Roxanne Waters

The man who Roxanne still could not put a name too, not that his face struck familiar, made his grand exit seeming unfazed despite the fact he had just been shot. He seemed almost as crazy and Cynthia did. With Cynthia in mind her eye traced to the crazy woman, muttering a private conversation to herself, Roxanne dreaded to think what she went through at the mental clinic.
Almost as if timed perfectly, although Roxanne was quite certain was pure coincidence, as Lawson was being taken away by the ambulance a squad car joined the group, only for Tim to step out. Tim, another Roxanne was not close with in school but still a name she could put to a face. At his greeting she pulled away from her friend and pulled the back of her shirt outward to ensure that, if any of the blood in Riley's hands soaked through it, it wouldn't dry her shirt onto her back. "Most definitely has been," she replies to Tim's greeting before cutting to the chase, "I came after the shooting so I can't account for much, I'm afraid. Any idea why this is happening, or suspicions who? Just what's been going on in general, as far as deaths and injuries and that. I've missed everything so far but I'm happy to help, more minds solving this the better, right? I know I'm no detective but I am a mother and that's just the next best thing if you ask me," she comments folding her arms.
