Pokemon: Nexus [Accepting Two More!]

I'm fine with not having any legendaries too, but if I can get a Zygarde or Rayquaza (seriously if I get Rayquaza AND it's Mega, the world will bow, so that may not happen) I'd be pretty damn happy.

Otherwise I'm still fine not having a legendary.

Out of them, the only one I can get and want is... Not really any of them because Zygarde and Rayquaza are more my thing, but if I had to choose it was Victini who is only obtainable after certain things.

I can argue that Zygarde exists to restore order, not maintain it, and Xerneas and Yveltal when they appear, pretty much mean their respective versions of the world ending, and if Groudon or Kyogre appear, one or the other causing each other to appear, they fight, and Rayquaza breaks their fighting up, but doesn't maintain anything.

The thing is, is that many of the legendaries don't 'maintain' anything, they just appear when they are needed. Then again, they're all just really damn powerful anyway and do hold a status of being essentially unobtainable.

Well this is for what they'll know right away.

They can of course learn the rest of the moves through natural progression, or learn more moves from a TM, or other means. In the anime, Pikachu learned Iron Tail by being taught, not from a TM or learning naturally, so if there is someone who has a Pokemon that knows a move that another Pokemon can learn in their TM or natural moveset, that Pokemon can teach the other Pokemon how to use it.

How we decide when and such... Not quite sure yet.

I was referring to since leveling was going to be a difficult thing to keep track of, so all Pokemon would know a certain number of all their moves.

The next stop was the Boutique, Blair had already picked out his own clothes for travelling, so there was no need for him to go inside, instead while she was picking out her clothes, Blair decided to check quickly on supplies and food for Pokemon. He returned in not too long and ended up waiting a little longer for Fantasia, but once she was done, she had a look of readiness on her face. As he expected she was still flashy, just more practically so now.

"We should get going to Harport city if we're going to Grand city. That will be along route 1, a pleasant walk if I do say so myself", he reminded. Yes, route 1. It was indeed a nice walk, just greenery mostly, so a relaxing walk was expected for this route.

Rui didn't say a word, but he was sceptical. He looked at the figure in the bulb, and then back to... This girl. She looked like someone, but she didn't seem like she needed 'rescuing'... In any case, the figure inside the bulb was still a matter of concern. He approached it carefully as the shadow was talking... Until she mentioned 'fancy pants powers'. In an instant he turned and summoned his persona to slash down on the girl's position.

"We didn't use our Personas at all this floor... There's no way an actual person would know about these yet", he said. He turned and busted the bulb open, freeing the girl within... He recognized her. It was Chiaki.

"Guys watch out!", everyone felt an overwhelming presence, but the shadow had not yet transformed, she was striding towards Chiaki who was recovering on the floor, taunting her as she did. Everyone jumped when they felt the pressure, even their navigator felt it, but then again, feeling that was her job. In any case, it looked like things were about to be decided, whether this was going to be another fight... Or not. It was likely going to be another fight, so Rui prepared himself as did the rest of the party.

He turned to Fantasia and urged them to begin their journey,

"I think we should get moving... We have better things to do", he stated, there was an almost hateful tone to it. Empress had chosen to ignore the boy though, and rested happily in her seat.
