variety of Pokemon around here, you know. Lots of younger bird, canine, and some bug Pokemon. Nothing too dangerous, so I wouldn't be too worried either." He said in reply to Devon's comment.

Michael Stint
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

@Ninian @Sketcher
After a bit Michael and his team headed back inside, sitting down at one of the tables in the main room of the Pokemon Center. He overheard the conversation between Wye and Olivier, and mused to himself. "Traveling in a group would be fun... but with such a veteran trainer, I feel like I wouldn't learn anything on my own... And I still want to catch a new Pokemon before I get to Vertigo, we wouldn't have much time to do that if we just tried booking it to the City..."

His Pokemon for once agreed. <Yeah, I wouldn't mind getting a new partner here, one combination just gets dull over time, no offense Turtiwg.> Said Glameow, the Turtwig nodding. <Yeah, plus there is the chance we'd be caught out after dark... I'm not afraid of the dark, don't even think that! It's what hides in the dark...>

Nurse Joy emerged from the back room without Wye's Pokeball. "The injuries weren't too severe, but it'll take me a bit to patch them up. After that, just some good old rest will have your Metagross back in fighting shape in no time!" She said cheerfully, heading back to finish up the job.

Sierra Hymn
[Vertigo City - Pokemon Center]

After a bit, Sierra finally returned to the room she had left her Pokemon in. They were still sleeping where she had left them, but the sound of the door roused them as they jumped up at their trainer's return. "Well, I'm back. The city is beautiful, and really big. I didn't even have time to look at everything! We'll all go out sight seeing tomorrow, then we can get to some practicing!" She said joyfully.

The two Pokemon beamed at the declaration. <Wow! I can't wait to see the city!> Said Fennekin, Deerling a little less enthusiastic. <Big cities kind of meld together for me, but I guess each one has that touch that sets it apart. I'd really like to see now what Sierra has in store for us.> Replied the Deerling.

Seeing her two Pokemon happy brought a smile to her face again, and she turned and motioned to the door. "Come on, let's go get some dinner, I'm starving, and I bet you two are too!" The two Pokemon followed her out of the room post haste.
Rico and Lulu the Riolu Twins and Co, Omen the Absol and Serenity the Sylveon
[Lilac Meadow]

@Ninian @Light Lord @Polaris North
Everyone finally seemed to catch their breaths as the bugs fled. They were a wierd bunch, they didn't seem to have any motive or any purpose for being there, just a criminal gang trying to hide out, it seemed. Everything was finally calming down now. The twins managed to untie Krissy, although she was still fast asleep. The sun was touching the horizon, so much had happened in one day...

"At least, it's finally over..." Said Lulu, looking around at everyone. Devon had collapsed from poison, and probably a bit of exhaustion. Miss Celty was taking care of him, though. Omen was on his feet, quite quickly, not even using the Sylveon at his side for support. Rico looked over to the setting sun. "It's already that late... It's hard to believe, isn't it?" He said.

Omen looked over to the overturned Ariados. "What a nutjob... Thanks for the help, Serenity." He said, looking to his partner. "Hey, I'm not gonna let some oversized bug beat down my partner, am I?" She said with a good deal of wit. Omen smiled, and looked over to the scene of Devon and Celty. He heard Zaru's quick note to her, and took a look at her himself. Something was definitely bothering her. Her posture, the air around her, it was different than just before, during the battle. The only thing that had changed was... Serenity. Perhaps Celty had had a bad experience with the species before...

He moved over to the group with Serenity beside him, trying to keep clear of the Mawile for the moment, looking over the kids. "Nice work, you held your own pretty well, kids." He said, smiling. Serenity looked over the twins. "Let me guess, Spirit's kids? They've grown so much since I last saw them." She remarked, with Omen nodding. "You two may not remember her much, but as you consider me your uncle, consider Serenity here your aunt." Serenity frowned at Omen. "Ugh, that makes me sound so old, Omen. You can just call me Serenity, nothing formal." She responded.

The twins laughed a little, Omen smirking. "Well, you kids ready to get back to town?" He asked. Rico, Lulu, Peach, Flare, and Lyla nodded, and Omen hefted Krissy onto his back. They started their way out, with Serenity stopping next to Celty. "Need a paw?" She asked, offering to help heft the downed Totodile back to town.

The Master
[Infinity Mountain Peak]

@Iatos
He was brought out of deep thought by the command of the Tyranitar near him. He was eager to prove himself, it seemed. Eager to make a name for himself, to challenge himself to his limit. That however... could be his greatest weakness, something to keep in mind. "Not yet, patience, calm yourself. If they do not return by morning, we will head up and take care of things ourselves. In the meantime, though, I suppose I could give you a mission I was going to undertake myself..."

Using his Psychic Powers he summoned yet another chest before the Tyranitar. It contained the same supplies he had given to the ones from before. "Far in the north, there is a prison. This is a very special, high security prison, and there are two Pokemon held there that I need freed. I will not give their names, but I will give you something to identify them from the rest of the scum." A quick psychic burst penitrated the Tyranitar's mind, imprinting some sort of identifier into his vision. "With this, an aura will appear around the ones you must find. You must move quickly, however. That imprint will not last more than a day. Use this Teleport Gem, I have set it to send you to the Northern Prison, and it will also bring you back here once the job is done. Do not fail me, or I cannot guarantee your safety..."

The chest before him glowed, and now within it is a Teleport Gem.

Attack Team
[Sky Tower]

@Polaris North @floodtalon
"Good, we're in agreement then. Since it's literally a Ghost Town in there... no offense Valentine... I think it's safe to split up and search the Dungeon separately. We'll meet on the final floor, let's hope someone finds one of those Gems, or we're finished." Said Bisharp, moving into the Dungeon. Beartic nodded solemnly, and followed soon after. Machamp seemed to be lost in thought for a bit, but after Hippowdon nearly knocked him down moving past him into the Dungeon himself, Machamp soon followed. All of them began searching immediately for an Awakening Emera.

Spirit the Lucario
[Valiant Village - Spirit's Guild]

@Iatos
Grunting a little from Tzerah's Tackle, he righted himself quickly, waving as the Luxray left. He'd somewhat heard what she had said, but he would keep the promise he made his mate that night. Great... he was thinking about her so much now... luckily a welcome distraction had arrived. "Ah, Relay, what brings you out of the library at this hour?" He noticed the semi-soggy fur on the Meowstic, indicating that he had been crying. "Is... everything alright? You seem... troubled." He said, motioning the Meowstic to take a seat.
@Iatos I pretty much did, I like the addition. But... Spirit is at the Guild...
