@RomanAria Woo, entries are up! I read most of them, and enjoyed 'em. Seems I'm not the only one that thought of the idea of going meta -- you almost had to, for this one. By the way, what's this about Accolades? What are those, and how are they obtained?

@Terminal I had a blast with this. There's a few other contests I wish I'd entered -- killing off my favorite character would have been easy, as she has a miserable death in one canon already. Actually most characters in that rp died awful, useless, and unfullfilling deaths. Nuclear war will do that to you.

This one I had to think, but I'm really enjoying stretching my writing muscles. Thank you so much for running TTL!

"Legitimately?" Nikki practically whined the word. "But that's /booooring/~" Where was the fun in doing something the way everyone else did, the way you were supposed to? What Gaius said made her even more determined to do it the interesting way. Maybe she could hear what Gaius talked about with the king! That would be excellent. The teen glanced at Blank, and found him putting one hand to his head. She knew the expression on his face, mingled concentration and disappointment. "Hey, I'm sure you'll remember eventually," she told him gently, putting a hand on his shoulder and smiling as he patted her head. "I know it's frustrating, but don't let it get you down, okay Lloyd?" She'd given him the alternate name herself, and tended to save it for times when she was being especially sincere. "And hey, even if they /don't/ come back, you can make new ones, right? I mean, there's so many things out there just waiting to be done." Her eyes lit up. "I certainly plan to do all of them -- and you're welcome to come too~" The girl moved a little closer, and suddenly stretched up and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek, before dancing a few steps ahead and turning to grin over her shoulder. "C'mon, I'll race you to the castle~ Last one there's a muddy duck~!" And with that she was off and running, laughter trailing behind her.

Actually, I'm seeing Heron in general as resembling something like Skyloft in Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, but bigger, spread out, and more islands of size, with the main island being a good bit larger than the main Skyloft island. Certainly you need enough land to farm and raise food for all the citizens. And instead of birds, we have gliders!

Honestly, I don't think we need a map, at least not more than a general "this area is in this general direction from that one". We may not need one at all in the sky, just for when we go down below the clouds. I don't like maps to get too specific unless there's a good reason and a solid plan, because it limits what you can stick in when it's needed.

@PyroDash888@Ebonsquire I'm quite certain some of Nikki's exploits include wandering in ruins, so your two have probably at least seen her, and vice versa. And since that's the case, they've probably also met Blank, and/or Rahna, Eli, and Blin. @Tombprince@LostBrotherGrimm@Rekaigan@chukklehed
