"Your reports have been recorded", the morph's words as it was spoken, echoed both Blair and Gideon's voices momentarily, before normalizing into it's usual polite mannerism. The one before them bowed, before disappearing into darkness, likely returning to it's dark master and creator. One of the ones that currently surrounded the pair stepped forward to take it's place. Although this one seemed to have fancier clothes, like the officer.

"General Gideon, General Blair, I am Spymaster Morph No. 3409. Pleased to make your acquaintance, I will be the one to give you tasks that I have found that may need tending to. You may refer to me by my number", it began. If memory serves right, this was number 3409 because the other 3408 were killed out of rage by Mundus, or killed in the line of duty. It was clear that these special morphs were often bearing some form of bad news for the dark lord.

"For now as your humble servant, I ask that you follow me to a suitable place to rest. Our journey to the next place of interest will be a long one I assure, the rest will be much needed", with another bow and then turning, 3409 led the two through the woods to a small cottage. As they stepped in, they found dead bodies, those of humans, but also those of demons, but standing among them was several morphs with pitch black blades being put away. It seems this small cottage came under attack of demons, the humans were killed, and then the demons were killed by the morphs. Still, the place despite that seemed to still be quite cozy. The morphs were already disposing of the bodies as Blair and Gideon would find a spot to rest.

"We shall stand watch. If there are any preparations or things you require, do not hesitate to ask", with a bow, 3409 stepped outside to leave the two to their own devices.

Kazuhira Miller will also set you guys up with a pack of Fulton Recovery Balloons to use the Fulton Recovery System, to bring back any skilled personnel or prisoners that you may run across in Africa your missions for the Charred Council.

Question about Kyle's alliance: He has decided he won't be doing crap for Gilgamesh anymore, so taking on missions for them might not fit in with his character, can he be moved to the "unaffiliated" section?

Anyways, I'd like to know who has yet to answer the Charred Council. We could probably use to PM them and see if they're still alive or not.

Blegh, I've been gone for so long. Mostly due to other RP's and personal health problems, unfortunately, I'm not dying yet. What a sad day.
Can I get a recap of what's happened so I may post soon-ish?

We completed dungeon now Ryan and Sieghardt are in hospital so asking them.

Probably do some minor slice of life, plus Kami is in the park right now if you want Ayano to run into him, just note he also has some new info on the cult which is why he called Rui and Kazuki to meet him there after the hospital.

Rui got the numbers for both Sieghardt and Ryan's rooms, by now the others might suspect he'd be here right now to tell these two about what had transpired, but Kazuki was here too. He also got a call from Kami saying to meet him in the park later, said he had a few things to show him. Same with Kazuki. Fortunately... Sieghardt and Ryan were both put in the same room. There wasn't anything severe, so they didn't need to have different rooms... This made things a lot easier.

As soon as Ryan's family had gone home, with promises of visiting him after dinner. It seems despite his problems with moving around, and fitting in, he actually had a very loving family.

"Quite lively huh?", he said as he entered. Kazuki followed right after.

"Ah, good to see you're both awake. Now, let's get down to business", he announced, closing the ward door behind him, stepping in, the two standing over their beds. They began to go over the details of everything they saw, what was happening, the entire thing about the cults and kidnappings too.

"We're asking you both to join us. You don't have to, and even if we told the police, no one would believe a word of it", he looked at the two of them, then finished off,

"So, are you with us?"

Despite your name, please keep things credible. Your character despite all their skills and their background, is still a normal human. Enough burns and you WILL die. As main GM I have the power to simply kill you off should I choose. Do not make me exercise that power.

By the way. The whole branding/burning thing was punishment. In no way were we deliberately choosing to brand your character. We were merely playing out the Charred Council, this is what they do, so you turned something being simply played out into something a little more personal, so do be wary of your boundaries. You're not a super-powered badass yet.

Missions will be given out by various factions, not just the Charred Council.

At the moment the Charred Council will give the more story-driven quests, but until those are ready to be assigned, you'll be doing missions meted out by your original factions.
